Flux mutters something that sounded like gentle waves coasting over a beachfront. "Looks as if we have arrived... Keep your wits about you, my friends." Flux checked each building carefully, however, the flickering light seemed almost lke a sign from Helm, it has to mean something...and indeed it meant something, after carefully looking below the light an entrance to a warehouse was obvious and the noticed right above the frame of the entrance the image of a winged snake.

The warehouse stands at the back of an outer yard behind a high fence. The building has three points of entry — a front door, a large warehouse loading door, and a painted-over window —. The front door has a peephole that could be opened from the inside.

Spoiler shows map with the warehouse, however, I would rather know first your approach in order to update the image with your location and explain further.

Bringing up the rear, Phrael had brought out his long bow and had an arrow notched at the ready once reaching the warehouse. "It doesn't look like an easy way to go about this. Knock on the door or should we announce our arrival some other way. " Aiming the arrow at the window. Flux was the level headed planner of the group and appreciated his knowledge. Though the wood elf always enjoyed a challenge. 

Rindarius begins to think aloud. "Storm the place? Sneak in? Or something a bit more creative? A ruse perhaps?"

Then, looking at Phrael's arrow pointed toward the window, Rin says, "Well, yes, that's a rather subtle approach I hadn't considered."

A rudimentary plan forms in the rogue's mind, and he hurriedly outlines it for Flux, Phrael, and Kebron. "I can hop this fence and take a stab at picking the lock on the front door."

“Straight through the front door...” Phrael looked between Flux and Kebron before nodding his own approval toward Rindarius. “I like it, but don’t for one second think you’re going alone.” Relaxing the tension of the bow and returning the arrow to its quiver, the bow to his back. “I don’t see any scouts so they’re either out getting drunk, mugging an old lady, or sleeping. If we’re lucky.” Another look would be given to Flux and Kebron, “Unless either of you have a competing idea. Setting a nearby building on fire. Screaming troll and see who comes running. Banging on the loading door and running. Waiting to see who comes in or out. We’ve done too many of these. Anyone got that cat that probably wasn’t a cat?”

"Where?!" Flux immediately starts looking around for the cat. When inevitably he finds nothing, a stern glare is thrown at Phrael. "We will not be setting any buildings fire." He states with finality before looking up at the warehouse. "Rin. See if you can get the gate open first. Then you and Phrael should see about sneaking in through the window. Both myself and Kebron in the meantime will make for the loading door. With any luck, we will make enough of a ruckus in the attempt to pull their attention away from the window. Agreed?"

Once the deal is struck, he will clasp Rin on the shoulder and say, "Though your path is outside the purview of my lord. May his vigilance nevertheless guide your hands." He says, casting Guidance on the roguishly-handsome man. 

"Excellent! How can I fail with the touch of the divine upon me?" muses Rin.

Then, with the help of his thieves' tools and the cleric's blessing, Rin sets to work on unlocking the gate. (Effect of Guidance spell: 2)

 You easily unlock the front door, soundlessly retrieve your thieve's tool and...what do you do? Carefully peek inside, back off leaving the door opened/unlocked? 

Flux, Kebron and Phrael. How close are you to Rin? 

That was just for opening the gate. Though if it was unlocked and we skip ahead, and assuming everyone was cool with the plan it would be Kebron and Flux by the docking door/front door with Phreal and Rin going in through the window.

Phrael followed close to Rin as they went through the gate and made their way toward the window. A look would be given to Kebron and Flux to make sure they were good heading to the door. "After all this time, you think we'd remember not to split up." A passing comment as the wood elf takes a careful look at the window before pressing an ear against it. 

Perception: 13

Rin slinks toward the painted-over window and, like Phrael, strains to hear what might be taking place inside the warehouse. (Perception: 5)

He then examines the window, hoping to discern if there's any chance of opening it. (Investigation: 19)

Flux lets out a brine smelling sigh at Phrael's comment, but continues on without another word. As timing was everything, he waits until Rin and Phrael are just about ready to go inside before going over to the docking door (or the main door if Kebron speaks up about a preference) and says, "As Helm as my witness, we have this my friend." He says, casting Guidance now on Kebron. Afterwards, he sets himself up to Help the dwarf by just about whatever means are necessary to get through the door quickly and loudly. 

Both attempts to discern if anything is going on inside the warehouse results in perceiving noises as creature throwing this to the floor (big stacks of paper, boxes, etc.) though they can't quite see any creature from the little window. 

Rin motions to Flux and Kebron, silently indicating that there is some sort of activity on the other side of the window.

Flux pats Kebron on the shoulder to wait a moment as he turns to signal back to Rin and Phrael with a thumb held out to the side. When he turns it up next, he motions with his free hand for him and Kebron to still go through the door, and then jabs at Rin and Phreal, directing them back to the window. When he points it down, he gestures between him and Kebron with his free hand, and then holds his hands out to the side as if to ask, 'What do you want us two to do then?' 

Rin watches Flux's hand signals closely before he whispers to Phrael, "Flux and Kebron are ready. What do you say?"

Phrael would pull free a short sword as he looked to the others. "As soon as they make a distraction, we'll go in." 

Kebron bangs on the door loudly with the flat of his battle axe. “OI!  Your door seems to be stuck.”

Kebron kicks the door

There. I fixed it for ya. Now where my payment?

Flux had been revving up to aid Kebron, but was a second too slow. "I believe it is inside, my friend. Shall we?" He makes a sweeping gesture for Kebron to proceed ahead. A final wink is thrown at Rin and Phrael's direction before he follows inside with shield aglow and readied to meet less welcoming company. 

Flux takes the Dodge if possible and steps inside after Kebron. If there are any attacks made at him, they will be at disadvantage.
