The earth elemental stands over Rodolfo, ready to crush the prone halfling under a massive fist when Orubis transforms back to a deep gnome and heals Rodolfo.  The swirling dust entity immediately reacts, hatred and malevolence exuding from it like a pressure wave.  The center of the swirling shifts, and pseudopods of dust caress the elemental, guiding it to a new target, even as Skameros' blow carves a chunk of rock from an arm...

Beegred moves to O8, and says a quick prayer to the deity giving the Blessing. "Thanks to... uh... whatever god you are." He continues attacking (2 with magic sword, bonus action for magic dagger). Blessing rolls (already included in attack rolls): 2 , 3 , 4

Rodolfo stands up.

He looks around, head still ringing and bleeding from all of this, disengages (action) and moves directly away from the elemental as far as he can. It's not far, so he will cast expeditious retreat and back off some more, probably end up near (or past) the gargoyles.

Orubis gets in good and close before muttering a word under his breath, as a radiant cloud of spores bursts into the air around him.

Rodolfo breathes a little easier and nods towards Grithik, "Good man, thank you!" (Grithik is male, right?)

Skameros continues to hack at the elemental

After pounding Orubis, the earth elemental is accosted on all sides, its innate resistances to weapons useless against the magic and blessings wielded by your party.  Although the stone that makes up the body doesn't bleed or show other signs of failure, the tether to whatever life essence powers the form of the creature is severed.  As the defeated earth elemental begins to topple, a massive pressure wave of rage and hate can be felt even by Grithik and Rodolfo at the back of the cave.  The swirling dust cloud infuses the failing form of the elemental, and it catches its footing, standing solidly on massive legs once again.  The swirling dust can be seen animating the form through all the open gashes and wounds.  The form pivots around appraising each of its foes and fixates on Orubis, the healer that brought a defeated Rodolfo back.
