The immediate tension eases, and Linan tends to see the condition of her family before turning to you all, "your timing was incredible. To think I was housing impressive figures on a night like this... We've got something to keep the people safe during a siege at Scatterheart Keep at the centre of town, but I'm not sure if we can hold anything like this... Anyway, it would be good to see you there." She takes her family and heads out in the chaos on the streets....
Within maybe half a minute, they had cleared the hall from all the kobold attackers. It looked like his temporary companions were quite a capable bunch. A good thing. If Adracos intended to survive this mess, he would most probably need their assistance. After the fight was over the innkeep fled almost instantly hurrying her family out of the building. They were heading towards the keep she mentioned, or so he though at least.
"Scatterheart Keep.", he repeated. "Well, a keep sounds like the right place to sit out this attack don't you think?", he asked the others with an easy smile.
As soon as the last kobold falls, Kano volunteers, “I’ll check the rest of the rooms for other survivors,” and rushes back up the stairs, throwing doors open in rapid succession and calling out to those who might need help evacuating. He comes back down as quickly as he can after making sure the place is clear, just in time to hear Adracos’ suggestion.
”Excellent, let us be on our way to the keep and aid any we may along the way,” responds Kano, ready to move out of the burning building now that it was cleared of survivors.

Tengar
”Agreed. And well met, all. I am Tengar. Let’s head to the keep.” If possible, the half-orc will grab a bread loaf and bottle of wine and on the way out - if he sees anything easy nearby. He won’t be rooting around in the burning building.
Kanoensures all the rooms haven;t got anyone in them. Clearly evidence of a hasty exit, but no one found trying to use the building as a refuge.
Tengaris able to see a nice bottle of elvish white, and still cold! On a wooden slab on the way out is an untouched half-loaf of bread that was clearly meant to be shared before all of this began...

Pimster quickly investigates the dead kobolds, looking for clan markings. He might not be familiar with the clans of this area, but he did know that it was important to know who belonged to which group! 14(Investigation +1; Perception +6)
He follows the rest of the group towards the keep, his short halfling legs moving quickly in an attempt to keep up!

Lux:
They made quick work of the Kobolds, and as the last one fell, Lux sheathes his swords with a sigh. He touches his forehead with forefinger and middle finger, then motions to the others in an elvish acknowledgment and welcome. "My name is Lux." Is all he says has he joins he group in moving. Once they move outside he scans the area for any more potential threats.

Pimsteris not be familiar with the local kobold clans and doesn't recognise any iconography that unifies the kobolds in this dramatic instance.
With a general, but unsaid, confirmation they were done in the inn, the band descend in the chaos in the streets...
Sticking to groups, laying low and timing dashes right, you make to the walled keep; alight with torches and commands to archers doing their best to keep gates clear assailants to let the townsfolk in.
You all make to the gates, a sign catches light of a nearby torch 'Scatterheart Keep'. A different panic takes the air; storage rooms have become places of rest for the injured or places of quiet to calm young families. Around these orders are being given by a dwarf donning red with matching hair and supplies are being ran to where their needed never fast enough.
While you a sense of safety now surrounded by walls, the edge is still very much present...
"Oh goodness. It is not all happy and snug inside the keep. I didn't expect this level of unrest until the morning...these people are pretty shook up. At least they are relatively safe inside the stone walls. I wonder if there is anything we can do to help out? I bet that dwarf is in charge - let's ask him!" Pimster says to the group, eager to help the common people who are in pain or need.
"Hmm," Tengar nods at Pimster's suggestion. The huge half-orc wades carefully over to the dwarf, placing himself in a spot where he is unavoidable for a time, and looks down at him. "We," Tengar nods to his newfound companions, "just came from the inn. The kobold looters there lie dead. Are you in charge? What's going on and how can we assist?" Tengar has to raise his voice to be heard over the clamour, his deep voice vibrating in the immediate area.

"Whoa! You're a big lad!" The dwarf simply looks up at Tengaras he speaks, his attention perks at the mention of helping.
The dwarf turns to Kano, his eyes squinting at his quiet words while he parts his wild red hair to clear space for his ear to catch being said, "Kano? Here to help? Good, good! Speak up, lad! Don't know if you noticed, but there's fair bit happening in town!" As he says that, there's a definite beat of wings before a tremendous roars sends a tremor then silence for breath before starting back up again.
The dwarf before you is clearly a dwarf experienced in combat, and clearly seen some on this night. Despite that, and happening all around, he holds a smile, "Castellan Escobart, pleasure. If it were a different night, we'd be doing this over ale. Aye... Now, able bodies! Brilliant. Right, we can't keep the main gate open for long, they'll swamp us soon. We've discovered a tunnel was built to help sneak in supplies if this place ever came under a more... traditional siege. We need you to ensure there ain't nothing too nasty in the tunnel as there's a rescue team awaiting on the other side. Now, can I count on you?"
Pimster nods and says, a bit louder than necessary, "Count us in!" He then looks sheepishly up at the bigger members of the party, "I mean, if everyone is agreed..."
Adracos stood close to the others as the dwarf explained the situation. Although he wasn't eager to join the fight again so soon, but after observing what was going on in the city he decided he would help, if only to keep his own hide. The moment the attackers would find the tunnel back entrance to the keep, all would be lost. "I'll help, good sir!", the young man exclaimed. "We'll need to work together to make it through the night."
Tengar raises an eyebrow at the mention of a tunnel - looking down at his own frame - but nonetheless nods his assent. “More kobolds?” he asks the dwarf with a toothy grin.
Things were seeming a dire. He nods in acknowledgment to the new task, letting the others speak but knowing what needed to be done. The tunnel had to be cleared for the sake of the people, and he aimed to do just that. With the help of these others he knew the odds where on their side for this small but important task. The bald elf looks at Tengar, the large Half-Orc and smiles. "Hopefully" Lux says with a knowing smile, thinking Tengar to be the type of warrior that goes headlong into the fray with revelry. Lux would be glad to rid the world of all evil dragon kind if he could, so he wouldn't mind meeting a few of the little monsters in the tunnel.

The dwarf bounds you all through the keep, that is now just a place of function to keep the civilians safe. Down to the cellar, there is path made through various large boxes, scrolls, racks and shelves of storage to a man-made entrance; a bricked hole that surprisingly wide with a ladder on the side that descends into the darkness...
"I don't think we can spare much time..." He gestures for you to descend.
