"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."
— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.
"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
The winds blow wildly today, yet you can hear the faint sounds of screaming.
Everyone else:
Eh, seems like a normal day.

He/Him. I am the DM, you are the player. You make the mistakes and I decide the consequences. Now, with that being said - Are you SURE you want to cast Fireball?
"Huh?" says Holth, caught up in the sudden change of events. While he tries to weave by the other party members, following Dorrn rather than the source of the sound. "Hey, who's screaming?" He asks the armor-clad human.
Panya whips towards the sound, drawing her war pick, "I hear it too, Dorrn. It's that way, Holth, let's go see who needs help." She points towards the sound and then goes to follow Dorrn.

Gromedark may be among the last to hear the screaming but hear it he does and moves quickly and quietly toward the distressing sounds.

As you all move towards the location of the screaming, you see in the distance a merchant family being attacked by a lone figure. Please make a perception check to see if you can figure out what the figure is.

Rethos:Rethos hops off the cart and moves to the right of Healerman (Total of 30ft.) then twirls his hands around, summoning 3 magical darts that circle him. He then launches all 3 darts at Goblin to the North of Paget (Goblin D).
Casts [spell[Magic Missile[/spell] (All will be on Goblin D unless it dies before any of them, then redirect to the remaining Goblin)

Gromedark & Holth, with the figure's large red wings, black armor, and demonic weapons, you easily recognize the figure as an Erinyes.

"Oh, 9 hells, no," Holth says recognizing the foe as a powerful fiend. He takes out a javelin, hesitating for a bit before moving towards the wagon.
(Ooc: how far away are the merchants and Erinyes?)
(About 35 feet away)

Dorrn looks at the group.
“Someone is screaming!! Let's see if they need help.”
Dorrn will move towards the sound. Looking at Gromedark.
“Strike fast and true. No one shall stand a chance.”
Dorrn gives Gromedark bardic inspiration(1d6). You can add it to damage or AC.

Thawdaum also hears the screaming, quickly moving to follow the party to its source, confident that it can't be just a mere coincidence.
