She can only hope that the Fly spell works. She waits with bated breath.
She and Onyx had discussed having both familiars cast Fly as if somehow that would make a difference. She remembers that she can use Tides of Chaos to get advantage on an ability check, a saving throw or attack roll. She will use it on her saving throw and Buck can use a reaction because of his special abilities, to cast Fly a second time should it not work the first time. But she thinks it will work and waits for Onyx and Lannel.

Onyx was floating several feet up when the Reverse Gravity spell was cast. He felt the creature's roar almost reach the depths of his soul.
(( Wisdom Save:7 ))
Unfortunately, he became caught in its terrible grip of fear. Still, he was aware enough to realize it; despite his own lack of courage, he pulled out a scroll of Fly, and with trembling hands, cast it. Immediately, Lannel, who'd been ready right where the beast was to fall, made its move to touch the monster and transfer the spell.
(( The second spell is cast! At the end of his turn, Onyx will repeat the saving throw, with disadvantage since the tarrasque is visible:
(Don’t give the Tarrasque an opportunity to hit you. We’re not trying to kill it. We’re trying to motivate it to fly towards us, thus satisfying the condition of the curse. Giving it any reason to fight “flat footed” by reacting to you moving in and out is counter-productive. It might be somewhat distracting but it is causing it to focus closer to itself than on a distant target. This ultimately might not allow for the undetected swoop and touch spell.) Sorry for the meta but I can’t believe that we weren’t on the same page with the strategy.
Retcon: IF and it’s a big if, IF everyone that is flying by potion took up a position at least 120’ from where the Tarrasque would end up after the Reverse Gravity, no-one has the movement speed to attack melee in the first round. DM’s discretion.

I'm gonna allow it because a) it's probably what those characters would have done, b) it allows the characters something to do, and c) it makes the tarrasque a bit more scary now that it has something to attack. We didn't roll initiative, but I'll just waive it, and have the tarrasque go after everyone (except for legendary actions).

As the tarrasque comes to a point of equilibrium at the top of the spell's cylindrical zone, Lia finds herself staring directly at the creature's fortified hide, and her magical arrows bounce harmlessly away. Throm on the other hand is facing its underbelly, and manages to pierce the creature's skin with several magical bolts. Suddenly the very air shudders with Hatch's booming voice, shocking all those listening, and the paladin is certain he sees one of the monster's mighty eyes swing around in his direction. Galerius shows incredible bravery (or foolishness, you judge) with a flying frontal assault, slashing at the enormous face with his scimitar, and breathing fire directly into its eyes. Shockingly, the attacks seem to barely register, save to alert the monster of his presence, and with a sharp SNAP! the gargantuan head swivels, the jaws snap shut, and Galerius vanishes, save for one scaly arm protruding from between its teeth, and one scimitar falling back toward the tower floor. In fury Lok glides in toward the creature's rear, finding some purchase for his dagger on the underside of the long tail, but the tarrasque promptly swats Lok in return, sending him spinning end over end. The tarrasque then gulps, and the last visible sign of Galerius the dragonborn is gone. The monster wriggles its massive limbs in an apparent attempt to move toward any of the noisy and annoying assailants, but has to content itself with another swat of the tail, again sending the mighty Lok flopping like a rag doll.
A creature accustomed to being earth-bound such as this one, and with limited intelligence and ability to think strategically, doesn't expect assaults from above or below. Thus it fails to detect two tiny creatures with the appearance of birds, one hovering overhead and one flying in from underneath. Buck somehow dodges the flailing limbs and reaches the tarrasque first, and Quin channels her magic just as the raven makes contact with the tarrasque. Quin feels a strange sensation, almost like the spell was good but the target refused it, and Buck turned to escape the monster's range. Again the tarrasque swats Lok, pummeling the barbarian, and again is struggles to turn or move. Lannel then finds an opening and swoops in, making itself a conduit for Onyx's spell. This time the creature recognises the intended enchantment for what it is: an opportunity for it to reach its prey! Continuing to churn the air with its limbs, the tarrasque ever so slowly begins to edge forward... at first just inches at a time, and then a few feet, until it ceases flexing its arms and legs and simply glides, flying toward Hatch, mouth opening wide...
Then darkness. No swirling walls or blurring faces. Just an emptiness deeper than the home of the stars. Gradually a light emerges, not white and bright like a flame, but just less dark than the surrounding gloom, and with some semblance of color. A kind of purple dull glow that grows gradually until it allows shadows and shapes to be seen. Looking around, each sees familiar figures and faces in a large circle, each one looking back to the others, with the purple glow in the centre. Lia is there, with Lok, Hatch and Throm. Quin and Onyx can be seen, and even Galerius. Delmon is there, Carnation too, and others, some well known, others less so, but all present. Is it a dream? Is everyone dead together?
Steadily the purple glow grows, not so much in brightness as in size and shape, until the form of a woman can be seen. Her face is one of exquisite beauty, and her figure of sensual allure. Each observer later recalls the woman facing them directly as she speaks, despite acknowledging they were surrounding her in a circle.
You have solved the riddle. You have broken my curse. This is as it should be, for what is a riddle with no solution, or a curse without redemption? These are the realms of other gods, but not of me. Despise me you may, but remember this! Small souls are tamed and subdued by misfortune; but great souls rise above it. Tragedy, affliction, sorrow - these are the greatest teachers. Can you deny it? Have you not also grown? Accept it or not, it is your choice. Just as you may choose whether to accept this gift. I give each of you the talisman of Beshaba, as a token of this principle: that those who face misfortune find themselves more able to resist it. With this talisman you may turn aside my regard, and more often avoid the doom that comes to all through my influence.
Each one senses a pendant hanging from a slender silver chain at their necks, unsure of when or how it arrived there. The image of the goddess starts to fade, turning back into the dull purple glow, and slowly sending everyone back into darkness...
You clumsy halfling! calls a voice over the din of music, revelry and dining. Eyes snap open in bewilderment, and each finds themselves standing or sitting in various places throughout the tavern - the Hotel Corona as it first appeared, the small and now very crowded single-storey structure. Heads turn to see the source of the commotion, and the familiar figure of Bentley rises from the floor, dusting himself off. My apologies, ma'am, but I was only trying to help. You seemed to have dropped something. Bentley holds out his hand to the hooded figure at the nearby table by the door. A wrinkled hand reaches out to retrieve it, then reaches up and lifts the hood... It is an elderly woman, but one with an unfamiliar face. Never mind then, little one. No harm done, says the woman soothingly. Bentley bows a polite bow, then hurries off into the crowd. Kardinya is there a moment later with a broom to sweep up the broken glass, and Willagee approaches, wiping his hands on his apron and offering the woman a replacement drink. He looks around at the gathered crowd, which includes more than a few stunned and bewildered faces, but seems for all the world like a taverner in the midst of a normal evening's trade, unaware of any concerns beyond a supposedly clumsy halfling and a minor broken glass.
The door opens and someone walks inside, almost bumping into another person who is making their way outside. The commotion of the street and the chill of the night air waft in through the doorway bringing with them the ironic comfort of knowing that the world is once again as it should be.

Throm is incredulous. He immediately reaches up for the pendant. Is it still there? Also he starts searching his pockets. He had put the stopper for the vial of the potion of flying in the same pocket as the “carrot”, he thought that that stopper might be the only momento he would have if he ever escaped.

While rummaging in his pocket with the "carrot", Throm tries to tell by feel if the carrot is full size again (I.e. he never took two bites). It's as if no time has passed at all. He then grabs Hatch by the shoulders and investigates his neck for wounds. Throm feels his knees weaken and then realizes he can't remember when he last breathed.
Galerius gasps. It was quite unpleasant in the tarrasque's mouth. He reached for the silver pendant, checking if it was still there. He was in a dilapidated tavern, and guests were coming in and out.
Hatch falls flat on his butt as his knees go weak, sighing in the most profound relief he has known.
"Well I guess the plan worked rather well, thing flew right for me," he said, giving a laugh at the end.
"I'm going to need a minute just to let my mind settle back in my skull, but I'm not going to stay in this tavern a minute longer than that, not after how many days that was. We did it! By the gods we did it!"

Onyx smiled at the tavern patrons, all apparently unaware of the recent events. Well... except for the other adventurers who experienced it.
"Ah, there you are!" he said cheerily as Lannel appeared and landed on his shoulder. He was hoping he wouldn't have to re-summon the cheeky celestial, but it would have been a small price to pay for having beaten the riddle and to have escaped the hotel from hell. "Well, I don't know about you old friend, but I think I might prefer a night out under the stars rather than to sleep here!" He looked toward Bentley and the other staff, all busy elsewhere. "No offense to the help, of course," he finished to himself.
(Thank you, everybody! And a big thank you to you, ZorgAlmighty! This was so much fun!)
Lia takes a deep breath in and lets it out in a shaky laugh. "Yes, a quick breather, and then out on the road again. And I certainly don't think I'll be staying indoors again for a long time."
