Most of the group descends on the elder brain and its protective barrier, battering at it. Its easy enough to hit, but seems to absorb your blows. The shimmering wall does hum louder, then begins to crack. It shatters when Morgaine gets in a good hit, and then Zz'Pzora tears past, digging her claws into the soft flesh of your enemy.
As soon as the barrier goes down, Lawrance rummages through his pouch, finding a small pouch of dust. Moving quickly, he heads up towards the brain's vat, sustaining the storm and lightning attacks.

The group continues its attack after the barrier falls, striking at the brain on all sides. It isn't long before it retaliates however. It briefly pulses with a blue light, and psychic energy washes over those nearby.
Mind blast, DC 20 Intelligence save for everyone except Lia vs a one minute stun and 4d8+8 psychic damage. If stunned, the save can be repeated at the end of your subsequent turns. Once again I am granting advantage on these rolls.

As the warriors of the silver blaze stagger under the onslaught of the evil cerebral mass, Lia attempts to cast it out of this world. Its form wavers briefly, but soon reaffirms itself. A large tentacle reaches out to grab Mari and fling her away from the pool, the young half elf bouncing along the floor as she rolls to a stop.

Velon's crit gives him an attack with his bonus action per Great Weapon Master. I believe Dai was adding crit damage himself so won't roll that.
