Caine hears the massive human say "you four"   Assuming the statement has nothing to do with him and the big human is not talking to the little me ignores the request. 

Caine does keep on alert for anyone that is looking violent at him.  Looks for runa's location as well.

How far is runa from the giant?  I assume I am relatively near runa as we were in the same prison cell.  How far am I form Both the Giant and Runa?   Along that,  who is in the middle between us 3?

What about the rest of the party location as we haven't necessarily met yet.

 20 ft from giant, 10 from runa, 10 from other guy. the other guy sees void being attacked, runs to him and casts cure wounds 34

then he wacks the giant with his great sword

Would the people the GIant is fighting = advantage/sneak attack damage if I hit?

 yes from him being swarmed. he also takes 20 damage per round.

• Movement: Continue flying to the giant
• Action: Attack with Glaive
  • 1st Attack: Attack: 21 Damage: 9 (Note: if miss still does 3 damage with Graze
  • 2nd Attack: Attack: 8 Damage: 4 (Note: if miss still does 3 damage with Graze)
  • If either attack hits, it does an additional 8 Radiant Damage due to Divine Fury
