You easily evade the water pushed door and after the rush of water subsides the area has leveled off at your waist full of water. As you move into the left section of the hold you can see Svern on the beach and the light of the afternoon sun at the far end, on the closer half you can see some hammocks hanging g from cross beams and anchored to the boats ribs. Doesnt look like anyone was asleep when the boat hit with disaster. There is an empty weapons rack next to the door and as you slosh through the space your foot contacts what feels like a footlocker of some sort.
Captain Smeet reaches out to shake yer hand. He has a sturdy grip. His hair is covered in a watch cap his bright blue eyes and huge welcoming grin give you a clue as to how he named his ship. He has full blonde mustache that connects ample muttonchop sideburns with no beard. His face shows the wear and tear of many years on the ocean, but he is full of spirit. He takes you through a quick tour of the boat.
" She is small, but capable. Handles true in the storm and maneuverable in combat when that sort o' storm comes calling" he points to the ballista on the fore deck. The he shows you the cabin where there is 3 beds with foot lockers and some gear netting attached to the hull to keep your stuff stowed and secure.

You dont take dmg yet and no need for initiative for just you two. You don't have your shortsword yet, but you do have the rusty dagger you found. You need to roll using the combat tab so it does the dmg as well. Your turn for a action as the octopus did his surprise attack by grappling your arm

He heads over and immediately orders a drink or three and a roast mutton leg to gnaw on. He fills you guys in on the boat they have reserved and tells you about Captain Smeet. Yensen went on alone to meet with the Cleric of Torm at the small shrine near the market. He is excited to hear about the tour of the host tower. He got a peak at it while on the docks. Its a magnificent structure unlike any ever built. Beautiful and creepy at the same time. Like a giant tree. In certain lighting the glass roofs disappear making it look like a giant clawed hand. He Thinks it would be a good idea to leave as soon as possible once the tour is done if no good leads are found, as he thinks someone has taken an interest in our business.

If there is no food with it, Tez picks up the octopus corpse and puts it in a sack. Tez then attempts to put all of the stuff in a barrel, found in the earlier room, after checking it's contents and float it to shore, attaching a string to control it.

The food is in barrels, those you can convert to rations, but fresh is always better and octopus will fry up nice.
Okay, Tez swims to shore with all of the supplies, making sure they don't get wet or drift off(by using rope to hold the barrels and footlocker, and making sure the footlocker is shut and no water gets in.
As Tez swims closer to shore with some supplies, he sees Svern gathering up some crabs along the beach. as he is picking them up and putting them in a pouch he reaches some big red boulders. Svern chases a few more crabs behind the boulders which begin to move. The sand cascades from the rocks as they lift up and out of the beach. Huge red claws emerge from the sand and two stalks with beady black eyes stare down at Svern and his bag of crabs. Then a 2nd boulder also rises up from the beach. 2 Giant crabs that are none too happy with Sverns collection of seafood.
"Sorry I took so long everyone. I got a little seasick while talking to that Smeet person. It seems like a good set up and Yensen agreed. I believe we can set off once Yensen gets back? I'm not sure, he seemed very taken with that temple. How did things go for you all? He sits with a heavy thud and drinks deep, as if his sick comment obviously did not run into a problem with ale.
