(Three zombies from the horde down. waiting on a ranged attack from Devon before advancing the horde. Currently, three zombies have dropped, though it's hard to tell if more have not entered behind them. They are beginning to spill out onto the street, I would say, so Marion might also go ahead and make her melee attack that she had readied for that eventuality.)
Certainly understandable - let me describe what I imagine to be the situation as it stands. The first three zombies who have left the door lie in broken piles at the doorstep, but the main crowd is still funneling into the dining room behind them. Your ice knife certainly hit, and the zombies don't have any dexterity to speak of, but because of the layout of the map, it was less effective. Does this help? I will try to do a better job of painting the scene when future combats occur.
As the undead spill out of the house and begin to approach the group Marion swings the longsword that she held at the ready into the first to reach her, slicing diagonally down and across it from shoulder to hip.

Your blows delivered, the horde recoils slightly from the sudden impacts of arrows and blades. With a sudden intake of breath, however, the horde rushes forward, quickly creating a wavelike front that washes over the party. You are now partly enclosed by a semicircle of zombies, some of whom now make attempts to swipe at you with stiff, rotting limbs. through their limbs, you see the last of the horde seem to stumble into the light. all told, there are more than you had initially anticipated, and despite their losses, 14 shambling zombies move to attack. Not all can reach you, for now.
3 zombies attack Genghis, 5 attack Marion, another 2 spill around to attack Dajur on the side.
