Hmm the more I think about it, the more I think whomever has the highest CON modifier should have gone last since they'd be able to hold their breath the longest
Oh well Skameros can always tie a rope to himself and dive back down to help anyone who may need it
For post 2536, Beegred succeeds with a 15, so is at 30' / 125'. I had put two rolls in post 2528, so I wouldn't hold things up.
I completely forgot that Jimjar only moves 20'. But he doesn't roll the ability checks. Narstin and Beegred do (wearing armor), so there will be turns when they are slower.
Both Narstin and Beegred have CON +3, so the highest CON bonus is in the back anyways.
I'm glad Rodolfo thought of the Rope Trick. I'm feeling better about the chances for success.

As the party climbs, a loud rumbling can be heard below and suddenly, water fills the crevasse submerging everyone. With one last breath, the party hopes Narstin's faith is well placed and continue to climb.
Why were we holding our breath when we weren't submerged before?
But regardless of that we're now all out of breath aside from Skameros?

In post 2525, he mentions: "The party gets 2 turns to climb without having to hold their breath."
I interpreted 1/4 and 0/4 as how much time has been spent so far holding their breath, so a low numerator means we just started.
Having said that, Skameros should be at 0.5 / 4. He got to use his normal movement rate during 30 seconds.

I'd like to say I was just making sure you're all paying attention, but I'm the one that's not paying attention. Edited to be 0.5.
To answer Argent's question in the main thread, we are waiting for Narstin to roll.
If he succeeds, then Beedgred follows behind him, and then Skameros goes again.

Sorry, it was in post 2545 of the main thread. Must have snuck it in around the same time you posted. He barely made the half-speed threshold. 55' / 125', 1/4 breaths.

Considering the mob of blobs that are behind Beegred, perhaps those using the Rope Trick should move out as soon as possible after they catch their breaths.
(It will be tight for Beegred to make the surface without the Rope Trick pit stop, but the odds are still in his favor.)

You're assuming they didn't drown - like possibly Glabbagool did
Yeah. But highly suspicious that they are following our party, instead of just floating off somewhere else.

I'm hoping the oozes will float to the top and go away somewhere, hopefully not eating Skameros in the process. But also not waiting for the rest of us.
Rodolfo will actually discuss this with the others and try to come to a consensus.

Narstin isn't quite last, but does have a +3 con modifier for being *near* the back
Downside of putting Jimjar ahead of narstin and beegred is that he's the slowest member of the party (unless rodolfo can get him a longstrider too)
Skameros is +3 as well so that should help if we need to get people up faster

I think we'll be fine then :)
