Ardwynn - Initiative: 19 Passive Perception: 15
It was not a sudden scream, but a quiet, shifting of shadows that heralded the end. Ardwynn noticed it first in the silence — Ned's slight confused look slowly turning into a feral smile. When he finally turned from looking at Clotha, any semblence of friendly comradery fell away to reveal the monster Ned could be.

He does have a Polearm Master reaction attack if an enemy enters within the 10' reach of his halberd, which would certainly apply if Ned makes an aggressive move. And earlier, I had narrated Barn as having put himself between Ned and the rest of the party.

Reg is pretty quick on the action especially compared to the rest of the gang (except Ardwynn). But the older man is still slower than the fae.
