Action - Cast Faerie Fire on all Three of them if possible, if they spread out I will delay my action to cast it when they converge on the Tree/Bridge (hopefully near Xanth/Ragdor), if time runs out I will try to hit two of them instead.

GLYNT was able to sneak up close enough to cast Faerie Fire on the LOVELY LADIES.

"Grotchix you are all green," the northern most Lovely Lady says. The westernmost Lovely Lady replies, "Halda, you are all green too." Halda begins to swipe at herself, "Get it off! Get it off!."
ROUND ONE
XANTH followed by RAGDOR advances to the south log alerting the LOVELY LADIES of the party’s presence.
Again, if you understand the Giant language open:
The southernmost Love Lady calls out, "Food approaches." The other two become excited and forget about glowing green.
ERKY sends a volley of Magic Missiles toward the nearest of the LOVELY LADIES. (13 points of damage.)
(Since Bix and Glynt had successful stealth rolls their initial actions were before the start of the round. They can take another set of actions in Round One. Xanth’s movement is immediately detected and Ragdor will move last in the first Round. I will pause to see what Bix and Glynt will do before the Lovely Ladie’s actions.)
(DM NOTE: These Female Ogres have modified stat blocks based upon their individual token's image.)
Can Xanth rage as a bonus action along with the move.
From the 2014 Player's Handbook. "Your rage lasts for 1 minute. It ends early if you are knocked unconscious or if your turn ends and you haven’t attacked a hostile creature since your last turn or taken damage since then. You can also end your rage on your turn as a bonus action."
Based on this, I don't think Xanth would rage knowing that this round was movement alone and you would not have attacked a hostile creature.

Glynt will stay where he is in the hope to avoid the attention of the Lovely Ladies.
Holding Action He's basically waiting for them to commit to heading to Xanth/Ragdor before he starts attacking. Trigger: If they all converge on the lower bridge he will attack whichever is in the middle with his Bow when it's crossing. Attack: 22 Damage: 5.

Wild Surge
Shadowy tendrils lash around you. Each creature of your choice that you can see within 30 feet of you must succeed on a constitution saving throw DC 12 or take 1d12 necrotic damage. You also gain 1d12 temporary hit points.

Since it looks like both Ogres saved, I don't think the intent of the effect is like a Stormbringer style "Life Drain", otherwise you would get nothing since they both saved versus the tendrils. So, you should roll a separate 1d12.
NOTE: Bix is up before the Ogres. Ragdor, go ahead with your planned actions, then I will be able to complete the Round.
XANTH moves up and has a Wild Surge. Shadowy tendrils lash out at two of the LOVELY LADIES, but they resist the necrotic effects. Halda doesn’t resist XANTH’s Halberd though as the Big Barbarian hacks into the Ogre and steps back.
ERKY asks for and receives a bolt of light that he sends toward the nearest Ogre. Amazingly, it strikes the foul creature. (12 DMG)

GROTCHIX moves toward the Human Food and hurls a Javelin. (I think that will hit, even with Disadvantage.)
HALDA moves up beside GROTCHIX.
GLYNT and BIX attack. (Grotchix is more in the middle. She has the hooked sword-like weapon. Bix does get her sneak damage in.)
