Unfortunately, the goblins landed a sneak attack, with a stealth check of 15 being higher than anyone's passive perception. For the first round of combat, the goblins get a free round.
A black feathered arrow flies toward Ranbrek, it's archer standing an additional 30 ft from the dead horses. Attack: 13 Damage: 8.
A goblin with a bandana leaps out of the tree line, hollering. He slashes his scimitar at Pisgrah, Attack: 17 Damage: 4.
Similarily, A tusked goblin slashes at Calen with his scimitar, a dull, dirty blade. Attack: 23 Damage: 3
A second archer, one with the same idea as the first, stands 30 ft back from the head horses, and fires an arrow at Jasra.
Action: Longsword attack on the goblin with the bandana (13 to hit for 9 points of damage, if hit the goblin has disadvantage on its next attack)
Movement: if the goblin with a bandana is killed move to a flanking position with Calen (if flanking rules are being used) otherwise if the goblin is still up Pisgah will stay where he is
Reaction: if the goblin tries to run or any AoO presents itself, Pisgah will attack
Surprised at the sudden sting of a scimitar striking across his back Pisgah becomes enraged! With a guttural roar more reminiscent of a beast than a man, Pisgah makes a vicious swing with his Longsword at the goblin. If the goblin remains on its feet Pisgah stays in place otherwise he runs to aid Calen and move into a flanking position with the goblin attacking her.
I move as close as I can to the tusked goblin by Calen
If I am within range to hit the goblin, I attack it with my mace (13 to hit for 4 points of damage, goblin has disadvantage on its next attack if my attack lands.) If I am not within range to hit the goblin, I use dash and move as close as possible to the tusked goblin.
As two arrows whizz past his head, Ranbrek charges into battle to aid Calen against the tusked goblin, and takes a swing at the goblin with his mace if he is able.
Staying by the wagon Jasra raises her hand, forming a gesture with her fingers as she speaks the strange spidery words of magic. A glowing mote of green-yellow fire appears at her palm before being hurled towards the archer goblin who fired at her!
While a shield would normally block the firebolt, the goblin, using both hands to aim his bow, lacks one, resulting in a burning wound on his right side. He makes a sound of pain, but aims his next arrow, a grudge in his eyes. It is Calen's turn.
Lost in thought while trying to see patterns in the dirt that might give them a clue, Calen doesn't notice the goblins until it's too late. Surprised by Pisgah's sudden roar, she looks over to him, failing to dodge the blade coming for her. Hissing at the gash on her shoulder, Calen whips around towards the tusked goblin in front of her, swinging her quarterstaff to attack.
Action: Attack tusked goblin with quarterstaff (21/16 to hit, assuming advantage for flanking with Ranbrek, for 5 damage)
If the tusked goblin is still alive, bonus action unarmed strike, otherwise I use my movement to flank the goblin with the bandana and use bonus action unarmed strike on him instead (nat 20 for 25 to hit for 6 damage).
If my unarmed strike killed the tusked goblin, I will move to Pisgah as described above, otherwise I will stay with the tusked goblin.
Your quarter staff manages to deck the goblin in the face, but since he is still alive, you make your unarmed strike against him, sending him flying backward, nocking him out of the fight (and probably killing him, unless you nocked him out.) you are now in flanking position with the bandana goblin.
The Bandanna wearing goblin, in a bloodlusted frenzy, swings his scimitar again at Pisgah, Attack: 8 Damage: 3.
The left goblin archer lets another arrow loose towards Jasra, Attack: 21 Damage: 8.
Reeling from the two blows, Pisgah is hurt but on his feet and lashes back out at the bandana goblin. To hit 25 (nat 20) for 12 points damage (1+6+3+2 rage damage).
As soon as the goblin drops, Pisgah rushes to the nearest Archer and shouts "Get the archers next!"
PS, I am assuming 12hp damage will drop the goblin. If not I will stay where I am
OOC: Sorry, I just realized that I deducted the full 6 points from the second scimitar attack but it should be halved due to rage. Added 3hp back. My apologies, I did that last night while on my phone doing errands and didn't think it through.
Goblin archer (Left side of road) Initiative: 3
Bandana goblin (Left side) Initiative: 4
Tusked goblin (right side) Initiative: 3
Goblin archer (Right side) Initiative: 15
Final initiative:
Unfortunately, the goblins landed a sneak attack, with a stealth check of 15 being higher than anyone's passive perception. For the first round of combat, the goblins get a free round.

The round of suprise is over, and it is now Pisgah's turn.
Attack: 12 Damage: 3.
(I forgot to roll for the final goblins attack against Jasrah, my bad)
**Ooc: if both archers are 30ft away from the dead horses, are they standing next to each other or are they on opposite ends of the road?**
Actions:

(The two archers are next to each other)
Pisgah's longsword slams into the creatures shield, preventing any damage done to it. (Yes, flanking rules shall be used).
Another arrow fires at Ranbrek Attack: 20 Damage: 3.
Speaking of whom, it is now Ranbrek's turn.
As two arrows whizz past his head, Ranbrek charges into battle to aid Calen against the tusked goblin, and takes a swing at the goblin with his mace if he is able.
Before the combat started, did you move towards the dead horses or stay by the wagon, Ranbrek?
I stayed by the wagon
You are then forced to make a hurried dash across the 50 ft which separate you and the dead horses. It is now Jasrah's turn.
Staying by the wagon Jasra raises her hand, forming a gesture with her fingers as she speaks the strange spidery words of magic. A glowing mote of green-yellow fire appears at her palm before being hurled towards the archer goblin who fired at her!

(Sorry for the late reply, I was busy.)
Your brutal slash takes out the goblin in one hit, a perfect hit.
The goblin to the right dons his shield and scimitar, slashing at you. Attack: 14 Damage: 4.
It is now Ranbrek's turn.
Ranbrek follows Pisgah towards the back line, attempting to use Cure Wounds on him. Heals 6 (1 + 5).
If he doesn't have enough movement speed to heal Pisgah, he tries to attack the nearest goblin. 19 to hit for 6 damage (4 + 2).
You are able to reach Pisgah and heal him.
It is now Jasra's turn
