Passoveloce says generally to the group, "Hey does anyone want to check if any of these have some useful magic properties?", then he lays out what he has found to be examined. He then scans the room beyond the gap to see if there is anything of interest or to be wary of (including the ceiling, walls and floor).
"You know I'd volunteer instead of entering the creepy chamber over here, but, uhhh, I never really picked up any divining magic of the sort I'm gonna be honest."Lucas admits frankly, then looks over the various party members. "What about you Ms. Dil? Mr. Gyaan? Divination magic more your speed, or we kinda f'd in the A 'till one of us can spend an hour trying to attune to the weave potentially wrapped about'em?" He asks of the pair.
Once he had his answer on that front, his attention returns to the crack in the wall and the chamber beyond it; his fingers idly snatching a square piece of fleece from a pouch in preparation for a spell. "Let's see if this works.."He'd whisper while rubbing the piece in one hand while the other gesture to the chamber. What shimmers into view soon after is an illusory statue of Lucas, but one covered up in clothing as to possibly be mistaken as a real creature. If nothing inside the chamber reacts to the illusion however, he dismisses the spell, backs away from the gap in the wall, and looks up to Vidar. "Welp, seems clear big guy. Might have to widen that whole a bit more for ya though."

Vidar lets the group asses the items and observes the room in silence, busy in thought as makes mental notes of the fight and the skills of the group he finds himself with.
Focusing back on the situation at hand, "Is anyone hurt or requires some rest? If not, I am worried Seraph may be correct and these were sentries. We best not delay unless we get allow another trap be set."
Passoveloce scans the room and he can see that it is approximately 35 feet east to west and 45 feet north to south. Roots protrude through cracks in the ceiling here. A stone stairway in the southeast corner has collapsed, and the nearby walls have crumbled. There are three doors in the north wall . To the west, stairs lead to a small balcony that overlooks the room which has a door in it.

If noone else has paid any due to the stuff, Passoveloce will put the potion in his pouch and the assorted cloaks and hats in his Backpack, then continues into the other room. He proceeds carefully and first inspects the rubble near the SE corner before checking the doors in the North wall from East to West.
"Unfortunately, I have no ability to uncover the magical properties of anything," Seraph replies, his tone measured as he addresses Passoveloce's question. His gaze shifts briefly to the room before them, a subtle tension in his posture suggesting caution.
Seraph steps forward, peering into the dimly lit space with curiosity and wariness. After a moment of observation, he moves to follow Passoveloce, his steps purposeful but not hurried.
Keeping a careful distance, Seraph stays close enough to lend assistance if needed, yet mindful not to interfere. His presence is quiet and deliberate, a reassuring shadow at Passoveloce's side as they navigate the unknown together.
Following Vidar's question jokingly gave himself a once over, but couldn't quite bring himself to follow through on the jest in seeing the serious focus on the others. So, he awkwardly tipped his hat forward to further shield his eyes from view, and then waited beside the gap for the others enter at their leisure and more thoroughly confirm the coast being clear. Only then does Lucas follow suit into the gap chamber, before in his curiosity, travels up the adjoining stairs to the balcony.
"Huh... Don't know why, but half-expected there to be a weird statue up here."He thought aloud in his usual nonchalant manner, before then breaking out his lamp, lighting it, and setting it on the railing of the balcony to better see the room by.
(OOC: I might've missed it before, but does anyone have any active light source?)

As Passoveloce approaches the door on the balcony area he can see that painted on it is a single eye. The door is made of stone and moves easily when he tries to open it. He then moves to the door in the north east corner . It too is made of stone and appears to move easily .

Seraph looks at the eye that is painted on the stone door and searches his mind to see if he can recall whose symbol it may be or what significance it may have.
If in looking back down the stairway he sees either Seraph, Passove... Passvel... "Slim Shady", OR Vidar, they would feel a nudging sensation against their head and hear what sounds at first like static before a familiar voice whispers in a faux british accent: 'Many Doors, Many Options, But what will be their choice? Or do they dare split up for a moment to explore their options and hope for the best? Find out next time on 'The Enemy of my Enemy, Episode 2 - That which lurks within the eye~' After which Lucas snickered but patiently waited to see what came of his telepathic jest.
IF none could be seen/entered his view since he climbed the stairs to the balcony, then with an almost absent-minded gesture he conjures the illusory sound of something knocking against the door he spied from the balcony.
Seraph tilts his head to the side as he listens to the voice in his head. "What in the nine hells?" he mutters. He then continues louder, speaking to Passoveloce. "Shall we try the doors in order, starting from the right?"
At the sound of the voice in his head, Passoveloce looks around to see who is speaking, Seeing nothing, he tries to recognise the 'voice', then puts it to the back of his mind as something to investigate later. He then responds to Seraph, "I guess we may as well start from the NE door and work our way West, though I suspect these are just burial sites and the interesting stuff will be through that door on the balcony. Shall we let the big fella go through first?"

"That works for me," Seraph replies with a nod, his tone calm but resolute. Without hesitation, he steps forward and grasps the handle of the door to pull it open.
Though Lucas toyed with the idea of another prank, a mixture of curiosity and his own conscious gets the better of him. So it was that he would head back downstairs to the chamber with everyone else, but observe things from the bottom of the steps with a hand kept always near his component pouch.

Hearing the plan Vidar just nods and draws glaive his stepping forward. On the signal of Passoveloce he steps through the door as Seraph opens it, carefully scanning as he takes steps forward, trusting his senses to guide him.
Perception: 25
If he sees no danger or enemies, he will signal for the group to follow as he leads the way.
Seraph opens the door which moves silently and Vidar steps into the room but immediately stops. He can see that the room mis 10 feet by 10 feet. An iron grate - with 5 inch wide squares - covers a pit that is three feet deep and approximately 5 feet square. There is a pathway approximately 2 feet wide surrounding the grate. At the bottom of the pit Vidar can see a small gold harp, a few sheets of parchment and a scrap of cloth that seems to have blood on it.
Vidar holds up his hand signalling the group to stop. "I need some arcane inclination to investigate. In front of me there is a pit with what looks like ritualistic items."
At Vidar’s request Giaan comes forward. He casts his eye over the material in the pit and comments “there is nothing arcane about that material. It just looks like assorted junk although I must admit the harp does look somewhat pricey!”

Passoveloce moves forward to have a look at the items in the pit. He carefully scans the room before inspecting the pit and items. "It may be worth retrieving these items, to see what is written on the parchment. It may give some clues to the former bearer. Remember one of our kidnapped was is an actor perhaps that harp was theirs. This pit reminds me of a pit where victims warriors were sent to battle a ferocious beast as a form of entertainment. let's be careful." he inspects the sides of the pit to see if there is an entry/exit for some kind of creature. If it is all solid, he says: "Hey big fella, remove this grate so we can get the stuff. Please"
