Three guards comes from the tunnel panting and out of breath, "Where did that scum go?!"

Nevitash points out of the cart on the horizon.

The guard looks with an angry look, “Dammit, they got away! The majesty must be avenged! Will you be willing to go after them? We have a cart that can take you there.” 

Nevitash nods. "It would be an honor."

"Wait. Get her avenged? So she really-... Oh." Noldeme looks at the floor with a saddened expression. As she's prone to taking whichever job she takes too seriously, and she feels it was her responsibility to not let something like that happen, her sadness comes more from her being disappointed at herself than actually being affected by the death of Lady Haera.

"Hm, I think we could do that, since there's nothing else to do for her anymore."

"Well, this is a job we failed, so I'll take no money from it, tho I'd accept the job of "avenging" her, I'd like an open entrance at the library for it, so i can learn more of the magic arts tho."

OOC: I consider Void as a mostly poor character who wouldn't be welcome at most high end places.

The guard looks to each of you, “Do not worry, you will all get paid for this grand service of our kingdom.” He leads you all to the road that leads toward the same direction of the runaway cart. “Follow along this path, I assure it will lead where the assassin ran. If you prefer to rest you can at our inn.” It’s a full day’s worth of travel to where they went. What do you want to do?

OOC: Is there a caravan that'd possible for our characters to use that is big enough for half/all but one of the pparty to sleep in while one other keeps guard while we make the way?

(Perhaps one of the guards might know) 

"would you be able to provide us with a large caravan so we could be on the way without needing an inn to recover the night?"

OOC: Recovering for the night would be good, but if the guard acts like we need to leave right away, Nevitash will not complain.

(Hm, hi. I don't know what's the mechanic the DM rolls on, but I feel like they wait too much to get sure everyone agrees on something, or maybe they were busy, I don't know, either way, the reason I didn't say anything here was because I was waiting on a response to Void's question before I made my own decision.

Noldeme doesn't need to rest, and she wouldn't do it under other circunstances, but since Nevitash showed interested, she would likely nod and follow the group's decision before her particular one.)
