"We can walk together. The inns are rather close to each other actually," says Silvane. "Kaya's is a bit more expensive, but I believe the Thundering Lizard is only 5 silver a night."
After bidding farewell to the Chultan man, you head toward the Red Bazaar, which is a bustling market district. All sorts of goods appear to be sold here. There are street vendors selling fruits and vegetables, all of which seem exotic and utterly unlike anything grown on the Sword Coast. There are food carts serving kabobs, fried fish, and hand pies. Colorful stalls adorned with fabrics of all colors crowd the streets. Some of the stalls appear to be selling jungle survival gear, like insect repellent and rain catchers.
Over the red table banners, you spot the skull of a Tyrannosaurus Rex framing the doorway of a building with its mouth. Over the skull arches a giant sign of individual, self-illuminated letters glowing in reds and golds like Vegas: "The Thundering Lizard." Shrieking children are chasing each other in the entryway.
Inside, the inn is crowded and noisy. At the moment, it appears to be full of mostly families. However, from what Silvane has told you, you surmise that the place gets much more raucous at night. There are posters on the walls in the entryway detailing velociraptor fights every night and how you can place your bets on either Blue, Echo, or Cock & Hen (apparently a pair of smaller raptors). There is also a bulletin board with several notices posted to it.
Agaredhel spent some time studying the bulletins. "I think it's a good idea to get an experienced guide, if we can afford one. I'm comfortable enough in the wilds, but this is a completely different place from the elven forests. At the very least, we should speak with someone who is experienced with the jungles outside, and find out what to watch out for." He paused. "Assuming, of course, these advertisements aren't lies."
Dirtbrain responds immediately to Yabo's question. "Yes!" Her tone makes it sound like she's possibly offended that he even had to ask. "What's a kabob? I like the sound of that. And the smell!" Since she's just riding along, she'll grab a few coins out to pay for hers. She'll take just about whatever is available wherever Yabo wanders over to.
Once the go inside The Thundering Lizard, she looks all around. "Hmm. Seems like a lotta kids. But what's that about?" She looks at the signs for the velociraptor fights. "Vel... uhm... Velocker... whoa, that's a mouthful. Do we fight them? Or do they fight each other?"
She hears Agaredhel talk about guides, but from atop Yabo, she can't really read anything on the bulletin board. "Yabo my friend, thanks for the lift, it was appreciated. I think I'll hop down now." With little other warning, she springs off from her perch down to the floor. She steps over to the board, finding that she's probably a bit short now. But standing on her toes she can just make out most of them. "Hmm, all the same price it seems." It's then she sees the part about 'meowtside'. "Ha! Oh, that's good! We should hire the ones that are MEOWtside!" She says the 'MEOW' part quite loudly.
(OOC - I have not been able in any way to get the one with the heading 'HEW HACKINSTONE' to be legible. The resolution seems to be too low.)
Morax is standing at the board beside Dirtbrain, he makes a comment to her saying “It seems that some will forego their fee if we accompany them on a quest, or somesuch. Hmmm…. Hah! Meowtside! Very funny indeed….” He leans in closer to read the one about Hew Hackinstone, taking out his magnifying glass to examine it, and the details of the others as well.

Visham will step into the tavern and scan the room, strolling right past the bulletin board.
His first objective will be to identify anyone who might be a familiar criminal contact (searching for known faces or faction markings). Barring that, he'll keep his lidless eyes peeled for anyone who seems like a savvy (ie. criminal) source of information.

Dirtbrain is pleased the others enjoyed the 'meowtside' as much as she did. She looks up at Yabo. "It's MEOW! Like a cat." She again is rather loud as she makes the 'MEOW' sound. "Then it's outside! The meows are outside!" She looks around at the others. "I say we hire them. From just the bulletin board they sound like fun."
She steps back from the board and again surveys the place. "So, what next? Do we get rooms for the night? Wait and see how the evening goes? Hire the guides first?" Spotting a number of kids running about she puts a hand on her hip. "Don't look like it's time for drinking yet, so we probably ought to get some stuff done!"
"Well, then we should go... MEOWtside!" Dirtbrain says gleefully. "And see if we can hire those tabaxi. Let's go!" The goblin starts to head out the door.
Morax reaches up and smacks his neck all of a sudden, pulling away a rather large dead mosquito on his hand. “Perhaps we should look into some of that insect repellant as well. And any other supplies we should take with us. Or mounts for our trip?’” He follows along with Yabo and Dirtbrain.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
"Are we honestly looking into the Tabaxi graffiti when there are much more clear-cut and professional advertisements that we can consider instead?" Petra asks. "This Musharib seems like a good bet - we may even be able to get his services for free if we help him with this Hrakhamar ordeal. Save on some coin!"
She looks up to the rest of the group and finds they've all walked away to follow Dirtbrain. "Oh, for the love of... Clearly people being small isn't a disqualifying factor in your noticing them, so next time at least tell me when we are leaving!" Petra calls as she chases after the group.
Having nearly reached the door, Dirtbrain spins around as she hears Petra's comments. "Well stop napping and catch up! What in the world is Rackamar?" She almost seems to spit out the word distastefully. "You know what that is? Doesn't sound nearly as fun as MEOWtside!" Again, the goblin says it's loud and it feels like this is going to become a common word in her vocabulary. Not dissuaded from her efforts, she continues to make her way outside.
Morax grins and a short laugh escapes him. “Before we go “Meowtside”, perhaps we should look here, talk to some of these other guides first, right? What do you say?”

Morax steps up to a nearby stall where a merchant in colorful robes appears to be selling equipment for jungle expeditions. There are blocks of insect repellant incense and vials of sticky repellant salve and strange contraptions that collect rainwater for drinking. The man nods at Morax as he approaches. "Heading into the jungle? You'll want one of these," and he points at the contraption. "Rain water good to drink. Stream water...not so much." (Insect repellent costs 1 silver in either the block or salve form and the rain catchers are 1 gp each.)
After the conversation regarding which guide to choose, you all head back outside to look for the Tabaxi. It doesn't take long to spot a pair of Tabaxi lounging near the doors. One is female with golden fur and the other is male with white fur. They appear to be having some sort of heated discussion.
"We should change it!" you overhear the male Tabaxi say. "It's silly. No one will take us seriously."
"It's charming," responds the female Tabaxi. "And memorable. Look for us 'meowtside!'" She laughs. "Look, it's already working. Here come some potential customers!"
"We can walk together. The inns are rather close to each other actually," says Silvane. "Kaya's is a bit more expensive, but I believe the Thundering Lizard is only 5 silver a night."

Yabo meanders from food stall to food stall, after all, the best way to get to know a place is to eat its food.
"You want some, Dirtbrain?"
He won't wait in any long lines, not wanting to delay the others, but will exchange coin for food and hurry to catch up.
