Rogram is letting the group decide where to go, but I'm pretty sure we're moving back to the meat locker. Once they make the decision, he'll don his shield and walk at the front, ready to use his sword if danger presents itself. He won't move quickly, because he remembers someone mentioning kobolds, so he'll try to move stealthy and skillfully, also watching for traps. If they make it all the way back to the meat locker without incident, he'll use his mage hand to part the strips to go through safely.
Karib remembers clanking through the room last time, but his new friends managed to help him well enough. He nods, offering up a prayer to Gond for guidance. He knows he is not an agile man, but they need the rest.
The faint sounds of dripping water and falling rock are the entirety of your accompaniment as you venture up, then down long flights of stairs, winding past the non-attentive kobolds and blue drakes. Moving carefully through the formerly stirge-infested cavern, you descend another set of steps, where Rogram's mage hand pulls the barbed curtain aside, providing you entrance to the natural cold of the Cult's apparent meat locker.
Your captive remains here, now conscious. Still bound, his eyes shy away from the sudden light flooding in. He coughs hoarsely and rolls away from you.
Rogram stays by the barbed curtain, using his mage hand to hold the curtain slightly open so he catch watch up the stairs to make sure they haven't been followed.
Smoke will scout the room once more to make sure they are alone in there before moving near the exit, hoping to hear anything that might be coming down the stairs in time.
Yevele will enter the room slowly, the last of the party to enter the freezer. Seeing the prisoner look away from them, the monk will go over and set the head of Cyanwrath down about five feet away from the prisoner's face, directly in his line of site.
The monk will then move away from the prisoner, and sit down in a location where the prisoner has the choice of looking at the half-dragon's head, or looking at Yevele. She will pull out her sword and clean it carefully and slowly before resheathing it. Glancing over at her companions, the monk says "I'll take the last watch. I need the rest."

Karib nods in thanks to Rogram, patting him on the shoulder as he enters the room. "Nicely done," he says, as he ducks clear of the barbs. He moves cautiously into the room, still feeling the effects of the poison as well as remembering the time he spent here waiting to die. As Yevele places the head on the floor he grins and stares at the prisoner, his spirits lifted a little.
He catches the prisoner's eye then nods in the direction of Yevele, "There's worse things than death," he says. "You might want to consider your options while we rest."
With that, he settles to the floor, his eyes fixed on the prisoner, offers a brief prayer to Gond, trying to assess if his words had any effect and if there might be some other way to get leverage.

For Karib:
The prisoner is in poor health and seems disoriented, but you note a strong resolve in his eyes. However, there is no hiding the intimidation he clearly feels once the head of Cyanwrath is set in front of him.
The prisoner coughs, wriggling to bring some distance between himself and Cyanwrath's head. Aside from an occasional grunt of discomfort or pain, the man remains stoically silent to his fate as you begin to rest.
The natural chill in the cavern makes for a comfortable sleep for those with bedrolls, but the hard stone of the cavern floor makes for a difficult slumber for Rogram. A few hours pass quietly before a sudden thumping sound from the stairway rouses all but Karib, who is keeping watch.
There is just enough time to regard the situation before the tip of a spear brushes the curtain aside, and four kobolds enter, dragging the corpse of a large elk behind them into the room. They stop in their tracks, freezing as they quickly assess the sight in front of them before reaching for their slings and daggers.

OOC: Noted! Was just trying to add some flavor anyway.
I always assume characters are in armor when they rest in a dungeon. The PHB doesn't have any penalties for sleeping in armor and campaign books often point out enemies that are sleeping in armor as well.
Since the attack didn't hit, Yevele will use her bonus action to spend a ki point, taking patient defense, so attacks against her will be made with disadvantage.

OOC: Seeing no objection, so I'll resolve that plan to keep us moving.

OOC: Rogram has a bedroll. It's in his backpack. DM, how do you feel about sleeping with armor and shields?
Rogram gets to his feet, grabs one of his javelins, and hurls it at the closest kobold.
Attack: 19 Damage: 9
Karib moves to block the doorway, and as he does so his simple wooden staff takes on a more vicious look.
"Burn in the fires of Gond's great furnace!" he says, as flames spring up around the kobold in the doorway.
DC 14 DEX save or take 1 fire damage. If anyone ends their turn in the flames, they take another 1d8.

Also nice javelin throw, that's gonna be fun.

Yevele will stand up and grab her bow and fire an arrow at one of the kobolds: Attack: 18 Damage: 4
If the arrow hits, she will use her bonus action to make it a kensei's shot, dealing an extra 4 damage.
After firing the bow, the monk will move 20 feet back from the door, keeping the other three members of the party between herself and the kobolds.
Since the attack didn't hit, Yevele will use her bonus action to spend a ki point, taking patient defense, so attacks against her will be made with disadvantage.
OOC: Giving some more time for Smoke's action before botting and resolving.
