Moses speaks the command word again (bonus action), and the snake returns to its staff form. The dragonborn picks up the staff, and, setting his sights, marches toward the new threat (walk 30 feet). As he moves he prays for a plague to aid them in their fight. A swarm of insects crawls out of the ground and attacks the back half of Balor.
The 20ft sphere is positioned so Balor is in it, but only the back half so the others can attack the front without getting into the swarm.

Kaelani calls forth his own constellation of stars (Spirit Guardians at 5th level, designating all of his allies as unaffected) and flies up to be within about 15' of the balor, letting the light of his sword dazzle the demon, and the protective field of stars attack it! (DC17 Wis or take 25 radiant damage + speed is halved. 1/2 damage on a successful save.)
Moses reaches out and grabs the snake by the tail and it became a staff again in his hand. He then moves forward and stretches out with his staff he strikes the dust of the ground, and the dust becomes gnats that swarm the rear area of the Balor.
Kaelani flies forward and bathes the fiend in the holy light of the Sword of Zariel. As disconcerting and painful as the light it the heat of the Balor bathes Tibi (16 damage) and the fiend strikes out at Tibi with its sword. Even an uncanny dodge is not enough to avoid enough of the damage and Tibi swoons and falls unconscious. As he is 60 feet in the air he then falls and crashes into the ground failing a death throw as he takes damage from the crash into the ground.
Kaelani brings forth a constellation of stars which whip near the Balor
The Balor then flies towards Kaelani and attacks with its whip but Kaelani easily avoids the attack as the light of the sword protects him. (Balor now 5 feet from Kaelani)
Lulu the hollyphant flies forward and lands next to Tibi and bathes him in light stabilizing him but unable to heal him.

Kaelani - Holy Light. Fiends find the sword’s light disconcerting and painful, even if they can’t see it, and have disadvantage on attack rolls made within the weapon’s radius of bright light.

Moses moves forward and heals Tibi bringing him back to consciousness (+49 hp). The remainder of the healing power can be sent to Drabash (+6 hp). Kaelani bathes the fiend in radiant light that scorches the Balor's body but the creature just laughs as he tried to command him to land.
Lulu flies up to within 30 feet of the Balor and the hollyphant blows air through its trunk, creating a trumpet sound that can be heard out to a range of 600 feet. The trumpet also creates a 30-foot cone of energy that slams into the Balor. The Balor must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw 32, taking 27 radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Lulu then flies back to the ground.
In retaliation the Balor moves out of the swarm of insects and attacks Kaelani striking with both sword and whip. The heat of the Balor also scorches Kaelani and the combined attacks cause the Aasimar to fall unconscious and fall to the ground taking damage as he hits the ground.

Moses bares his teeth as Kaelani falls to the ground. "I give some of my own health to raise this warrior back to wing," he prays. Almost immediately, he grimaces, his scales seem to lose some of their luster, and he moans. Recovering as best he can, he once again beckons his spiritual sheep 20 feet closer to Balor.

DM, I think Moses's Disciple of Life trait increases Kaelani's healing by 7. It reads, "Whenever you use a spell of 1st level or higher to restore HP, the creature regains additional HP equal to 2 + the spell’s level." Also, does his Blessed Healer trait give back 7 hp to Moses? It reads, "When you cast a spell of 1st level or higher that restores HP to a creature other than you, you regain HP equal to 2 + the spell’s level." Is this spell's level 3 or 5?

Tibi, healed of some of his injuries, launches himself into the air and using his cunning action to fly further than normal he strikes at the Balor as he flies past. His second strike lands a glancing blow and as he flies past the Balor takes the opportunity to strike out with its own sword at the Aarakocra as he goes by
Attack: 25 Damage: 18 + 14
Drabash is ready to fight but the Balor is out of his reach as he has no weapons with any range.
Moses sacrifices a bit of his own life (-16 hp) to that of his companion and heals Kaelani for 37 hp (32+5). A small amount of healing blesses Moses as he also regains 5. (level 3 spell)
Lulu flies up and blows air through her trunk again. DC 14 Constitution saving throw 26, the Balor taking 23 radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. She then flies back down.
