Having gathered all the mugs onto a tray, Tess straightens up and places a hand on her hip. "You know I'm always here," Tess smiles. "Anytime you want to see me, all you have to do is come to the Brawling Bard." She hefts the tray and gives the dwarf another wink. "It's always a bright spot when I get to see you." She turns and walks back to the bar, her hips swaying.
Trying to keep all the times in a logical synchronicity, I'd say it's probably lunchtime now for everyone.
As for currency, you've already paid for the bacon and cheese (I assume the amount was subtracted from your character sheet). The cost to fill the 10 flasks is 4 sp. With the discount from not getting a second round, Tess will be OK with 2 sp to cover the cost of filling the flasks with ale.
As Karl, Einar and Bron are having their discussion outside the Bard, as Nif is making his way back from the locked-up Three Picks, and as Vondal is watching Tess sashay back across the tavern, a halfling man enters the Bard in a hurry. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry," he says, almost running toward the bar. He's about three feet tall and dressed in unremarkable clothing. He is wrapping his waist-length, brown hair in a big bun on top of his head. Vondal knows the man to be Yemmi, Tess's short-order cook. "I slept in, and then Jaymee wasn't feeling well, so I had to take care of her. This pregnancy has definitely been her hardest." He throws his apron over his head and begins gathering a few items from behind the bar. Tess is watching him with a mixture of exacerbation and amusement. Vondal can only see the mound of brown hair moving back and forth as the halfling works behind the bar. "Her ankles are huge. Her back hurts. She carries the chamber pot everywhere. I swear she's almost twice as big as she was with Antinly and she's still got almost two tendays left." Without waiting for a response or even really finishing what he was saying, Yemmi disappears through the door at the back of the tavern. Vondal and Tess catch each other's eye and Tess begins to chuckle.
After a place and time is set to hear Bron's tale, Einar will make his way to the Ironarm Forge to explain the days events to his Fight Club friends and bid them farewell.
He will then make his way around town to purchase some personal supplies:
Restock his supply of pipe-weed (Aged Perique) 5sp
Purchase a new Tinderbox 5sp
A well-made and sturdy hatchet(handaxe) 5gp
A greatclub 2sp
An assortment of torches 2sp
A mess kit 2sp
A bundle of rope 1gp
After purchasing the supplies, Einar will make his way to the rendezvous with Bron and Karl.

One pound of tobacco costs 5 sp. You need to either already own a pipe or buy one. Your regular shop that carries different substances made from herbs — medicines, remedies, etc., Byrral's Nature Shoppe — also carries smoking tobacco. Byrral carries four kinds: standard Sword Coast tobacco grown in the Greenfields, Blackberry Latakia (sweet and sharp in flavor that stimulates the mind), Vanilla Cavendish (smooth and aromatic and loosens the tongue), and Aged Perique (a bit citrusy, bringing a jolt to the senses).
I made the appropriate deductions and even noted the expenses thus far from at least his end. Vondal will cover the 2sp as well for the flask ahead of time. So far the only deductions from the group fund he passed to Nil should be from whatever he purchased on the shopping trip itself.
It takes every bit of willpower the hill dwarf had, but he manages a curt nod as he passes along the necessary coin. As soon as her attention isn't on him however, Vondal practically melts on the spot. It takes a good moment or two longer than it should of for Yemmi's presence to even get notice by the gold dwarf. But seeing no good point to even offer a greeting, he settles for quickly taking out another half-balled up piece of paper out and jotting down the details with Jaymee. With brows now knitted together, he looks up again, but only just in time to see the halfling hustle right on out the door.
Looking back to Tess, he gives own low chuckle in turn. "Poor Mr. Yemmi. I wish I could help'em out, you know? He's been nothing but a bundle of nerves lately, hasn't he?"He says to Tess, the tension having been defused for the moment. "In fact, hmm-...."He trails off for a moment, considering a few cases of similar pregnancy issues and household remedies from at least a historical perspective.
Vondal sadly isn't trained in medicine. So, if history wouldn't work, would he still be able to roll for it untrained? If a roll is necessary.

Hmmm ... I'd say it would be medicine/intelligence.
If this spurs you on to want to know more about halfling pregnancies, Vondal could always look for a book on the subject and begin working on a proficiency.
OOC: Depends on how long you rule it takes him to find the supplies Einar is looking for. Once he has all that, Einar will head to the agreed rendezvous and wait for the others to arrive.
Edit: My bad, thought you were asking about Einar.

Karl makes his way back to the Bard as he has everything he might need. He will want to have a look at the Three Pick's supplies as he would like to see if they have a Maul lying around.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Hahah! Proficiency in Halfling Pregnancies. XD Only in D&D.. I'll shelve it for later as he has not the coin to even start the attempt properly. Unless its one of the few remaining rando books he has back home.

Karl, you're pretty much just outside the Bard, so you can enter at any point. Einar, you've got a little time still, since you're visiting friends (with travel time to and from) and shopping. You're probably out for the afternoon and will get back in time for supper. Vondal, you actually know an impressive amount of information about pregnancy in general and would feel fairly confident in sharing said information with Yemmi.
Karl walks back into The Bard as Vondal and Tess are chuckling to themselves. He looks at them, raises any eyebrow and says "what are you two cackling like two old hens about?"
Nif re enters the Bard and heads over to Vondal. "Brother, I managed to get everything on your list." Nif says handing over the items, and 1 SP. He then sees that neither uncle or brother have a drink, so he turns to Tess and says, "When you get a chance, 3 mugs of ale please Tess."
As Tess begins filling mugs, more patrons — mostly humans — enter the Bard. It's time for the noontime meal. Some faces are familiar. The noise level in the room quickly rises and the atmosphere is lighthearted and boisterous. Tess signals to Nif that their drinks are ready, but he needs to come pick them up, and then she begins filling more drink orders. Yemmi returns to the main floor with his arms full of supplies. He goes to work making food.
Once both Bron and Einar re-enter The Bard, Karl gets three mugs of beer and motions to a table in the corner where it is quieter. He says to Bron "do you want to tell us what is going on here or would you rather I ask Tess if we can go downstairs where its more private?"

"Nothing, Uncle. Just pondering Yemmi's current -- Oh! Now I remember! Thanks Uncle."Without missing a beat, Vondal gets to work correcting his latest note. Of Nif's offer, he only pays enough mind to mutter a quick thanks and give a wink. Then, it is right back to scribbling like a madman. If he had not spent so much on the more durable stock, the paper would probably have been filled with holes by the time he's done.
"Yemmi! A moment of your time when you have chance. I think balm for some of your home pro-bbbu-navigations? Bah! Just get over here when you got chance."He calls out to the halfling with cheeks flushed near the end. While he waits, Vondal hurriedly puts together the finishing touches on his note.
If Yemmi is in too much of a rush to do more than take the paper, then the information contained on it can be summed up as a small list detailing the following what Jaymee should do, as well as a few tidbits on how Yemmi can assist:
Small exercises to relieve stress and aches (Diagrams and further instructions included for Yemmi to assist)
Drink plenty of water
A warning for her to stay off her feet as much as possible
Always sleep on her side to help reduce swelling(worded as Edema)
Do not be surprised if she is having twins if she has had a heavier craving for sugars
Massages for the Bump
And most importantly, talk to the baby
Included is the Silver Piece Nif gave Vondal with the only explanation being him going halfsies on a drink Yemmi is sorely going to need.
Yemmi gives Vondal a wave, but continues working like a madman, trying to make up for his tardiness. You hear Tess's soprano laugh ring out, along with a couple of other manly guffaws at the bar as the three react to a joke.
In the vein of "it's our universe and we can do it if we want to," let's squash the two meals together, get rid of the afternoon, and say we're already at the evening meal. If there's more you want to do in town before turning in for the night, there'll be time after supper. Because of this, all five of you are back at the Bard.
Karl, the Brawling Bard doesn't have any "back rooms," but it does have a large store room in the basement you've seen before.
Another dwarf comes in: a stout old maid named Trianna. She has long, silver and white hair braided down her back and a wispy white beard. Tonight, she's dressed in a blood red dress trimmed with gold. She gives the other dwarves in the corner special recognition, smiling daintily at them, but doesn't ignore any other patrons who greet her. She's also a regular, but her duties as minstrel and evening entertainment keep her from socializing more than the barest amount anytime she's at the Bard. She gives her bag to Tess, who stows it behind the bar, and then begins plucking on her lyre. Her deep, liquid voice fills the room. It is like someone has poured honey over the stars. Immediately, the volume level in the room drops by half. The conversations and laughter continue, but everyone is deferential to Trianna, letting her songs and stories be heard by all. A few patrons follow her with their eyes as she slowly moves about the room, their faces transfixed and dreamy.
Einar orders himself a Neverwinter staple: Fish & Chips. He lights his pipe to help calm his nerves and waits semi-patiently for Bron's tale.

As the smoke of the Aged Perique slips past your taste buds to fill your lungs, you taste a delightful tang. Something between the sweetness of an orange and the bitterness of a grapefruit. After about four leisurely puffs, your mind and body feel ever so slightly tingly and your senses seem to be on edge.

A plate of fish and chips at the Bard runs 2 shards (sp). It's not the best fish and chips to be had in Neverwinter — Tess buys directly from the Neverwinter docks to save money, and not the best tasting meat at that — but Yemmi does a good job of seasoning the breading, and the chips are always crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. You've had it many, many times, so you enjoy it for the simple pleasure of familiarity.
At Bron's nudging, Einar will seek out Tess to request brief use of the cellar for a private meeting. If she is agreeable, he will ask if there is anything she would like brought up when they are finished.
