Caine chuckles, "those records are not sealed and locked up and most people are not literate. Just steal those records....Slate clean... But in all seriousness, some towns welcome someone to be locked up. If there is someone locked up, the town folk feel that they are getting their money's worth so some towns are not really locked and you can just waltz in....Head over to Mayberry NC, either Otis or me if I nearby just unlock the door, and walk in. If we need to leave the key is hanging in arms reach...Now Sheriff Taylor is a smart fellow and a good human, so he is real understanding, his deputy...ah...what's his name...Fyfe...yea...Fyfe, now he is a bit klutzy, and is a bit less reasonable.
