Gralwynn hears the noise of Adric entering the room as she heads out, turns around, and motions for him to follow Reed to the stairs, "I'll follow soon. Head up, make sure no-one killed the kid" she says, before checking the kitchen for more forks.
Gralwynn pretends to not see this (bluff check?), and opts to move closer, with her gaze fixed elsewhere, so as to not reveal her intent. (bluff or stealth? contest maybe?), nonchalantly singing (off key) "Give me your gold, or give me your lives, pay me quite well or face a final goodnight", likely a bandit or mugger's song she heard in the squalid alleys of years past.
(EDIT: I'm just gonna throw in a performance roll for fun here)
Creak is currently fixated on Adric, so let’s see if he notices! 5, he does not! The bird is completely unaware and not paying attention to the song, though he is giving a mimicking hum.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Suddenly, Gralwynn whips around towards this littled scared-crow, and tosses a spoon or two at him. Not violently, just an under-handed toss near his face to see his reaction speed.
(Yeah, not sure WHY they don't have the base stats as things you can tooltip, but for some reason you can't tag them, which is sad.)
Silvana, you start climbing the red marble stairs, slowly making your way up to the second floor. When you reach the landing there, everything appears to be just as well kept as the rest of the house so far. Unlit oil lamps are mounted on the walls of this elegant hall. Hanging above the mantelpiece is a wood-framed portrait of two adults with a pair of smiling children. Cradled in the father’s arms is a swaddled baby, which the mother regards with a hint of scorn.
Standing suits of armor flank wooden doors to the left and right as you face the hallway from the stairs. Each suit of armor clutches a spear and has a visored helm shaped like a wolf’s head. The doors are carved with scenes of youthful figures that appear to be dancing around.
Adric, the final room is a pantry, replete with sacks and crates of food as well as casks of indeterminate liquids.
Given that Creak doesn’t see Gralwynn, the spoon hits his head with a thwack. He squawks and falls over before standing up and dusting himself off. He holds his hands up in surrender, “That’s just rude- Hello!- My name is- Crow Beak Creak?- Adventurers wanted- Hey, I’m just deliverin’- Creak, we need you to take this job and check out these elven ruins, we’re pretty sure whatever’s in there could fetch a pretty penny. Yes, you can keep half of what you find.- Fog- Lots of- Fog- So now I’m following it- It’s you!“

(There is in post #87, at least of what you've discovered as a team so far. Silvana hasn't opened the door yet. I figure she has another few minutes to herself upstairs from what she inspected while all of you were checking downstairs.)
The pair of doors swing in smoothly, revealing a well-appointed conservatory. Gossamer drapes cover the windows across from the entry. A brass-plated chandelier hanging from the ceiling. Upholstered chairs line the walls, and stained-glass wall hangings depict beautiful men, women, and children singing and playing instruments. A harpsichord with a bench rests in the northwest corner. Near the fireplace is a large standing harp. Alabaster figurines of well-dressed dancers adorn the mantelpiece.
Seeing that there is no obvious threat for a child to hide from in there, and knowing that her companions will make good use of their time exploring it once they find it, she'll leave the doors open and move towards the other set of doors. She shows the same caution here, but if nothing seems amiss she'll open these doors, too.
Red velvet drapes cover the windows of this room. An exquisite mahogany desk and a matching high-back chair face the entrance and the fireplace, above which hangs a framed picture of a windmill perched atop a rocky crag. Situated in corners of the room are two overstuffed chairs. Floor-to-ceiling bookshelves line the wall to your right. A rolling wooden ladder allows one to more easily reach the high shelves.
As Silvana enters this room, taking a few moments to observe everything, you can hear Reed's rushing footsteps thudding on the stairs behind you.
Without nothing any obvious signs of the child in this room either, and hearing the others approaching, she exits the room and catches a glimpse of Reed. "I don't think the kid is on this floor. But if it is, let me know." With that she takes to the stairs again, heading for the third floor.
"No elven ruins here, as far as I'm aware, sorry birdboy." Gralwynn chuckles, before suddenly growing more serious and adding "but i have first dibs on all shinies, understand?"

Perception 18
(Bold is said slightly louder, for emphasis)
Creak has been tailing Adric this whole time, so Gralwynn can definitely see a giant crow beak sticking out from behind a flowerpot.

Silvana will move towards the left door, slowly. Does the suits of armor show any sign of movement as she gets closer?
As you move to the door, you don't sense any motion or noise.
Since he didn't find anything in the lower floor, Adric is going up the stairs.
Is there a map of the upstairs?

Has Adric reached the second floor yet?

Yes, you reach the floor as Silvana is leaving the second room
