Crates packed with weapons, rations, boots, black uniforms, and other gear fill the warehouse. From this and some records you find it appears that the main purpose of this place was recruiting and training sellswords.
Five of the corpses all have the Zhentarim symbol tatooed on their neck or forearm and are in uniforms matching what is in the crates. The other seven are in mismatched leather armors, one having a tattoo on the palm of his right hand that looks like a circle with ten spokes radiating out from its circumference. Spoiler for DC 10 History check.
Symbol of the Xanathar, Waterdeep's beholder crimelord.
You find two other items of note, a closed door, looks like to a closet, and the outline of a secret door, with a handle concealed in the brickwork next to it.

Boo and look as they check the dead bodies will also check their pockets and such for coins, doesn't matter, gold, silver or copper, all since Boo is a raggedy street urchin with very little money (wretched lifestyle) will relieve them of their burden of wealth since they are dead they cannot use it anyway. Like-wise she will check the weapons for any boots or shoes in her size and trade her own pair and also pick a few rations (three or four) and more or scavenge as she goes.
Once complete Boo will relay any and all findings to her companions holding nothing back. Even the telling them if she found gold or not, how much and offer to split it all with them if they so desire.
OOC:Failed roll for History so Boo has no access to the spoiler, someone else will to give it a try and relay what they know if they are of the mind to.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.

Miri blinks as she sees the symbol, then looks up with wide eyes at the others. "It's - it's - it's - they have Xanathar's symbol," she whispers. "I've never actually seen it on someone before."

The door to this back room hangs loosely on broken hinges. The cramped chamber beyond smells strongly of sour fish and vinegar. It is filled with discarded ropes, canvas tarpaulins, and splintered wood from smashed barrels. You can see movement and hear ragged breathing from under a tarpaulin at the back of the room.

"Gha, this smells awful." Zuldarr says to himself out of reaction and covers his nose with one hand. He walks into the cramped room moving towards the movement and breathing, "Hello? Flue Bagmar? Are you in here?"

Miri watches Boo start poking around and searching, shrugs, and begins to do the same. "What was the man's name again?" she asks. "Flume something?"
