"Oh yea... Hahah! I knew we were here for another reason!"Tagret said with a smile to his voice despite the grim reminder. "Aww man, why'd we even.... eh, whatever. Uh.. Sure Savrena! An hour's fine enough. Maybe we could leave a few weapons to cook in that weird forge while we take a quick break, and see if they super charge or something! Pfft! Not that -I- need it all glowy 'n stuff, but it would be pretty neat." He suggests to the others, and settle back into his seat. But not too TOO much that he might pass out in his seat before the hour's rest is upl
(OOC: All in all, sounds like we're taking a short rest at the very least or that's tagret's vote as well before we move on in whatever direction we haven't explored yet.)

Though all too likely a futile effort, hearing the noise, Tagret would strain his ears trying to discern the source if not better narrow down the direction of the noise. Afterwards, he'd belatedly strike up a torch, and if able to discern something that might a cause for alarm, he'd stand in such a way as to be more visible from the door and knock on the frame, drawing just enough attention from the party without (or so he'd hope) making too much of an echo.
On the otherhand, if unable to discern anything, Tagret remains a little on edge, but refrains from disturbing the party's rest until he felt the hour was up.
If nothing comes of the noise by the end of the hour, Tagret eventually climbs back to his feet for a few warm up stretches around the neck and back, before wrapping a fist against the side of the door frame. "Alright my friends, rise and shine! Can't sit on our butts nursing a few boo-boos all day now. Not with a dwarf to find! Speaking of... or, I guess not really. But, I heard something earlier, but I think that was just some dead heads roaming about." He calls back into the room as he finishes up his stretches, and then began examining his torch in trying to gauge how much time he'd had left with the current on on fire. "You coming too, Gundren?"

Feeling perturbed "Sildar, Gundren, Bitnose, Droop, I need you guys to hang here, or at least far enough back to stay alive! don't engage in combat unless necessary, or if you can use ranged weapons that's ok, let us go ahead. You've proved yourselves, but what's the point of clearing this place if you guys die?"
The last part said with a pleading look at Gundren and Sildar. "Besides, how are we going to get anywhere unnoticed, with a small army?"
Tagret chuckles heartily for a moment or two, before saying boisterously, "You worry too much, Misha! So what if they hear us coming? Any light weights with half a brain will scramble at the noise, and any real warriors are better met face to face!"The goliath then huffs and shakes his head. "But I guess you raise a fair point about that last bit about points 'n all that. Granted, an honest challenge and fight is usually enough for me, but... eh! Now let's see... Looks like... maybe two paths we got going that way around the bend(northward on the map) and the other westward. I say we go north and see if it branches east. 'cause if doesn't, then that'll mean we'll be going westerly anyhow." He declares, and if there's no objections, Tagret proceeds for the northern stairs(?) with his torch held high and all the cautious grace of an elephant unless demanded to do otherwise.

Though taken slightly aback at Misha's insistence, he soon after gives the man a very deadpan look as he gestures to the lit torch still in hand. Though it's of course at that very moment the torch finally dies having been lit for the better part of an hour. ".... Still counts!"Tagret quickly expressed while fumbling around to get another torch lit up as everyone else finished getting organized.
The four agree to remain behind with the Spectre for now at the Forge.
Misha heads west from the starry cavern and enters into another cavern. A blast furnace and mechanical bellows powered by a waterwheel dominate this large chamber. The furnace is cold and dark, but heaps of coal are piled nearby, along with carts full of unrefined ore. The waterwheel sits in a ten-foot-wide channel cut into the floor of the room, but the channel is dry. Passages exit to the west, south, and east. The empty channel exits to the north and east.

If Misha is able to get back safely and still looked even a touch distraught, an almost hopefully glint lit up Tagret's eyes. However, his next words did carry a genuine sense of concern for his friend as he asks, "What'cha see, Misha? Bunch of bugbears doing the whoola-whoola? More Dead Heads in need of a mauling? Or did you like almost fall into a chasm or something, and accidentally dropped something in it?"

Saravena levered herself up, " Ok.....just give me half an hour then and lets go find our friends brother."

As the group takes a short break in the Forge of Spells, a noise somewhere from the other side of the starry cavern is heard.

Tagret is unable to determine the sounds coming from somewhere in the cavern.

Rashana also rests, happy for a brief interlude and is instantly alert to the sounds, glancing at Misha and waiting for him to act.

Gundren, Sildar, Bitenose and Droop all agree in leaving the Spell Forge for now to continue exploring the rest of the cave.

(Out of curiosity, does Sildar have a torch lit?)

"Stay here for now, I have my message spell, I'll use it to keep you informed" Misha shrugs and moves to the west, trying to be stealthy.

" Hope they don't die.", Saravena mumbles as she snuggles back into her cloak.
Misha swallows and moves back to the group, seeing the floating green flame wreathed skull. He thinks upon what he's seen.
