As Willow sits serenely under the tree, the fabric of her new garb whispers against her skin, a tactile reminder of the road ahead. Herb, ever the watchful companion, rustles a little too audibly, its leaves trembling in a mimicry of human concern.
🍃💚 “Willow, my dear, is this the attire of a wandering healer now? A bit... airy around the middle, don’t you think?” Herb's tone is teasing yet tinged with an overprotective edge, the sound of leaves brushing together in a huff.
Willow glances down at her midriff, exposed to the cool breeze, and laughs softly, the sound like the gentle chime of a temple bell. "Fear not, dear Herb, a little breeze is nothing to one who's faced the chill of the cloister's stone floors at midnight. This may not be the armor of knights or the robes of court wizards, but it's suited to the path I walk—one of humility and connection to the earth and its gifts."
Settling back against the tree they wait, the healer and her plant companion, ready for the journey but grounded in the tranquil presence of the present. The lighthearted banter between them is but a prelude to the adventures that await...
So once the party agrees on a pace, I'll describe what happens along the way. I will need to know who is leading the party as they travel (survival) and who is looking out for dangers (perception). Each hex on the map represents 5 miles of travel.
The map: (Red is for Dwarven Excavation, Purple is for Umbrage Hill)
For the purposes of stealthing, the party will be as stealthy as their least stealthy member (whoever rolls the lowest is what I'll be basing my perception check or passive perception on).
It will take approximately 15 miles to reach the Dwarven Excavation.

OOC: All that is fine by me including the normal pace. Willow basically in terms of perception, survival rolls etc. is at the bottom in terms of ranking so isn't the best choice for any of those tasks.
@TheGreat_Breadman given Vabrix's fighting prowess and his lower end of the scale armor class (although I admit he does have resistance to certain weapons attacks) still... would you be agreeable to having Willow's familiar 'Herb' who is 'tiny' wrapped around Vabrix's neck like 'shrub vine' necklace? Willow can cast Cure Wounds which requres touch but Herb can deliver non-attack spells like that if needed and clinging around his neck the shrub will be right on point like a shrubish defibrillator. She can still cast Healing Word as a bonus action so having Herb with him could be helpful expecially when raging. Besides Herb's movement speed is only 20 feet so someone will need to carry him as to not slow down the group's movement. Anyway I'll leave it to you to decide...

As the adventuring party embarks on their journey on foot towards the dwarven excavation site, the path ahead stretches across verdant plains, illuminated by the warmth of the sun on a bright day. The air carries a gentle breeze, adding to the sense of tranquility surrounding them.
In the distance, a majestic sight unfolds against the canvas of the azure sky. High above, a massive creature soars gracefully, its wings outstretched as it glides towards the northern horizon. Initially, a sense of alarm grips the group as Archie and Vabrix entertain the notion that it might be the dragon rumored to roam the region. However, upon closer inspection and attentive listening, they discern the distinct cries of a giant eagle echoing through the air, as the majestic creature gradually fades into the distance.
You all will arrive at your destination after 5 hours of travel (let's say it's 1 past noon).
The canyon’s rocky walls rise to a height of eighty feet. At the end of the canyon, a twenty-foot-high wall of black stone has a broken gate carved into it, with one stone door hanging precariously by a hinge and the other door missing. Beyond this open gate, in the shadow of a great mountain to the east, lies a ruined settlement. All is quiet.
Vabrix stops the group, and draw his handaxes. "I don't like the look of this. The walls are close. Be on guard." In the face of potential danger, Rix completely changes his demeanor, becoming alert and ready for a fight. He walks in a slightly crouched position, putting his weight on the balls of his feet. He holds his handaxes at his waist, ready to either slash at any threat or throw an axe.

Looks like y'all are ready to head out towards the Dwarven Excavation quest, and on your way back, you'll do the Umbrage Hill Quest.
