When Quin realized she had forgotten about the potions she laughed. "Buck can cast the Fly spell and will be in the air with us long enough to cast Fly, but I've told him he can flit way as soon as he has made the cast. For a fiend he has a terrible fear of getting hurt. I don't know why, but I keep thinking about Throm's pony. I hope I get to meet him. This thing is going to happen so fast, I don't think I'll even need to take a potion of invulnerability but I think we all should anyway. It only lasts 1 minute and it's not true invulnerability but it will give us resistance. We should take it right before entering the tower."
Quin starts handing around the potions to everyone.

Lia coats both her longsword and arrows in the oil of sharpness. She nods solemnly at Throm and Quin's sentiments, deciding she had nothing better to add. She winces at the sound of Throm's chewing, and keeps her mind clear, ready to focus on the plan.
Onyx nodded as he took the Potion of Invulnerability. He looked around the room quietly, trying to calm himself as everyone prepared to head toward the fifth floor.
"I've been successfully turned off alcohol from this whole affair anyways," Hatch told Lok. He fiddles with the potion of invulnerability bottle nervously. "It's been an honor guys."
Galerius took the potion of invulnerability. He applied oil of sharpness to his scimitar and his crossbow. Sweat poured down the face of the Dragonborn.
Laden with potions, scrolls and weapons, having their ammunition and blades coated with magical oils, having run through the plan extensively so that everyone understood their roles, the group assembled at the base of the staircase. One last disapproving scowl from Bentley isn't enough to discourage anyone, and the first of the group begin the ascent. As they do so, several other patrons emerge from the common room, followed by more, until all those trapped by the dark goddess's curse are present to lend their support, Willagee and Kardinya looking on.
With the utmost stealth and care, the group round each staircase and pass through each level until they are directly below the sleeping tarrasque. The warriors take the final staircase first, and gain their first view of the mighty monster. Just as Onyx described, the beast lays motionless, without even a breath from its giant nostrils, but the heat of its live body can be felt from the edge of the platform. Drinking their potions, Lia, Hatch, Throm, Lok and Galerius employ their new powers of flight to take to the air around the tower.
Ascending next is Quin, nervously clutching her scrolls, with Buck on her shoulder, and a fresh spell of charismatic inspiration. She finds a strategic position and unravels the parchment ready to attempt the difficult spell. Behind her comes Onyx, who touches one hand to Quin's shoulder with a divine blessing, before drinking his own potions and taking flight with Lannel to join the others. As Quin summons her will, the remainder of the patrons also quietly ascend to the top floor, forming a perimeter around the fearsome monster, as support in case the beast awakens, ready to take its attention away from the sorcerer so that she may complete her spell.
Quin: Please make a DC 17 Charisma check to cast Reverse Gravity. You have advantage from Eagle's Splendor, and you add 1d4 from Guidance.

The first time I tried to roll it all together and it came out to 224 and I knew that wasn't right so I just did it over rolling a d20 with my +9 modifier and then rolled a d4 after.

(All good. You would have been unlucky not to make this check ... but there is always a chance!)
Channeling all her willpower into the spell, Quin knows when the last word is read that the spell has worked, and the scroll crumbles in her hands. A gasp goes up from the watching crowd as the slumbering giant in the middle of the floor starts to suddenly move.
It is a disorienting sight. Rather than the limbs and tail rising first as they might under the power of a great suction, or rising last as they might when the body is suspended, instead the entire creature lifts off the floor at once, quickly accelerating as it rises. Within a split-second the monster awakens and roars an ear-splitting roar of surprise and frustration, scrambling with futile limbs at the floor which is no longer in reach. Another split-second later and the creature slams into the pagoda roof, smashing the stones and tiles as though they were a child's toy, and the monster and debris rise together further into toward the tangible blackness above. A wave of fear lashes out at the crowd below like a blow from a mighty hammer, and half of the assembled crowd scream and flee in horror, some leaping from the balcony to fall toward the ground below, others running for the stairs. Some foolishly flee directly across the now-empty floor, and are soon falling upward in the wake of the terrible tarrasque.
Quin, you will need to make a DC 17 Wisdom save against the tarrasque's Frightful Presence.
All airborne personnel, you can now make your attack rolls or any other actions.

I'm just gonna be a pedant and quote the rules here. According to Find Familiar: Finally, when you cast a spell with a range of touch, your familiar can deliver the spell as if it had cast the spell. Your familiar must be within 100 feet of you, and it must use its reaction to deliver the spell when you cast it. So Quin still has to be the one to cast the spell. Fortunately, the rules for frightened say: A frightened creature has disadvantage on ability checks and attack rolls while the source of its fear is within line of sight. The creature can't willingly move closer to the source of its fear. It doesn't say you can't cast spells, so despite being frightened, Quin can still cast Fly using Buck to deliver the touch.
Having said all that, wasn't Onyx going to use Lannel to cast Fly on the tarrasque?

Lia's feet leave the ground, and her stomach lurches, but she gets the hang of it pretty quickly. The sight of the Tarrasque 'falling' through the air is certainly something to behold, but Lia doesn't have the luxury of gawking time. She nocks an arrow, flying to what she guesses is just close enough to hit, and certainly no closer, shouting to the creature.

Hatch doesn't think his handaxes could reach if thrown, but he didn't have to attack the thing physically, just verbally. Using his thaumaturgy to get his voice as loud and booming as he possibly could he began shouting at the tarrasque.
"GET UP YOU LOUSY EGGS THIEVING THIN SCALED WEAK BREATHED EXCUSE OF A [SOMETHING REALLY FOUL IN DRACONIC]! YOU AIN'T NOTHING! I'VE BEEN IN THE HANGOVER OF A LIFETIME SINCE I GOT HERE! I WAS BIT BY A VAMPIRE. I GOT IN AN ARGUMENT WITH A CHILDISH DEMON. I CAME UNCOMFORTABLY CLOSE TO SELLING MY SOUL TO A DEVIL. I THINK I MIGHT BE UNDER THE ATTENTION OF THE GODDESS OF MISFORTUNE. A FREAKING [SERIOUSLY YOU DON'T WANT THIS DRACONIC TRANSLATED] WITCH GODDESS. WHAT YOU GOT? WHAT IN ALL THE BLOODY HELLS DO YOU GOT? NOW YOU ARE JUST HANGING THERE IN THE AIR LIKE A WEAK AND HELPLESS LITTLE HATCHLING. YOU WANT TO COME AT ME? MOVE. COME ON, I DARE YOU, COME GET ME HATCHLING, COME HERE. [FLY YOU BIG EGG SUCKING HATCHLING, FLY.]"

Lok takes the potion, a slight gleam of both excitement and fear in his eyes
"ah, to see the sky again." The barbarian added wistfully
"I do miss looking upon the night sky filled to the brim with stars, a cold breeze blowing across the plains."
steeling his nerves, and gripping the potion in his fist, he looks around at his companions and friends.
"I owe everyone here a drink if we make it out." pausing he looked around the hotel
"Though perhaps a drink at a tavern is the last thing anybody wants..." Lok finished with a nervous chuckle

Galerius took the potion of invulnerability. He applied oil of sharpness to his scimitar and his crossbow. Sweat poured down the face of the Dragonborn.
"Now or never."
"It has been an honor to work alongside you, friends.", said Galerius softly. "I hope you will forgive me for that piano fiasco."

Buck still has my instructions to fly up and use the fly spell against the Terrasque as soon as the fighters go into action. Since it's a touch spell.

Shot 1: Attack: 15 Damage: 10
Shot 2: Attack: 29 Damage: 16
Action Surge
Shot 3: Attack: 21 Damage: 10
Shot 4: Attack: 30 Damage: 16
With his movement, he will retreat 30’, knowing he is still within the 320’ range of his light crossbow. He will also yell with all his might,
