After struggling free only to have some thug take a swing at him, Narz had been rightly annoyed enough. Yet as the Vampire's intentions dawned on him upon seeing it slip in close to them, its enough to break the merely annoyed veneer and elicit a growl out of the hobgoblin. Whether they try to use the innocent one as cover, a hostage, or merely a meal on the go to further restore itself, Narz would not stand for it. Not even a little.
"Anything worth doing... is worth doing with your whole heart." Narz grumbled, a hand at his neck at first to stemmy the bleeding. With his conviction affirmed, he took his bloodied hand from his neck, and with a quick flick of the wrist, jabbed the metallic rod in hand past the thug. "Ignisium!" In seconds of forming, a bead of light shoots out from the tip, only to explode into a great conflagration just behind the thug and engulf both him, the vampire, and unfortunately even a couple of innocents within it. Those to survive but were less surefooted would then be pulled a few feet closer to the detonation point; their center of gravity having been weakened for an instance.
"If you wish to live, get out now." He called out. "And as for you, Iggretchin(Corrupter in goblin)." He jabs a finger at the Vampire. "Don't think this building will protect you from the sun for much longer! Or to sup freely from the living and restore yourself." Narz spat out flatly before retreating out the door and well into the sunlight. As for a cowering Spaz, he is about to follow before getting the mental orders to go help Dakkurz. So grudgingly, he goes to do that to the best of his ability.

Theres a loud blast and a burst of flames on one side of the inn. One Thug and two innocent bystanders are engulfed in a torrent of flames, their screams quickly quieted as they are immolated. Arik and the two surviving guard suffer nasty burns and this side of the inn is now well and truly on fire. It won't take long for the fire to speak and the inn to burn down.
The thugs on the other side of the room register the blast but are all tied up with their own fights to retreat just yet. Thug 4 fires a crossbow at Claire before running towards the fireplace while 5 swings his mace at Aeyd. 6 takes advantage of a prone Dakkurz to try and strike her with his mace. The bolt aimed at Claire misses by a wide margin and Aeyd manages to dodge one of the blows but not the other (5damage). Dakkurz takes a hit as well but is able to raise her sword to block the 2nd attack.
(Will update with fire. Moving through a square thats on fire will require a DC 12 dex check or you'll take 2d4 fire damage. Starting in fire means you'll take 2d4. You will have to make this check for each square of fire you move through. Moving through fire otherwise uses normal movement, it is not rough terrain. Fire will spread on Initiative count 20, so between Aeyd and Torsus.)

Produce Flames @ Vampire: Attack: 28 Damage: 17
Spiritual Weapon @ Vampire: Attack: 25 Damage: 9
Claire casts Spiritual Weapon, and translucent golden spear with vines wrapped around it appears next to the vampire (o6), taking a stab at the creature. Claire then moves 25ft to p13, and summons a mote of flame to her hand, chucking it at the vampire. (thug 5 is now within spirit guardians).
Claire's fury is too focused on her foes to register the civilian casualties that Narz's spell caused. "You will burn, fiend!" she curses at the vampire.
Having been too pre-occupied with her foes before her, Aeyd did not witness the vampire taking a good bite out of Narz, though once the sound of the blast reaches her pointed ears, she takes a second to look behind her, giving her enemy the perfect opportunity to strike her. She curses under her breath as she turns back to the thug, knowing they didn't exactly have much time here before the entire place burned to the ground.
She also remember there were some innocents huddled in that corner too. Shit.
The monk grits her teeth. "I don't have time for you." She then shouts before rushing off towards the cleric. "Dakkurz! Get up and run out of here! We don't have a lot of time!"
(If possible, I'll use my first action to Disengage, then move to T11. If I can't do what's next with my second action, I'll take the AoO from 5 and rush over to T11. I hope that makes sense lol)
Once finding herself in a more optimal position, the monk sucks in a deep breath, her chest expanding at the inhale, before exhaling with a ray of frost bursting from her mouth, aiming it directly into the fire.
Action - Using Breath of the Dragon (cold) to extinguish the flames on line T (30ft line that's 5ft wide)
If/When she sees the innocent on the other side, she shouts to them and begins to gesture them to hurry up and run through the space provided, hoping to get them safely outside.

Claires spiritual weapon goes clean through the Vampire, briefly pinning him to the wooden bar (effectively grappled). Not being able to move he ends up a sitting duck for the mote of flame that strikes his chest. A few of the Innocents by the fire and the corner begin to flee but those trapped by the fire freeze in place. Seeing this, Aeyd retreats from her current foe, deftly dodging another strike before moving into position. She inhales deeply and channeling her ki into raw elemental force she exhales a line of ice which quickly queches the fire in its path. However the fire still rages and continues to spread, catching more of the furniture on fire and trapping one if the bar patrons. Still, with Aeyds shouts to snap them into gear they may just have the courage to brave the flames and flee. Thankfully however it seems the flames have spread towards the vampire, who currently find himself unable to move.
Torsus mentally projects to Dakkurz to Take the innocent one near you, head for the door. This will soon be handled, it seems.. near the end of that mental projection his voice seemed to boom louder, and with faint sounds of hissing echoing before the mental link was broken... then... Torsus smiles with a smile not his own, his body now covered in the faintest lavender, and his eyes glowing a malignant yellow as they settled on the vampire. Torsus once more caught in his own personal battle-lust. If not for the spear pinning the vampire he would have drug the creature into the fire himself... His mind reaching out for the vampire then, and the sound of ancient things, hissing and sizzling noises entering the vampires mind as a voice not of Torsus' make rings out....
Pathetic creature. You were undone by thine own machinationssssss. And look at you now... Caught .. trapped in thine own lair.... assss your greatessst foe slithersss ever clossssser. Pinned by the vile light. And you have nowhere to go.... Outssside the accursssed sun hungersss for your flessssh, Hsa sha sha... the wispy voice laughed, mocking him. I cannot wait to feassst upon you terror ass you underssstand thine own mortality.
Abruptly, the voice disappears from his mind, as Torsus seems to consider. Firing at 4 would be an action he would normally take, to better help the innocents and Dakkurz, but Torsus wasn't himself in this moment. His wand aimed at the vampire as Torsus head slowly lilts to the side, a wicked smile across his face. Eldritch power building in the wand, but not firing as he moved 5 feet closer to the door. His eyes locked with the vampires, waiting to see what happened next.
Torsus is readying an EB, should the vampire break free of his restraints. Then.. depending on where the vampire goes, he will either pull, or push him to where he would be drug through the 'most' fire. Pull can only be used once, but push can be used unlimited.
Dakkurz stands and though she registers the voice in her head as an ally she is too preoccupied by two enemies before her to listen. Figuring the best way to help the bystander would be to clear the way anyway, she instead goes for the kill on 6. With three expert slashes she sends 6 sprawling to the ground in a bloody heap.
With fire burning his feet and still stuck to the bar the vampire begins to look a little desperate. His form starts to blur and suddenly, where there had been a flesh and blood creature was now only a cloud of mist. Torsus fires an EB to try and pull the vampire further into the flames but the spell barely misses, striking the bar and sending splinters of wood into the fire. The mist, now no longer bound to one spot, begins to drift towards the nearby wall, ending at K5.
Thug 2 looks to be feeling the heat, quite literally as flames sear his skin. Panicking, he quickly rushes through the fire and into the area of cold safety provided by Aeyd. Rushing her he shouts Get outta my way! He swings his mace giving Aeyd a good hit to the head. While dazed he quickly shoves her back 5 ft opening the way out to him (ends at Aeyds current position.)
Thug 3 likewise takes the hint and runs into the safe area but spends all his energy on fleeing the inn, ending at X7 but provoking AOOs from Torsus , Aeyd and Narz should they choose to take them. (Rolled in discord) As he passes Aeyd she gives the fleeing thug a hard punch to the jaw, not quite taking him out but leaving him stumbling and bleeding heavily only to be finished by a blast from Torsus's magic.

Not quite satisfied with the devastation caused last, Narz marched with a purpose back towards the building with a purpose to his step, and slowed only to take a breath and partially shield his eyes behind an arm in the final stretch. Seeing as he missed quite a few things in his absent, it took him a moment longer than preferred, but eventually enough strings of thought were pulled together to narrow down the location of the vampire.
"Foolish, Iggretchin. You will not escape so easily." A familiar by now arcane phrase swiftly follows that statement, before another fireball is sent flying close to the backwall of the room just prior to detonating into another large conflagration that would not only consume more flooring, but catch the backwall and stairs as well. Only after the display of arcane power does Narz notices the thug close by. Although beyond a mere "Mn" in acknowledgement, Narz stepped back out and to the side without further concern. Yet as soon as he's out the hobgoblin finally drops the iron rod focus in favor of pulling out his maul ready this time to bash any thug trying to leave the premises.
Meanwhile Spaz flies over to distract a Thug[4] so the next attack upon his person is at advantage. And Vigo continues to pace somewhere around the outside of the building looking for any signs of the vampire escaping.

Thug 4 continues to try and put down Dakkurz, hitting her once in the back with his mace before having his 2nd attack deflected. Thug 5 tries to attack Claire is blocked both times. The spirit guardians surrounding Claire cut into the thug leaving him a bloody mess who just barely manages to stand. While the thugs are making their attacks the vampiric mist floats off and through the cracks in the wood, though with all the smoke in the inn its hard to tell if he's still here or not without proper perception (perception check dc 14 to determine the vampire is out of the room for anyone looking for him.)
Claire notices the Vampire slip out of the room, but she knows she can cast Locate Creature the moment she no longer needs Spirit Guardians. She turns swiftly to dodge and block 2 strikes from the thug as her Guardians retaliate. Her nose scrunches up as she looks upon the man with both fury and pity. "Divine Light, strike through my foe. Twist and warp the flesh as you pass." Claire holds out her hand, fingers spread and flexed as light gathers between them, and then she drives her palm into the thug, casting Inflict Wounds. Her Spiritual Weapon frees itself from where it's stuck and floats towards Dakkurz.
If the thug falls, Claire moves to n16, enveloping the other two thugs in her AOE.
Claires spells causes the thug nearby to crumple to the floor as her magic tears open huge gashes on his flesh leaving him a bloody mess. Several of the Innocents take this moment to rush the door, though stopping short while its blocked by Aeyd and the mace weilding thug. The two trapped by the fire risk running through, one suffering some serious burns in the process but making it to safety while the other unfortunately trips on the burning stool and gets caught by the flames. She desperately tries to put out the flames but they spread too fast and quickly consume her.

With most of the threats dealt with, and torsus' eyes not quite being what they used to be, still manages to see where the bastardpire was going, it probably helped that he had been intently focusing on the thing prior to its attempt to leave or hide. Once he realized both possibilities, he mentally projected to everyone (Except narz) I know not if he intends to flee, or hide, but he is making the attempt nonethelesssss Torsus mental voice was different this time, though it seemed far less forceful than when it had been speaking to the vampire.
Regardless, he doubted his attacks would actually effect the thing, since there was nothing to actually 'hit' and his neck snapped around to face behind him, locking onto the only one who remained, 4. His wand outstretched as he let loose two eldritch bolts. The first one pushing away from Torsus, the latter pullhim him back, which might just give Dakkurz the opportunity to attack.
brùth, tarraing! he shouted as he cast it, before he himself made his way out of the building, and if there was enough 'movement' left, he'd begin moving towards the wall from the outside, where the vampire had moved to.
