As the coast clears, soldiers begin to charge past you all. Using simple spells and muscle, they begin to blockade the gateway.
Tengaris the first to notice more cultists and their kobolds making their way up the hill, it will only be a matter of time before there's another wave and the soldiers just will not make it in time.
Mini Skill Challenge
Describe how you character can use their skills, proficiencies and/or spells to help barricade the shattered gateway to prevent another wave from coming through!
His ire increases exponentially as the half-orc sees the mass of kobolds coming up the way and he decides to use his mace to first bludgeon the head off the dead drake (or if possible get the entire drake body), throw it in the wagon, and will use his tremendous strength to wheel the wagon to the barricade, getting others to assist him if possible (using intimidation if necessary!)
He’ll slam the wagon down and take the head (or body if possible) and with a mighty roar of fury, throw it at the oncoming rush of puny wannabe dragons. “THIS IS WHAT WAITS FOR YOU HERE!!!!” Then he’ll bring a sacred flame into the mix at the nearest enemy. (If the drake and it wagons a no go, then as many kobold carcasses as possible will do - trying to fright/intimidate)
