The half-orc awakes. "Unh... google-eyed bastards, afraid of a fair fight... My name is Yagra, Yagra Stonefist thanks for the assist... Sorry I didn't catch your name?"
Boo offers and greets Yagra Stonefist with a friendly smile as she wakes up, "take it easy, you had some cracked ribs but I took care of that but you still might be a little sore... my name is Boosandei Belfrye but most just call me Boo for short."Boo points over at the nearby Mercy and Miri, "that beautiful Tiefling is my best friend Mercy and that rather tall striking lady I just met is Miri with her friends whose names I am sorry I didn't get so maybe introductions are in order." Boo looks back at the others as she assists the half-orc to her feet helping her over towards the two-tables... to talk with everyone there.
For her part, once this done Boo slips away and back under her original table chasing a rat or two from her plate of half-finished food, picking it and quickly heads to the other table to accept Miri's invitation to join her and her friends, shoving food from her plate into her mouth as if half-starved...
OOC:@Xero_Larkspur no worries, that sometimes happens with notifications...
Everything happened so fast! Mercy didn't even have a chance to answer Boo. Not even half a chance, really! Regardless, the fight broke out. The Orcish lady calling herself Yagra Stonefist got knocked out. She was then revived. "Yagra, nice to meet yo-" She sort of gets cut off for a moment as Boo's words strike her. Boo always had a knack for off-handed compliments and they always managed to sneak up on her. So a soft, purple blush burned on her cheeks. "Nice to me you, I mean. I'm Mercy, as my friend, Boo, said. You don't seem a stranger to bar brawls."
Miri looked at Boo and Yagra, her eyes widening. "Oh! I'm so sorry, I completely forgot my manners! This is Summer," she points to the tabaxi, "and over there is Zuldarr, he's the dragonborn, and Kol. It's nice to meet you, Yagra. And you as well, Mercy." Miri smiles at all of them. "Shall we all sit?"
You all go back to eating and drinking, Yagra joins you, (and pays for most of it in repayment for healing her.) You are in the middle of a round when Summer's ears twitch as he hears something scratching coming from the well.
Shouts of alarm suddenly ring out as a hulking creature climbs up out of the shaft in the middle of the taproom — a monster with warty green skin, a tangled nest of wiry black hair, a long, carrot-shaped nose, and bloodshot eyes. As it bares its yellow teeth and howls, you can see that a half-dozen bat-like creatures are attached to its body, with three more circling above it like flies. It is coming out of the shaft near you table your table and
Summer, you picked up on it and have a round of actions before anyone else as the troll climbs out.

Summer doesn't think, he acts: he takes up his lute; that simple, plain instrument with long-faded purple paint, and moves within 10 feet of the approaching troll (using feline agility if needed to get in range). When in position, he recites:
"All the time those storms come a-raging,
E'ryone knows cats hate when it's raining,
Boy wonder, leave the wet, I'll keep the thunder!"
He gives his lute one great strum, the sound cacophonous and amplified as he casts thunderwave to try and knock the troll back down.

The sonorous tone of doom goes off and the troll seems to wither. Then the clap of thunder strikes the troll solidly and it loses its grip. It falls back into the darkness. landing a few seconds later with an audible splurch. 54 falling damage. The batlike creatures are all blasted and fall as well.
The barkeep leaps over the bar with surprising agility and throws a lit oil lamp down into the pit. "That oughta discourage him. Good work you two. Your money is no good here for the rest of the night." He gestures and some of the bouncers and others take up positions around the pit.

Boo, a very confused look on her pale face turns to look back at Mercy... then slowly the young human female moves up to the edge of the pit and peers down...
Miri stares at Summer in astonishment. "That was amazing, my friend!" she cries. "You are truly talented." She turns to the others. "Do things crawl out of the portal every night?"
Kol looks up from his drink just in time to see the troll blasted back down the hole. He looks at his axe, barely having reached for it. "Hmm, I must be getting old" he mutters before returning to his tankard of ale.
Boo: it's well over a 100 feet down, but you think you can make out a vaguely humanoid shape burning down there. You catch a particularly rank stench of burning flesh tinged with the smell of raw sewage.
Yagra says, "Time for me to depart, I have business elsewhere. Thanks for the healing."

Mercy also stares a moment, just a bit dumbfounded that there was a giant hideous creature and then this cat person just blasts it, sending it back down into the depths below. "That was....impressive, to say the least"

Summer's face brightens up at Miri's invitation. He looks up at the tall, imposing, yet strangely calming form of the firbolg.
"Oh, yes! That sounds wondrous!" He exclaims in response to the invitation, his tail wriggling behind him excitedly.
He looks around at Zuldarr, Mercy, and Boo, his expression becoming more and more excited as he sizes up each new face.

Kol, having seemed unphased by the violence thus far, looks up from his tankard of ale only at the mention of his name.
"Well met friends. Sorry, I was lost in my thoughts for a moment. Can I buy you all a round, what are you having?" he asks, with a warm smile.
