The little blast of purple energies scatters across the side of the rapier as the ranger jumps in Reshis face.
Taken a back by this burst of speed, Reshi gets attacked...
First Rapier lunges forward... 12 to hit, Reshi easily dodges the blow, but...
a second one comes horizontally. 19 to hit, 9 piercing damage.

We're back to Gwen as she sees sun down and Reshi getting a beat down too !

(GWEN MAD. RAR)

Gwen's eye twitches as she sees her allies going down. Even if that Reshi was tainted and Sun was overly touchy, they were not evil! Not by her measure in any case. She throws out her hand and channels Tyr's favor. She hopes it helps Sun rise from his dying state. She wears a wicked grin as she notches two arrows at the bad guy. "Tyr will see good done by my hand today...!"

(Bonus Action is Healing Word heals Sun for 6. Regular action, using War Priest feature to attack twice: first attack is normal. 8 if hit damage is 9. Second attack, I'll be using my sharpshooter feature to impose a -5 attack penalty to try to do 10 more damage for funsies... attack 10 if that hits, the damage is 14.)

(LMAO. CRIT one the FIRST and an EPIC FAIL on the latter... that seems to happen to me a lot. here is my extra roll for that crit. 10.)

Light burst out of sun's body for a second or so, then Sun's eyes suddently opens as he regains consciousness.

Looking rough after a few hits the old man too angry to realise what's coming his way looks at Reshi when an arrow just clashes against his temple straight through his head. He falls to the ground and let out a final breath as his eyes becomes dull and loses their life. a second arrow was about to be fired but Gwen saw her target go down and thus decided to not to fire. The room goes silent for a moment... Then a moaning sound starts eerily become audible. then something happens to the little girl corpse... She inhales and gasp as if it was the first time she ever breathed in a few weeks. She falls slowly back down to the altar. the shadowy smoke emitting from her making kind of a weird aura to her. she rolls off the altar as if she was in agony. Breathing heavily...

The battle is over, what do you do ?

[I am currently unconscious and rolled a saving throw of 8]

Gwen runs up to Reshi and casts Spare the Dying as she pokes him. "Y-You can't die, i-idiot! Your d-demon, he... he whispers to me..." 

Sun looks around while feeling a little woozy. The first thing that catches his eyes are the little girl by the altar:

"Look! The girl is... alive?" Sun slowly approaches her. 

"Hey there young lady. How are you feeling? You're not gonna eat my, right?... Hehehe..heh..."

Reshi comes to. "Gwen, you saved my life. How can I thank... Is that her?"

The little girl slowly starts breathing better and better, her pale skin color starts to gain colors. She lift her head toward the voice near her and Sun can see her eyes are completely black, emitting this smoke like shades. Her voice inaudible, but sun feels uneasy as he starts losing himself into her empty black voids that serves as eyes.

DM:"Sun, make a Wisdom saving throw."

Reshi opens his eyes and wonders about Gwen as her eyes turns back to normal.
Not only does Gwen form turns back to normal, but the little nugget of burning embers in everyones heart vanishes too.

Gwen and Reshi see's sun and the girl looking at each others, sun suddently became quiet.

Wisdom saving throw: 10 (9+1)

The little girl looks at Sun with her darkness she slowly puts her finger on sun's forehead. Sun doesn't move, not a sound coming out of him. then the little girl let go off sun and falls back down to all four. Her eyes back to their normal white and brown selves.

Holly:"what... what is hapenning ? where am i ?"

Sun starts moving again, wipping off his eyes with his right forearm.

Sun looks back at his friends. His pupils are fully dilated. He mumbles something very softly:

”Stay away. Stay away from her...”

He steps in front of Holly, and puts himself between her and his friends, with his back to Holly.

"What's wrong, Sun?"

“Something’s not right... I saw the face... She showed me the face...” Sun turns his head to look back down at Holly.

”What are you?!” He almost hisses at her.

Holly:"Who are you ?"

The little girl seems scared and as sun puts himself in front of her. She backs up to the altar putting her back to it.

Holly:"Where's Basil, what have you done to him ? BASIL !!!"

Sun backs away from Holly. Confused and disoriented. He stumbles backwards and falls to his knees. 

"I don't know what to do..." He says to himself. He turns his head and looks to Reshi and Gwen. His eyes are about to burst with tears. "I don't know what to do." He finally looks back to Holly. "I don't know what to do... I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!" He screams at Holly while tears are running down his cheeks. "What did you do to me?! What did you show me...?" He's now slowly sobbing while his arms hangs limply down to the ground.

Holly gets a grip and stands up.

Holly:"i'll tell you what to do... Tell me what you done with basil and where i am or i will burn you !"

And flames starts appearing in her hands as she takes a fighting stance. Even though she is afraid, it seems the little one has magical powers and some courage in her.

Holly :"ANSWER ME !!!"

"Basil is fine. We found him not far from here. He was attacked.  We've healed him up and he'll be fine. We can take you to him.  Just leave Sun alone!"

Holly:"Attacked !"

And she drops her stance.

Holly:"Bring me to him, poor brother always gets in trouble. What did he do ?"

She pauses a second to look around.

Holly;"Come to think of it... Where are we ? All i remember was my brother talking to someone then they came to hits and then a sharp pain in my back and the blackness and a voice telling things about sacrifice."
