Bix moves closer to Glynt and within striking distance to the Lovely Ladies. Bix fires her crossbow for 16 to hit with 5pts damage plus 8 pts sneak attack damage (if allowed) for a total of 13 damage. (Map updated)
BIXmoves closer, but still on the opposite side of the small gorge. She puts a bolt into the nearest of the LOVELY LADIES. (Halda)
HALDA screeches worse than a Harpy and heads back to their shelter, passing BRIDA who moves up with javelins and hurls one at the Big Barbarian.
GROTCHIX then moves up and is greeted by a powerful strike from XANTH’s Halberd.
The most gruesome looking of the LOVELY LADIES hacks toward the Barbarian with her Greatsword.
RAGDOR cast a Spiritual Weapon behind one of the LOVELY LADIES, but the ghostly looking Warhammer missed. RAGDOR then crosses the log and attacks GROTCHIX since HALDA had retreated. The Cleric delivers a solid blow with his Warhammer.
(DM NOTE: I changed Ragdor’s target since Halda retreated. Map updated!)

Oops ... forgot advantage because I am forgetful so adding another Attack roll (Damage roll can stay obviously) ... I'll try to use the Game Log after this cos what it's showing ((8 + 12 ) + 9 - 5) isn't what I actually rolled (which was 2 + 4 = the initial 6)
Bix moves closer to Halda and fires her bolt at her. 22 to Hit with 5 damage plus additional 7 damage (sneak attack if ok) for a total of 12 damage. (map updated)
BIXmoves closer to HALDAand fires a bolt hitting this LOVELY LADY.
(DM NOTE: Bix would not get a Sneak Attack in this situation as HALDA was not engaged in melee combat and would have been aware of Bix’s movement. Bix could have made a Hide attempt as a Bonus action. This would be a Stealth roll against the Ogre's Passive Perception. If Bix was successful, then you would be able to add Sneak Attack damage on your attack as the Ogre would not have been aware of your location.)
HALDA’s screeching is interrupted only by her drinking something from a bottle.
BRIDA on the other hand, launches another Javelin at XANTH. She then retreats back to their hut.
(Ragdor is up to end Round Three. Everyone else is up in Round Four. Please go ahead with your actions.)
Ragdor swings again, ((sorry not sure which one I was swung at before but this will be against it)) warahmmer 9 to hit for 11 pts of damage, spiritual weapon swings with a 16 to hit for 9 pts of damage, Bah, who would've thunk something so big could be so hard to hit!
DM Note: Glynt reminded me that Bix would get the sneak attack damage because the Faerie Fire would give her Advantage on attacks. Changing the damage dealt. Thanks Glynt!

Glynt will head back close to Bix and then cast Shatter on them, trying to get them both in the 10' sphere (if possible).
DC: 13 Con // Save for Half Damage Damage: 10
A sudden loud ringing noise, painfully intense, erupts from a point of your choice within range. Each creature in a 10-foot-radius sphere centered on that point must make a Constitution saving throw. A creature takes 3d8 thunder damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. A creature made of inorganic material such as stone, crystal, or metal has disadvantage on this saving throw.
