Nitemarereality quit the campaign without informing me and removed their character from the campaign in the process. I find this in very bad taste and will not play with them in any future campaigns, please let me know if you have an issue or are thinking of quitting.

We're currently at 5 players, and I know of at least 3 others in reserve. I feel like if anybody else drops out we can recruit another, but for the time being 5 works for me.

I kinda figured the lawful good types were making our exit stage left so that more clandestine types might burgle Kwenthro if they wanted without judgement lol
ha ha! We could do that too, I don't mind some questioning the locals first though, doesn't seem a bad idea, if he is doing a stocktake and we jump in through a skylight it might be hard to explain ;)

Hey i might have totally misread or interpreted the sunblessed but I thought or got the impression really that they were forcibly removed/taken from their families and put into the church. Am I wrong?

That’s what I initially thought, too. Maybe they go the church but then go on into any of a variety of positions of power/influence?

They are taken from their human parents by the church and given to a sunblessed family in high society. From here they can go onto do any role that a noble would, or join the church or Knights Lucidiar.

Oooooohhhh! Ok so NO poor folk with sunblessed then? Are you thinking too that aasimars can be born to a family like skipping generations or nit for 100 years but then bam another one with aasimar talents are born to the family? I tend to think that myself like a redhead in a family of brunettes! Like they've had redheads in their family but they're super rare!

It's not huge but please don't move my PC for your exposition without my consent! Az would have never left Arc behind with the sunblessed. I get what you're doing but only I or the DM gets to dictate my PCs movement/actions! Thanks!

"Smoke a particular type of plant leaf" giggles uh this land of yours have fantasy drugs? My current IRL campaign my bard convinced guards that some of his spell components were drugs to get the party passed them bored but on duty! Lol Nat 20 on my first persuasion check then another Nat 20 on deception to warn them NOT to show them to anyone else because they were "highly illegal"... 😆

I just wanted to say that I've had a lot going on personally recently and have been very busy with my Masters degree. I feel like because of this and because of a couple of players leaving suddenly, momentum has dropped in the campaign. I feel like my circumstances have now changed in the past couple of weeks, and they aren't optimal for running a PbP. It's not fair on those of you committed to the game to drag you along when I can't put in the effort to match myself. I also don't want to risk my degree for a D&D game. When I graduate (providing I don't get a stupidly stressful job), I'll start this again and you 5 will be the first people I message to join. Apologies for wasting your time - but I can't continue to DM for you at this time.

No problem. It's just one of those things that you don't know unless you know, if that makes sense?

Mojake, does Riannis helping give Conor any kind of bonus/can she make her own Perception check?
Stella Diamant, Human Rogue 17 (Swashbuckler), The Exploits of Misfit Company
Kat, Medtech, Cyberpunk: Red
Shi, Changeling Bard 4 (College of Spirits), Tyrant's Grasp
Dani, Human Artificer 9 (Armorer), Skulls and Starships
DM, Project Point (Teams Scimitar and Longsword)
Everything Else!
I don't think Conor told Riannis who to look for, so I'd say no unfortunately.

Are you OK with Conor using his inspiration to reroll the perception check.
If so, here it is.
