The second orc that group does not see squeezes by the the first orc that yelled "Where is Urgon" (move). Then the orc pulls it dagger and attacks the Glassblade guard that is standing there (Action) 18. The Glassblade manages to side step the attack,

"Now wait a minute ..." Shel throws her trident, trying to knock the second ork away from the guard (action) and jumps forward (move). "Give them at least a chance to answer your question!" From her belt, she draws a mean looking long knife (shortsword), but she seems open to negotiations.

If the guard counts as an ally, I might get sneak attack bonus. If I hit, I would like to use the following feature (DC is 9):

Topple. If you hit a creature with a Trident, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.

Krystal was a little shocked by how quickly things turned violent and called out, " Who is Urgon?"

" Everyone! Use your words rather than your fists."

Deciding that perhaps everyone needed to ' cool down' a little she sent a blast of ice into the ground between the orc and the guard.

" Or Else!"

Ray of Frost.

Dantos shakes his head, "Some people are always with the poking and stabbing."

He mutters a word and a glowing vine pattern covers his club.

He moves forward to the first orc and takes a swing, attacking to knock out.

Attack: 23 Damage: 11

Ehrehk is baffled by the sudden burst of chaos. In his panic, he does his military-themed suit a disservice. Fortunately, the uniform is hidden under several layers of winter clothing. Dantos and Shel are warriors of a type and naturally slip into combat. Ehrehk though, shares something in common with Krystal. As she throws down her Ray of Frost, Ehrehk hopes to take advantage of her throwing cold water on the fight, so to speak, by adding a bit of his own.

"STOP!" He shouts in his dramatic tenor voice. Added to this is the sound of a dozen or so elephant trumpets that he hopes will startle those who would call Urgon friend. "We were sent to check on Urgon! Your friend!"

Immediately after though, he begins starting the somatic components for a far less peaceful option, should this attempt to mollify the two orcs fail.

OOC: Minor Illusion to create the sound of a dozen elephants trumpeting as loud as the spell allows.

16 on a Persuasion or Intimidation roll, if you felt it appropriate and depending on how you interpret my actions.

Multiple Things Happen at Once.

Shel trident misses the orc, as the orc swings at the Glassblade. As the trident lands Krystal’s spell of ice causes the orc to fall prone.

The threat from Krystal doe not seem to affect the orc standing or the one the ground.

Dantos springing into action clubs the orc on the ground knocking him out. As Ehrehk speaks and his sound becomes loud. It interrupts the engagement.

The second orc from behinds stops and says “Urgon is no friend he wanted criminal for theft of Dynasty property and murder. My name Zent I am bounty hunter with the Aurora Guard.” The orc produces a warrant.

The Glassblade female elf looks nervous because she is young. Then she says “I did not know, that Urgon was such a popular person. By the authority of the Palebank Mayor I need, you two” pointing at the Orcs. “To stay here, because of quarantine. Urgon  died because of something.” She then turns to adventuring party. “Please stay here as well and don’t fight the Aura Guardsmen”. Before I leave to get the Mayor, are there any questions?”

"Your tavern, does it have those little boiled eggs that you slice in half and put the insides back in?" Dantos hasn't had eggs in a long while and the lady did ask.

" No Ma'am.", said Krystal happily, she beamed at the others pleased at the cessation of violence.

Ehrehk's brow knits in confusion and the letter of intent hangs limply in his hand, turning out to be as useless as he feels. "Yeah, I think waiting for the Mayor is a good idea..." he says while casting a wary eye at the orcs, no longer brandishing weapons, but a warrant.
