As the sand piles seem to lose their shape, they blend back into the rest of the sand in this vast desert. However, four small black beads, about an inch in diameter, appear to be in their place, where one would expect a heart on a humanoid anatomy.
The black bead-like items appear to have a smooth rubbery exterior to them, They don't appear to be stone or other natural mineral that Thursday is familiar with.
