I’ve had a hobbit Treasure Hunter living in Archet (outside the Shire) ready since I picked up the book earlier this year. I’ve been waiting for a game to play them in. I added them to the campaign. I have modified the sheet for the additional skills already.
Hope they can finally realize their adventure and contribute more than their life of hunting game and fishing.
I’m going to pull out from the campaign. There are already enough people and I’m pretty busy at the moment. I’ll have to satisfy my LOTR curiosity some other time lol.
I will be posting tomorrow. We will start with prologues first of individual characters, where we’re at the moment in Middle Earth, what brought you to the Shire, what is it you hope to gain?
Noi was a dwarven teamster. Apparently his temporary employer had a capitalist idea that the lack of trade in Shire was due to no thinking they could. The boss loaded up a wagon full of trade goods, hired Noi to drive it there. The boss left Noi to get there on his own and the boss hurried inside a group of travelers to the Shire to find a store front to use as a shop.
Having just unloaded the wagon, Noi, is in between jobs, and is waiting to see if the now ex boss is keeping/buying the wagon or if Noi needs to take the wagon back where he came from.
Noi hopes to gain knowledge of the area and maybe some money from the wagon. His next goal is another job opportunity. Either a wagon job or an adventure. Noi's needs and goal are simple. He is just going from one job to the next.
OOC until I wrote this, was not thinking, I guess at the DMs discretion the party can have a wagon to use. Again not thinking, my former employer will have imported whatever the DM decides and might include items the party may need.
On mobile but wanted to throw my character in the ring (no pun intended)!
I added her to the campaign - I think I’m #5 - Ol’ Mags.
