I am a little unsure about initative now. But the Eidelon did try its fear trick on the Beholder. So I guess it is natural Sera and Nare...and the Beholder goes next?
There's less an initiative, and more a "Your turn/My turn" situation going right now. This isn't really combat, but it is an encounter. You'll be getting XP as a result, but rather than drag a battle out where no one fights, I thought I'd just let you play when you can... like a skill encounter.

Magical silence, 1 foot of stone, 1 inch of common metal, a thin sheet of lead, or 3 feet of wood blocks the spell. The spell doesn’t have to follow a straight line and can travel freely around corners or through openings.
And you locked yourself behind a solid door there. Also he aim wrong direction..

glad I used that inspiration, the other roll was a 9 and Merkas only had 4hp, he has 2 now….May need to pass out soon, or drink a healing potion
