"Gnoll, look out!" Tahia calls. She casts faerie fire on the area where the water is bubbling, aiming to hit anything above the river bed, and avoiding Gnoll. (Dex save, DC 14)
The outline of the crocodile is covered in glittering lights, pointing out its frame even if it were to attempt to use the water to obscure it.
The enormous crocodile, still with Octo-Gnoll in its mouth, begins to chow down. the tentacles of Gnoll begin to start being pulled into its mouth along with the rest of it. The struts on the bridge begin to wobble and sway, the artisans move to keep it stable whilst trying to keep away from the crocodile's reach with its huge maw. The crocodile then begins to lower in the water. (As its action, it engulfs what it has grappled in its mouth. Gnoll is effectively inside the crocodile's stomach now. Gnoll, see spoiler as to mechanics and what's happening. Yes, it does break your grapple on it.)
Gnoll is engulfed, meaning the following conditions are applied.

Trumann releases another jet of homing divine energies into the waters. However, it seems to fall short, striking a small fish before it can make contact with the enormous crocodile.
(Auto-pilot the others. Been 2 days.)
T'vonii sends a spray of missiles at the crocodile. No way these can miss. Magic Missile vs. Enormous Crocodile:3 per dart (3 darts.) The darts strike at the crocodile (Enormous Crocodile: 97 damage.)
Morduk loads a bolt into his crossbow and sends it at the crocodile, aiming for the glowing lights. Crossbow, Hand vs. Enormous Crocodile:22 vs. AC. Hit:3 piercing damage. The crossbow bolt strikes the crocodile in the eye. (Enormous Crocodile: 105 damage.)
Gnoll starts inside the belly of the beast. Constitution Saving Throw (DC 15):11 The octopus is nastily burnt by the acidic contents of the stomach. (Gnoll Giant Octopus: 10/52 HP) The Gnoll-topus flails with their tentacles in an attempt to force its way out of the stomach. Tentacle vs. Enormous Crocodile:19 vs. AC. Hit:5 bludgeoning damage. (Cannot grapple from inside particularly) The pummelling of the inside causes the crocodile to start hurling as the giant octopus is expelled from its mouth again. (Enormous Crocodile: 111 damage.)
Korvek, low on javelins, now has to resort on handaxes. Handaxe vs. Enormous Crocodile:19 vs. AC. Hit:5 slashing damage. The handaxe strikes into the enormous crocodile's back, causing more blood to pool from the near-dead crocodile. (Enormous Crocodile: 118 damage.)
At this point, the bubbling in the water starts to swarm around the top of the crocodile. It is a strange event, as suddenly the weapons and bolts struck into the crocodile expel out of the back of the crocodile and launch back at their users. Crossbow, Hand vs. Morduk:17 vs. AC. Hit:6 piercing damage. Javelin vs. Korvek:14 vs. AC. Hit:8 piercing damage. Handaxe vs. Korvek:21 vs. AC. Hit:9 slashing damage. The bubbling seems to die down again...
The weapons are scattered on the bridge and shoreline, but Korvek gets an axe to the shoulder. (Korvek: 54/60 HP)
Gnoll knows that he was expelled out of the crocodile, some 5-10 ft. from it. However, he saw the weapons seemingly be drawn out of the wounds on its back by something that doesn't appear to be there.

Does Tahia have any idea what's causing the water to behave like that? Unless she does, she's going to keep trying to take the crocodile down: Attack: 25 Damage (including Sneak Attack): 7
Tahia strikes another arrow into the back of the crocodile, getting it in the back of the neck. It flails for a couple of seconds, but the final strike has been dealt. (Giant Crocodile: defeated.)
Trumann, T'vonii, Morduc, Gnoll, Korvek, what next?
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Gnoll is spending his action to find out what else is in the water, if he doesn't see anything, he will use his inkcloud to colour the water for a moment (should duspwrse within a round because of the strong current).
Gnoll checks the waters. It isn't like there is something in the water, it is almost as if the water is reacting itself for some reason. Deciding to bolster his wild shape, he recovers some of his stamina. (Octo-Gnoll: 25/52 HP)
Trumann raises the symbol as the water explodes. The area disintegrates as the bubbling stops.
