With the help of two airborne allies Nillis is able to successfully climb the rope and gain the ledge. The smell of rotting meat is overpowering.
Once on the ground, you become aware of the absolute darkness in the barn. The only light that filters in comes through the narrow hayloft. Esano 's torch helps somewhat, but the shadows press in at all sides, threatening to devour your feeble light.
Once Nillis is on the ledge, he waits for the others to lead the way.
OOC: Nillis is different from all my other characters because I don't really know how to play him or he would react in some situations. So I'm currently going to try to play him like a side character in a story. Let's see how much I can discover about this guy.
The doll is crudely made of ripped cloth, straw, and twigs. The book is a book of children's bedtime stories, and it is very old and severely water damaged.
Chunks of meat have been savagely torn out, and the remains are almost liquid in nature. You have never before seen such a state of decay in a living organism.
"It's nothing important. I was thinking we all go down and get a closer look at the Barn. I mean, it seems like a child might have been kept here at some point."
