Honestly, though...Alexia is totally fine with being overlooked by the three sunblessed. All the Warmfather praises being tossed around are making her nervous enough.
I'm not talking about you. I've healed two people and my post got grappled by Barlow/Laserwit in turn twice. I mean I'm ALL about healing because they we'll need it but it's kind of idk making me feel like my posts aren't being read by everyone.

I think that in the first instance, it was because we were still working in initiative order, and you asked "who needs healing" instead of going ahead and doing it. Whilst that is great and makes more sense in character, I think people want to get through turns as quickly as possible because of how long combat can take in PbP, just a thought and suggestion.
As for the second occasion, as nschrock said, everybody was posting at similar times once combat finished, and Barlow's post was long - so he was probably typing for a while. I don't think anybody is purposely trying to overshadow anybody, but Barlow is a Cleric - so healing is gonna be one of his priorities too.
In fairness, I saw the second occasion in my mind more like an operating theatre, with lots of you working together to channel your magic and heal him, rather then fighting to bring him back. Almost like one of you held the wound shut whilst another sealed the wound, then another bandaged it.
I wouldn't worry about it too much. As far as some of the other PbPs I've seen on these forums, there's not too much overlap, so I think everybody is taking the time to read each others' responses. Let's chalk it up as a one-off, and if it happens again we can discuss it further?

Oh, I'll agree but my post and the others especially the second time were hours apart. I don't have a problem sharing duties either but just making sure everyone reads everyone's posts is my point. All it takes is hitting refresh and checking the page again if you're composition takes longer than a couple of minutes I find!

A fair request. Let's all try and keep to this moving forward. The last thing we want to do is have other members feeling like they don't want to play any longer.

I’m sorry if that’s my fault. I tend to start a response, get interrupted, and get back to it later. Not often, just once in awhile. I’ll try to refresh before I post, I’m sorry.
So, ps: I had this idea of making Galius a very Healing-centric sort of character. If several of us had the same idea, I might adjust so no one feels like they’re stepping on each other’s toes. I know it’s nice to feel like you have an important role, and that’s hard when you have to share it with others. Any thoughts?
I'll admit to being boneheaded. I read the post the first time and got it right (on my phone in a carpool van on the way home from work) and then, after a long wait and realizing I was a little behind on my posts I reread things quickly and reread and remembered things backwards. Just a timing thing for me. Didn't mean to misunderstand. I got in too much of a rush to post is all.
Warlock is Hexblade with Eldritch invocations of Agonizing Blast and Devil's Sight
Sorcerer is Divine Soul (can choose Cleric spells)
Arc is one of 80 Kriegzeug forged from the Aangleist Rainforest (AR) casting of the Dwarf and Gnome runekrafters. Unlike other forged Arc likes interacting with other races and kinds. He has a curiosity that grows daily and has learned how to at least get along with most races and peoples in the world. Arc served under Dwarf chieftain Glandenblade, a warlord and worshiper of Kriegun, Lord of Battle, in the battle regions of Kapflochland until the treatment of him and his fellow forged companions caused division and ultimately rebellion.
The influence of Morthaus Pantheon during the creation and early years of Arc's existence allowed him to gain influence with Todwaschen, the Soulcaller. Arc's native attachment to the divine became apparent and both as a patron of Arc and as a divine guide in his use of magic, Todwaschen became attached to the enigmatic forged as Arc showed such a unique ability to relate to the world of the born to a much greater extent than other created beings like himself.
Regarding the aforementioned issue of posting conflicts, the DM hit the nail on the head. When I posted, I was in the middle of a 30min window of activity where I was typing 2-3 sentences at a time over about 10-15min. When the final post dropped, I wasn't able to get back to review the thread until just now. So yes, our posts overlapped. However, your post did not show on my screen when I submitted, so I was under the assumption that I was the "first responder" so to speak. There was no malicious intent behind it and if I had the chance to see your post, I would've edited it to include you in the narrative (which I will be edited shortly).
While I'm not trying to hog spotlight or monopolize roles, Valen is a combat medic through and through, so first priority is security, then healing the wounded. The whole scene would've taken 2min to resolve face-to-face, but the nature of PBP is that there may be hours between post and response, so I decided to post the whole intention and let the DM decide end result.
I'll have a description and abridged bio for Valen up shortly. Just got done with a 2hr drive and need to check into my hotel.

As mentioned in my recruitment thread, my post frequency will drop over the weekend. I likely won't be able to put up a large post until midday Monday, but may still be able to do some small RP posts here and there. I'll try my best.

I saw the post, Alexia is just really nervous about talking to sunblessed. Sorry, not trying to criticize anybody.

Just suggestions folks not trying to chase people off the game.
Azrael's backstory makes her extra motivated to give aid and protect so that's my motivation.
