Dakoh’s attention focused on the older hobbit’s tale. And by focused, I mean truly only that his ears were tuned into Bilbo’s voice as he sat there with his body half turned away acting like he couldn’t care less. He had told Asta and Noi that he had come to the Green Dragon for a drink, which wasn’t untrue. It had been a while since he was in the Shire last and as a budding member of the Ale Association he had come to taste many a fine drink.
But as good as the Green Dragon Breath ale was, it really was the storyteller he had wanted to see. The hunter figured he’d find the ‘Mad Baggins’ in Hobbiton proper, maybe at his residence at Bag End. But Bywater was just as good of place as any to catch up with kin.
And so Dakoh was sitting there listening to Bilbo’s recounting of adventures. Tales he had heard of several times before, even mouthing some of the parts he knew by heart. So it was with little surprise to Dakoh when the riddle came up, and he couldn’t contain himself any longer. With just the slightest pause from Bilbo after posing the question, Dakoh blurted out the answer, much louder than he had hoped but still not loud enough for the entire tavern to hear.
“EGGS!…it’s what I’ll have for breakfast thank you very much!” He tried to connect the two halves of his sentence to those who’s attention he grabbed as he quickly took another swig of his ale to cover his embarrassment, hoping not to spoil his cousins audience.
Bilbo stops speaking and looks over to his fellow hobbit. “ That’s right, now here my good hobbit” he sweeps his hand to the audience. “This is hobbit of good sense, one you want to have with you to n adventure”. As says that most of audience, makes a face truly revealing their feeling about hobbits having adventure. Bilbo seeing this knows it time go, before the crowd gets more disapproving. He looks at Dakoh and says “Why don’t we go to Bag In and enjoy pipeful of smoke. Also bring any companions you have”.
Noi's right eyebrow raises, as he wrestles internally, if this hitchhiker from early this evening is a companion to continue with to go to a Hobbit house or should he stay were he is and head back to were he came from in the morning.
Asta studied Bilbo as he spoke still unsure as to why her mother had been summoned here and whether or not she would be accepted as an acceptable substitute.

"Ah, but of course, to Bag End. I'm not sure I've brought my pipe with me. Will have to check my pack by and by. But I'm sure you have one to spare at the burrow, always prepared for company isn't that so. Why, Mr Bilbo, you were always so friendly to those dwarf folks that came round a while back. Offering them the finest of Hobbit comforts"
Dakoh continues to address Bilbo as he tries to make eye contact with Noi and Asta, giving the subtle signs of head nods and eye motions to indicate they should join him. Perhaps Hernd misinterprets the gestures of the small folk and tags along as well, an accidental invitee if you will.

Hernd came specifically to meet Bilbo, so he decides to tag along, inviting himself
Noi picks ups on Dakoh signs. He starts easing over to Dakoh's location.
Asta follows the others with a friendly smile.
