Omen will follow along, looking at all the windows to see if there is some response to their presence. He will then make his way to the door everyone has decided to take.
Once they reach the door Omen will drop his pack. "Might be too bulking when entering a residence" he thinks to himself.

Red
Red will step to the side to let Qivys through first before following closely behind. She frowns down at the rotted woodwork, worried about putting her foot through a week patch as she was with the porch. She stops startled when Omen knocks on the door and holds still, listening hard for any reaction from further within the house. From its condition, she agrees with Kas that it's doubtful anyone lives here, but that doesn't mean there's not something else inside. Something now alerted to their presence by the knock. Not that they were being particularly stealthy. Likely if there is anything here it already knows they'd come.
Qiv will walk past Red into the corridor and use his Divine Sense. He will tell everyone of it's outcome before cautiously continuing through the corridor to the door at the end.
Qivys senses... nothing.
Omen puts his pack down and knocks. Nothing stirs. No sounds, no movement.
The door opens easily - it was barely even shut. You step inside. The interior is damp and musty-smelling. The wooden floor is soft and spongy. The interior is not dark. The door at the end of the hallway (on the right) is open, and daylight can be seen, probably from the exterior windows on the north and west. The corridor turns left, opposite the open door. A lot of plaster lies strewn about, fallen from the walls or ceiling.
Omen starts looking around more. He is looking for signs of life or anything that denotes that someone lived there in the past that may be some insight to what the person was like.
When Red hears nothing after Omen knocks she shrugs and follows Qivys down the hallway. If he stopped short of the doorway and corner she will put her hands on his shoulder and gently guide him forwards so she can peak into both options.
Qivys, Red, and Omen explore to the end of the corridor.
To the left, the corridor continues south another twenty feet or so, and then opens up into a large entrance hall. You can see the front door clear across the house. More open doors are in the hallway south - one on each side (east and west). Shattered remains of vandalized furniture are strewn along the hall.
Through the doorway north is a kitchen. It's dirty and damp, with patches of gray mold and cobwebs on the floor, walls, and ceiling. In the southwest corner is some iron cooking equipment with a chimney above. Next to it, under the window, is a cracked and discolored stone sink. To the right of the sink, a small, closed wooden cupboard is fixed to the wall about five feet above floor level. Against the far wall, a flight of wooden stairs leads upward from west to east; the woodwork of the staircase is decayed, and a few of the treads are missing.
There's little Omen can find here which gives any insight into the owner's personality.
He follows a few feet behind the others, his nerves buzzing. He pays close attention to the dimensions of the halls and rooms they see, comparing them to the exterior dimensions to determine if there are any hidden spaces. He looks at the dust and dirt on the floors, checking for any signs of recent traffic. He pokes through the pile of broken furniture in case anything interesting remains. If he finds nothing, he will continue into the house behind Qivys, Omen, and Red.
Qivys heads to the kitchen cautiously. "Hey guys, if I was a crazy alchemist, I'd be hiding in the upstairs closet" he raises his finger an points up the rickety stairs. "Who's with me?" He slowly puts pressure on the first available step.
He looks at the dust and dirt on the floors, checking for any signs of recent traffic. He pokes through the pile of broken furniture in case anything interesting remains.
Kasimir examines the floor and debris – Investigation: 21 – and discovers a set of recently made humanoid tracks, a single set, heading toward the door on the east wall of the kitchen, which is closed. He finds nothing of interest in the broken furniture - just a lot of rotten wood and cloth.
He slowly puts pressure on the first available step.
Qivys tests the first step. They are in poor condition but seem to be still usable.
"Oh, so you want to check out upstairs first?" Red asks quietly, following Qivys into the kitchen. The door on the right catches her attention and as Qivys slowly checks the stairs she somewhat impatiently breaks off from following in his footsteps to check out the room. Probably some sort of pantry, she figures, seeing as it comes off the kitchen.
Red finds that the door off the kitchen swings open easily - it hangs loosely on its hinges.
The room to the east displays the effects of damp and decay more than most. Mold grows in patches on the floor, walls, and ceiling. A large copper cask, split, discolored and empty, stands under the window, with a small heap of crockery shards on the floor beside it. Stairs lead down into what is presumably a cellar.
Red notices that the tracks Kas found in the kitchen continue into this room and appear to descend the stairs. A single set of boot prints.
(Just to clarify: This new room is the one in the NE corner of the house - I'll update the map later today.)
From the single pair of footprints leading into the cellar Red guesses they were correct earlier when they thought no one was still living here. Still a single pair meant someone had been in here, and the lack of return footprints implied they still were.
"Psst! Qivys!"She hisses, trying to catch his attention. She'll then gesture at the tracks and stairs Qivys probably cant see before attempting to stealthy approach the stairs and work down. If they can find the person who left the prints maybe they can ask them some questions. But going upstairs first would give them time to skedaddle if they were so inclined.
Omen looks around a bit from his location. As the rest of the party move around he will take up a rear position, keeping a wary eye out for movement, ambushes and the like.
Hearing Red's hiss to Qivys he will turn his attention to her. Any move the party makes Omen will follow along.
Kasimir's nerves had just started to settle, the house seeming to be empty, when he sees the footprints. As Qivys tests the first stair, Kas points out the tracks to Red, who opens the door and begins moving down. Not down, following ominous footprints into the dark. That is exactly where we should not be going! the reasonable part of his brain argues. But this is his life now, chosen or not, and it was something he was going to have to get used to. He pulls the lantern from his pack and manages, after a couple of attempts, to light it with his shaking hands. He stands, takes a few deep breaths, and quietly eases his rapier from its sheath. Then he will quietly follow down the stairs (Stealth = 6), the lantern in his left hand and the rapier in his right.
(If Qivys chooses to go ahead of him, Kas will gladly allow it and take up the third position in the group. Otherwise, he's about 5 feet behind Red.)
(he will quietly follow -- Not with that roll, he won't! DM: Kas and Red aren't wearing wooden clogs, are they? Or maybe tap shoes?)
Qivys stops his ascent upon hearing Reds hiss. "Oohhh, now that's a much better place for a crazed alchemist. In the dungeon!" he moves to the stairs and works his way Infront of Red and Kas. "Excuse me, sorry, pardon me" he says quietly. "Are you guys trying to wake the dead? I thought you'd be a little more quiet so as to not alert the crazy person who left these footprints" Clearly having more fun than was probably appropriate, Qiv tries to sneak down the stairs Stealth2
(DM: I rolled with disadvantage. I think that's correct due to my armour. Please rectify if it's not)

In your contest to see who can be the loudest... you all lose.
AAAAAAAAAAI YAGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH! HGGGHHHAAIIII...
You forget afterwards whether it was Qivys or Red who took that first step downstairs, but the moment you began your descent, hideous screams — as if of a soul in torment — rise from the cellar below. Everyone jumps - It is highly unnerving and unsettling.
Red and Omen are frightened. (You have disadvantage on all ability checks for 1 hour, but you may repeat the saving throw every 15 minutes.) Their nerves are shot - that was a shock to their systems. They are unable to descend the stairs, for now.
But you see nothing – the screams seem to come out of the air itself. Kasimir's lantern illuminates a large cellar visible at the bottom of the stairs. You see a couple of large metal storage bins from where you are standing.
(Claire is still outside the house, keeping watch. She may join you later.) (Qivys: You are correct. Chain Mail gives you disadvantage on stealth.)

Omen will look at the interior and say to his companions: "It does appear to be abandon."
Omen will move to the interior of the house, just inside the door.
Omen hears nothing but the distant sounds of surf far below the edge of the nearby cliff.
