Raist inches forward and changes element, bringing forth a localized ice storm onto the three remaining kobolds. The spell safely avoids Bicuit, Doozey, and Neya but completely annihilates the already severely injured kobolds, even if one of them appears to be initially less bothered by the cold. (Kobold Shield-bearer#1 {U-21} takes 19 bludgeoning and cold damage and is DEFEATED; Kobold Shield-bearer#2 {X-18} takes 13 bludgeoning and cold damage and is DEFEATED; Kobold Sorcerer#1 {X-22} takes 19 bludgeoning and cold damage and is DEFEATED.)

"Whoo-wee~ Talk about nippy. Is that-"Before Doozey can even finish his sentence, Biscuit immediately answered with, "Ya Bruv! The twiggy got all the blighters in one go! Remind me not to get on'is bad side, eh?"With a snort, the halfling carefully dismounted from his mount, and then addressed everyone at a stage whisper volume. "Alright Raist. Let'em know time ta move forward. Neya? Mind taking Biscuit wit'cha to scout out the entryway and make sure things are clear by the entrance itself. Shouldn't be too far now. And Utar, mind helping me look over some of these bodies 'till the rest catch up? Doubt we'll find anything too interesting, but better safe than sorry."
While awaiting a response to each party member in turn(which in Biscuit's case meant only an affirmative), the halfling not only spared a moment to further mend Biscuit's wound with some head pats and a word of power, but also just take a breath and center himself once more...

Utar follows orders instinctively but happy to do so. He is not suited to scouting ahead like Neya or Biscuit and in bringing up the rear, he is at least doing what he can to prevent his friends from being detected earlier than they might want.
Picking over the bodies of the kobolds first, he tosses any weapons and likely shields into a small pile for the others to look over and takes further care when checking over the body of the magic user.

Knowing that Doozey is having a hard time in this darkness, Neya says, "I'm on it," and scouts ahead. The previous fight was anything but inconspicuous.
Doozey wastes no time going into planning mode, assigning tasks to each member of the party. Before they can agree to any of it, the hunter engages in some field-medic actions, focusing first on Biscuit and then himself. (Biscuit recovers 13 HP; Doozey gains 10 temp HP.)
Raist communicates with Sebastian and the trailing group receives the signal they had been waiting for. It doesn't take long for them to reunite with CRAP. Sirge is carrying the unconscious kobold. Villonah has activated her flaming blade again, using it as a torch.
Utar takes the lead in looting the fallen enemies. The giant weasels have no equipment, obviously, but three of them still have usable chains around their necks that could be functional. Utar also piles two shields, two kobold-sized suits of leather armor, two spears, and one dagger. There is little else of value on these foes. While closely investigating these dead kobolds, Utar notices that one of them has two extra eyes, another one has his two eyes arranged oddly around his head (on the sides and not symmetrical), and a third one has tiny vestigial dragonfly-like wings.
Scouting ahead, Neya comes across a three-pronged fork on the road. Although the paths seem to lead generally in the same directions, they are visibly three separate tunnels. Sunlight peeks through each of them.
(@Drache: If taking any of the paths, which one would Neya prefer?)
"This can't be good." Utar mutters under his breath as the extra eyes on the kobold's blankly stare back at him. A silent shiver runs up Utar's spine as his mind inadvertently runs through what being might bestow such gifts to it's followers.
Utar casts the thought away before stopping to take one of the chains for his own ends, leaving the other for the trailing group along with the weapons and armour.

Knowing any personal effort on his part to directly aid in searching/examining the bodies would be futile, Doozey stood patiently in the dark waiting for the second group to arrive on the scene. Though he'd later flinch at the sight of the light, seeing its source immediately resulted in a sigh of relief escaping from the halfling. Biscuit is nowhere in sight, having long since hurried off to catch up to Neya after scratching some of the moss that grew from Doozey's administrations.
(OOC: Forgot to roll up Biscuit's checks as well last, so doing that now.)
-Stealth: 27. (if needed) -Perception: 23. (Namely to see if he picks up any scent of potential danger or something of interest emanating from any of the paths)
"See. Told'ja wouldn't be long." Doozey frowned and while looking away rubbed his chin. "At least I think that's what I said, but... eh! Whatever."He looks again to Villonah. "Ya'll should feel free to help yerself. It ain't much, but, uh... I could squeeze into one of the kobold suits of armor if wanna make use of mines fer this next part. Probably also wanna take up a shield too... uhmm... Neya and Biscuit is off scouting the way ahead. But as soon as they're back, we can either find ourselves pressing on, or doing a bit of improvising." He informs her.

While Utar works, he calls attention to more kobold mutations. Raist comes in closer, ready to examine these as well. He confirms his theory from before: these kobolds have been suffering from extended exposure to some raw, untamed source of the Weave.
By the time Doozey is striking a fresh conversation with Villonah, Utar has already claimed a chain. Villonah turns to the freed prisoners: "Right. Those of you who feel like they can put these items to good use, go ahead and pick up a weapon and a shield. I am hoping you won't have to use them, but we better be safe than sorry." She turns back to Doozey and asserts: "As for the armor, I'll squeeze myself into one of these kobold ones. Not my proudest moment, but I rather not force you out of yours... yet." She smirks and turns away.
Neya and Biscuit are gone scouting. They silently move down the right path and soon find themselves outside once more. They are on a path up the cliff wall. Looking up the path, they recognize the area where they found the hanging Helmite cleric (Villonah's companion). Looking down the path and through heavy foliage, Neya and Biscuit see some hulking figure that seems to be quite focused on something, judging by how still it stands. They can also hear some hubbub below, likely coming from even more kobolds going about their tasks and talking to this hulking figure. With little else to notice from their location at the mouth of the cave, Neya and Biscuit return to the others. When they arrive, Sirge is eager to ask: "Have you found a way out? The sooner we send these villagers on their way, the sooner we can focus on my mission."
(OOC: By the time Neya returns, her Pass without Trace has run its course. We'll also say that Biscuit has a chance to get a few sentences out to Doozey before the latter's Speak With Animals also runs its course.)
"Yes, we have found a path out." Neya reveals her findings. "We may have a good chance to move the villagers out now, while some of their number seem to have their attention elsewhere. Though it does not rule out anything going wrong during the escape."

Doozey shrugged and nonchalantly replied with, "Eh, suit yerself"before turning away to watch the exit to the chamber, awaiting for any sign of the duo's return. However, about maybe... thirty-seconds into the watch, the werebadger suddenly tensed up, cocked his head a little to the side as if thinking about something, and then whipped back around to Villonah with eyes wide in shock. "I-I-I-Wha-what was that last bit?!"Asked a very much flustered Doozey.
So flustered, in fact, that even as joints popped, bones painfully shifted, and fur retreated the look of surprise hardly diminished as he reverted to his halfling state. Nor was there any denying the added coloring to his cheeks. Even if an answer is forthcoming, so slow are the mental gears in turning that nothing more comes out of the halfling except a startled yelp in hearing Neya immediately speak upon her return.
"Be more to it, Bruvah! Get is, Bruv! Scaley bastards brou't a dragon or somevin wiv'em! Or at leas' some'vin practically as big as one. Couldn't quite see it well, but would'n surprise me none! Or maybe its a 'bol, but like super warped or some'vin! Like no scales of'er." Biscuit gestures over to the kobold currently in Harper custody. "E'er way. Best we take our sorry lot 'ere wit'us and scamper off 'fore i-oof! Boo-roo-roff! Boof!" Biscuit said, explaining what he could but ultimately ending up cut off. Still, it was more than enough to not only sharpen Doozey's focus, but spur him to action. First by way of politely taking the kobold prisoner off Sirge's hands, but also as he strapped him down once more to Biscuit's back, he says to all, "Then we keep escort'em. Once we get'em at least back to the top of the cliff, we'll leave'm in Villie's care and double time it back. And Big Mama Yondalla yet smiles upon us, the little added distraction stays one long enough to figure out our next move. Now come on everyone. Let's move." On the heel of his urging Doozey and Biscuit began making for the cavern entrance at a quick pace, only slowing down once they near it to exit with care.
(OOC: Alas, if its been long enough for PWT to have ended, so too did hybrid transformation. And if another sleight of hand is needed to rebind kobold to biscuit's back, here you go: 17)
