The gnome is hopelessly grappled and easily heaved towards the girl. That said... she took the dodge action and the attack should have been at disadvantage.
The gnome flies through the air and smacks head-first into the terrified girl. The gnome falls unconscious in a heap on the ground. The girl is pushed back a square and the wind is knocked out of her (4 damage from the impact, and she falls prone)
The three bandits, realizing that they are completely outmatched... turn tail and run! The girl untangles herself from the dead gnome and flees after them, falling behind because she had to stand up from prone.
"Wait! Please, don't leave me!" She shouts after the other two as she scampers, glancing back over her shoulder in terror at the party.
COMBAT CONCLUDED!
...unless you want to clean up the remaining bandits and capture/kill them.
Abishai walks over to the unconscious dwarven woman and injects his last prepared healing serum into her, healing 15hp. "That was quite a fight" He exclaims while helping Brynja back to her feet.
The Creepy Girl is relieved to see that someone is able to care for the heroic dwarf—and that she's reopening her eyes. The Runaway Tiefling then focuses on a matter that's no longer important, but still urgent.
"You'll be better off without them!" Dhamila retorts to the ex-bandit scared girl. "And we need information. I've already drawn the invisible bow that fired all the arrows you saw appear out of nowhere. Do you really want to be the next target? Or will you stop for a moment and chat with us? Don't worry, we'll let you go later. Remember, it's not we those who were holding people, villages... or boys hostage".
@Brynja "That gnome magus cast some kind of spell on you, and Lar got in a lucky hit as you turned to engage the newcomers. Fortunately for us, Thorgath finished them off."
Abishai offers a reverent bow to the armored dwarf in thanks as the healing washes over him, "Thank you, my lady. I'm feeling much better. Divine intervention is such a curious power. I've tried to replicate its effects through my healing serum. Can I ask you a few questions? Oh, yes indeed... my questions can wait. Lar did mention the Baron's son." At this time, Balthathar walks over, "Good idea Balth!" He responds as he looks at his tattered clothing from the magical ice explosion. Shaking his head, he adds, "These cloths will need mending. Good thing that's my specialty." Giving a toothy smile, he ends with, "Let's go find the boy."
The girl skids to a halt as she hears the mysterious voice from... somewhere. With no idea who it is or where they are, she drops to her knees quivering and raises her hands.

Not a man of many words, the massive heavily tattooed goliath merely nods and grunts, puffing his chest a bit as the dragonborn mentions his name. He could probably do with a breather right now but there was still a child to save, so he stomps over to the girl and brings her up by her neck to face him, although in a reasonably gentle way. "Tell Thorgath where Baron's boy is." He says with a deep growl.

In a shaky voice, the girl tells you exactly where to find the baron's son.
"He's on the second floor... go to the right and I think the nursery is the third door. I... I think that the Michael and his nanny are there... c-can I go now?"

The girl coughs as she is dragged along towards the nursery by her throat.
A few moments later, you find the door she indicated. It creaks open, revealing a tiefling woman clutching a boy who looks to be about 8 years old protectively.
"Please... don't hurt him,"the woman whispers (apparently under the impression that you are one of the bandits), hugging the boy a bit tighter. "We've already told you where to find all of his father's riches... if you want to torment someone, do it to me. But let the boy alone."
"If... if you have something... we haven't had much to eat in the past several days," she says hesitantly. "Please... make sure that Michael is fed first, I will eat after him."

Another roll due to disadvantage: 20
(Perhaps disadvantage due to range too but as disdvantages doesn't stack... :-D )

Brynja's turn... make a death save.

Balthathar watches as the giant hurls a gnome like a projectile, slamming into the girl and knocking her to the ground. His jaw nearly hits the floor.
“Oh… well. Anyways.”
He raises a hand and fires Eldritch Blast at the fallen gnome.
Robin darts in to help, squeezing pickle juice into the gnome’s eyes to distract him—canceling out the disadvantage from being prone.
Attack: 16 Damage: 6
By the way Balthathar is still in cover.
The invisible girl barely suppresses her laughter, preparing her next Help action.
“That’s priceless! Oh, I love you guys!”
Balthathar's Eldritch Blast finishes off the already unconscious gnome, the lance of raw magic energy piercing his heart.

Brynja groans as she gets to her feet, "Ug, what hit me? Last thing I remember seeing was a flash of light from behind me."
She looks around to see who else is in bad shape.Seeing that Abishai is near death as well, she casts her last cure wounds on him, healing 16 HP.
"Did I hear Lar mention something about the lord's son? We should check and make sure he's ok.'
Robin nudges the dead gnome with her toe.
“You went for the heart. The head is better—but not bad. Not bad at all.”
She flashes Balthathar a wicked smile.
“The Queen is pleased. You’ll be rewarded soon, Half-Drow…”
“I’m a full Elf,” Balthathar snaps. “Whatever the other half of me is.”
He drops into a chair, lifting a bottle of wine to his lips.
@Abishai, Brynja
Balthathar rises from the chair with a groan and walks toward the dwarf and the dragonborn.
“Yeah, I heard about the boy too. Let’s bring him some food—he must be hungry.”

“Wait… did you just call me Balth?”
Balthathar starts to object, then thinks better of it.
“…A nickname? Well…not terrible. And thanks. If you are going to help fix my clothes. I am not good at it.”
He suddenly feels something poking his belly. Looking down, he finds his familiar.
“Master! Can I call you Balsamico?”
“No.” He pushes her away. “I may be sour, but not quite vinegar… it seems.”

"You help save boy and town, then go." The massive heavily tattooed goliath tells the girl dangling in his grip, then marching off to the nursery.

“Fear not, my lady…”
Balthathar addresses the woman in a calm, soothing voice.
“We mean you no harm. On the contrary—we’re here to help. Lar is dead. His thugs have either fled or been captured.”
He gestures toward the massive goliath, the bandit girl dangling from his grip.
“By the way… are you hungry? We brought you some food.”
The woman takes a deep breath to steady herself.
