"Lady Malyra, would you like to answer that?" Ethan asks, nodding to the lady. "This is your mission, so it would be up to you to explain the requirements."
You visually assess the men surrounding the half-elf. They all seem to be somewhat trustworthy. They don’t look like pirates or killers of any kind. They are dressed much like a sailor or merchant would.
Malyra steps forward to the crowd and says, “It is quite urgent. We must cross the sea as quick as possible.”
Rhond stands up. “If it is that important, you would pay more? I would like 500 gold then, 200 up front.” As he finishes his sentence, he tilts his head in interest. After a moment or two, he bows his head and sighs in frustration. “You’re High-Hill’s kids, aren’t you? I leave the guild and ten years later, the old man still has control over how I make my money. 100 gold for the whole group.”
"My Lady, are you covering the fee, or do we need to pay our own way here?" Ethan asks the Lady with a questioning look. He does not appear worried, just curious and willing to do which ever she believes necessary.
Malyra nods. “I saved over many years, so I believe I can cover this.” She gives Rhond a pouch of gold. He takes the pouch and sits down, quietly counting them. After a few moments, he stands back up and turns to his men. “Alright. Finish your drinks and let’s take our next shipments across the sea.” Once everyone has finished their drinks, Rhond leads you and his men to their ship.
When you get to it, you can see that it is smaller than most ships and it does not have much of a defense. “If all you need is to cross the sea, the best place I can take you is Amesto. It’s a small village on the coast of the Orclands, but the green guys don’t really bother the people there. I stop by once in a while to sell supplies since they have a decent enough dock.”
Eira looks excited as the group approaches the ship, clasping her hands together and stars in her eyes. "I've never been on a ship before! This is so exciting! I can't wait!"
Rhond leads you all to one room under the main deck, about 20ft on all sides. Everyone will be sharing this room since you're only going a short distance with Rhond's ship. "You may keep your effects in here while you stay on the Perso. The damned old man requested it himself, back at the tavern. He also said he was sending someone to give you all a gift, so we'll be waiting maybe an hour before departing."
((The “old man” is the guildmaster, High-Hill. Rhond used to be a member and is still under his influence, even though he doesn’t want to be. He’s not a bad guy, just wants to live his own life and make his own money.))
When the group leaves the Tavern, Mara is already waiting for them on top of the tavern to deliver the "present" she collected for Zargaroth. So when the group steps out into the open, there is a shower of rotten fish coming down on Zargaroth (and probably everyone close to him). Zargaroth spins expecting some kind of assault only to see his familiar obviously satisfied by the result of her hard work.
"Mara you littel monster you were supposed to... oh shit."
Zargaroth snapps his fingers and the owl vanishes.
Before the ship leaves, Zargaroth will spend some time to clean his clothing and equipment but still, being the little cabin on the ship fills it with a rather unpleasant smell. This is why Zargaroth will spend as much time on deck as possible.
"I've gotcha. Boop!"Cora jumps up and taps Zargaroth, casting Prestidigitation (cleaning), multiple times if needed. The smell of fish on his clothes vanishes.
As you all get settled in the cabin Rhond is letting you use, the door is opened and a little figure enters the room. When he pulls the hood off his head, you realize he’s a gnome. He’s much smaller than average.
“Sorry for intruding. The master wanted me to give you these.” He hands out one small gold coin to each of you. Upon inspecting the coins, you see that these were made specifically for the guild’s members. The letters “AG” as well as a spartan helmet were engraved into both sides of the coins. “Do NOT use them to buy things. You may kill someone.”
"So how much for passage, and when would you be able to depart?" Ethan asks of the captain.
Rhond looks over the group for a moment. “Hmm...how urgent is your business?”
"Lady Malyra, would you like to answer that?" Ethan asks, nodding to the lady. "This is your mission, so it would be up to you to explain the requirements."
Zadoris, still standing to the side, keeps his eyes on the group of men. He watches their movement try to discern how trustworthy they are.

Zargaroth empty his glass and keeps watching, ready to act when nescessary.

Cora looks excited; not at the reduced fare, but...
"Can you tell me about stuff you did in the guild during the voyage? It sounds awesome!" she exclaims, fishing for gold in her pouch.
((OOC: Cora has 29 i think))

Cora giggles as she follows Eira. “How long will it take?” she asks Rhond. ”Can I help with ship stuff if I’m needed? I promise I’ll be of help!”
Ethan gives Malyra a hand up onto the boat, then follows her aboard. "Where would you like us to put our belongings? he asks the captain.
