Dog, if there are no close-by enemies, follows the rest of the group. If he can get close to someone with movement alone, he'll offer to dimension door himself and someone else to rooms to the north. Assuming not, he'll dash to get closer to the group.
Dog runs only 30 feet, so is lagging behind Kulloda and Martin (because they are dashing). Before Kulloda gets more than 5 feet in front of him, Dog estimates he should jump 13 ahead of Martin at the door to their north.
Martin curses under his breath at being alone now with pursuers, and takes off in search of Fang, still, searching through every door he can in the hall on his way north
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The warrior’s (6) eyes go wide as Tristan’s spell takes hold. Tristan brandishes his rapier and as the warrior flees, he strikes with a booming blade.
Attack: 26 Damage: 6 plus 9 thunder damage plus an additional 11 when target continues to move.
Tristan recoils as the strike from the second berserker hits him, and he focuses to maintain his concentration on his charm over the others. Concentration: 15
(Warcaster provides advantage on concentration saves and allows use of spell during AoO)

With his charm over the others still in place, Tristan focuses his attention on the warrior that attacked him (8) With a flourish, the thin blade whips through the air twice, slicing into the enemy fighter. Tristan finishes with the blade poised in a duelist defense.

Plus 10 damage from bardic inspiration and that number gets added to his AC until next turn.

Dog growls, and follows Kulloda, fighting the urge to smack himself in the forehead and ready to hit something, anything. (30' move and dash)
Dog and Kulloda enter a room that is clearly used for prisoners. In fact, one is sagged to the floor, chained to the wall by his hands. He does not move as Dog and Kulloda enter, his eyes cast down. He appears to be alive but is either asleep, praying, or intentionally still.
Martin bursts into a room that immediately fills with barking. It is a room filled with cages and chained dogs, meant for hunting or battle. They strain against their chains or lunge against the bars at the intruder.

His first strike is enough to put the barbarian down.

It does not kill the fleeing barbarian but it severely wounds him.
Kulloda's greatsword almost sweeps down in an arc to take the head off the man in the room. He barely stops the blade an inch from the man when he spots the chains.
"Bah," Kulloda yells in anger. He grabs the man's hair and lifts his head up so he can see Kulloda. "You Fang?"
He shakes his head. Even in his current state he realizes it's unlikely the Fang would be chained up and still be the Fang.
Kulloda is about to yell more questions when the sound of barking dogs next door catches his attention.
He doesn't wait for a reply from the chained man but charges across the prison to the door on the other side, pushing it open and going through to the next room or hall.
With the immediate threats in the area dead or fleeing, Tristan turns his attention toward the northern door along the west wall. He knows his companions went to search for the Fang using the door to the south, perhaps they should check the door to the north. He motions to the door “Gash, follow me, let’s go find the Fang and the others”
Tristan dashes across the room, racing by the warriors still staring off at hypnotic colors in the distance, and opens the door.

Dog WIS check to see if dimension dooring seems doable and at what distance makes sense.

Dog runs only 30 feet, so is lagging behind Kulloda and Martin (because they are dashing). Before Kulloda gets more than 5 feet in front of him, Dog estimates he should jump 13 ahead of Martin at the door to their north.
Kulloda pauses before charging through the doorway and looks at Dog.
"Kulloda ready," he says, barely keeping his rage under control. "Go now."
Kulloda and Dog end up just beyond the door in a large, communal privy, which has not been cleaned recently.
Doors exit the privy towards Martin to the south, as well as to the east and north.
Meanwhile, two barbarians burst into the hallway behind Martin, coming from the bakery kitchen.
In the feast hall, #6 takes a firebolt to his side. That same barbarian endures a dissonant, psychic attack from Tristan (17).
The spell wracks the barbarian's mind for 15 points of damage. He runs into the hall heading east towards The Fang's bedroom.
(I believe Tristan gets a reaction to the barbarian moving away.)
#8 charges forward, attacking Tristan with a reckless assault using a battleaxe.
Battleaxe Attack: 23 Damage: 15
Tristan must roll a concentration check (after the reaction attack). Everyone is up in any order.
#7 and 9 are south of Martin by 40 feet. #6 ran. #8 is attacking Tristan. Everyone else is charmed still, unless Tristan fails a concentration check.
Kulloda looks around the privy and lets a low rumbling growl escape his throat, and frowns at Dog.
"Not Fang."
He grabs the handle for the doorway to the east, opens the door and rushes forward into the next room.
Gash will throw another Fire Bolt at the barb that was swinging at him before.
Attack: 23 Damage: 17

That one ran into the hall and is out of sight but you can fire it at the other one that has run up to Tristan.
His first strike is enough to put the barbarian down.

The two barbarians chasing Martin follow him into the kennel but have no actions left to attack.
They are the only combatants left while everyone else is still charmed and #6 has fled.

Dog follows Kulloda’s path toward the other door, but pauses, and says to the prisoner, “why are you here?”
If no response in Common, he follows through the door. If response in Common, he will say more, after listening.
