Another City Watch comes running in from around the corner and will join the fray next round.
The Screaming Man grabs the boys that lit the troll effigy down the street, pointing back at the blind rampaging troll. 3 boys heft some burning sticks out of the inferno and start off to join the melee.
Arthur does a 8 point lay on hands to himself , picks up the table to use as a battering ram , and yells at the guards " USE THAT CART TO RAM IT WITH , IT HAS REACH" .
OOC: Do I need to make a STR check to lift the table?

The trolls shrugs off most of the hits, seems to quickly recover from some of it's wounds, and attacks Arthur:

The short Watch officer yells at Arthur "Don't stand next to it, it's blinded"
They both run in and swing at it with their watch clubs,

After attacking, both guards back away from the monster. The tall Watch says "Stay out of it's reach"
The screaming guy is closing in with the teens trying to start the wicker effigy alight.
