Chill looks around as much as possible noting the rooms and their contents. He leaves the south doors for the moment, there is enough going on in this room, they can wait.
Kazri turn to Chill, with a question mark on her face, to determine if the Tabaxi means his words.

"Science is organized knowledge. Wisdom is organized life."
"Sort of... Sort of..."Rhogar muttered over and over again as he stared at the star field, straining both mind and eyes to make sense of... something. But then his eyes go wide as he seems to spy something, before suddenly bowing his head, squeezing his eyes shut, muttering the words like 'No' and 'Can't'. Until finally he lets out a huff and warily opens his eyes again. Even after doing so, he pointedly keeps his gaze low and turns his back on the star field.
"... Do not sit in the chairs. Noone should. A-and do not look at the stars. There's... there's s-s-something that should not be. And if you look too close, it will see you in turn." He warns the others before shivering in distaste. "Doubtful you'll find anything, but do as you will, Chill. But have a care. Wh-whatever these mad fools were dabbling in might yet go beyond just that network of stars. I will... I will see to that spindle in the other room. See if there's anything to glean from it."

Rhogar enters the chamber with the spindle. A ten-foot-tall spindle of gray stone hovers upright and rotates slowly inside this circular chamber. All around it, the surfaces of the room’s walls are cracked, as though some terrible energy once coursed through them. It seems that the spindle is now dormant as it does not seem to radiate any energy.
Chill moves to the library and starts sifting through the ruined books and scrolls that litter the room. Most of the books and scrolls that litter the floor have been ruined by centuries of disuse, but Chill unearths two survivors: a scroll and a brittle tome with a black, eight-pointed star on its front cover. A peak inside the tome reveals flowing Draconic script that Chill cannot read.
Finishing his search, Chill brings the items out into the main chamber. Not finding Rhogar he looks in the other room.
"Here are a couple things I found of interest. One looks to be a scroll of some sort, perhaps a spell scroll. The other is a tome but I cannot read it. I think it's written in draconic. Oh and I found this key. Maybe it's for the locked doors."
Krom turns towards the tabaxi as he enters the round room. "It looks like you indeed found something interesting within that old library, Chill." The dwarf says looking at the tome and the key. "The writings are in draconic, you say? I can read it too, but considering that it could be a spell of some sort, it's better if Rhogar examines the tome." Krom nods before adding, "As for the key, there is only one way to find out if it works or not." The dwarf points at the locked doors with his hammer.
Rhogar had still been studying the spindle when Chill finds the frustrated looking dragonborn. "Hm? Ahh, so where in luck. Mn! Good finds, my friend. Let me see what I can discern them -- the tome and scroll, I mean."He holds out a hand, and upon receiving even one of the items, he immediately went to work studying their contents while softly humming to himself. "Hmm... Interesting... Uhh, with regards to the key, I'd agree with Krom. However, uhm, let me finishing reading these over first just in case either detail some security measure yet in place with the door."The sorcerer requested while continuing his studying.

Rhogar opened the scroll and nearly dropped it when he realized what he held. The spell it contained was legendary in nature being a scroll of the comet .
He then turns his attention to the tome. He studies it for several minutes, carefully reading its contents. He can then reveal what he has learned to the other. The brittle tome records the various meetings of the Wizards of the Ebon Star. One passage explains, in the Draconic script, that “Master Iriolarthas opens the door to his study when three or more of his apprentices—or those empowered by the goblet in the House of the Arcane—are seated correctly in the Chamber of the Ebon Star.”
"You indeed found a priceless item in that library, Chill!" Krom says giving a strong pat on the back after Rhogar explains the contents of the arcane scroll. "Dangerous spell, but it could be extremely helpful in our quest." The dwarf adds. "Speaking of our quest, it seems that our only way past that door is to visit the House of the Arcane and being empowered by that arcane goblet." Krom continues. "Rhogar, what do you think it means?"
"Mn. It certainly would be a last resort, if anything. Though, even I hesitate to consider any scenario in which such devastation need be wrought."Rhogar confesses while staring at the scroll with equal measures awe and fear in his eyes. However, he eventually is able to pull his gaze away from it again, and after gingerly placing it into his bag of holding, refocused his attention again to the tome. "As for what I think of this, uhm, side trip, I..." He sighs. "I cannot help but concur. For even if that key Chill found is the right one, a little bit of added security could not hurt. Least we find ourselves accidentally triggering far more lethal security measures than even those swords from back in the other room."

"Seems to me that maybe this key and that door doesn't lead to the study, but somewhere else. If we need to go to the House of the Arcane to get this goblet so we can sit in the chairs."
At this he looks at Kazri. "I had a feeling we would need to sit in the chairs."
He then continues, "I should try the door before we leave just to make sure."
Unless there are objections Chill will try the key on the locked doors.
"Very well, Chill. If you deem it necessary to check the doors, go for it; afterall you are the expert when it comes to traps." Krom says, readying his shield and taking a few steps back. "While I agree with Rhogar about taking extra steps for our safety, we are running against time as well."
Chill heads for the double doors. Fitting the adamantine key into the lock he pulls the doors open. What he reveals is a high balcony that overlooks the city. It looks like a good place the Wizards of the Ebon Star could have used to make proclamations to the inhabitants of Ythryn.
“Bah, that was a bit disappointing,” Krom says as Chill opens the doors. “It seems the path to the study is indeed magically hidden, and the only way forward is to visit the House of Arcane.” The dwarf gestures towards the exit. “Shall we proceed, my friends?”
Hearing of the finding of such legendary scroll, Kazri tries to imagine of the destruction that it would bring if unleashed in the middle of a busy city. Then, she hears Chill mention the chairs again. “It seems that is the case Chill. However, we need to find this goblet. Or whatever that may be. In order to gain access to the study.”

Having joined Chill out on the balcony, or at least close enough to spy the environs beyond, Rhogar is silent for a long moment as he stared out into the city. Never once had he envied any rulers, let alone aspired to become one since leaving his hometown. Yet in the moment, the view was such that even he could imagine what it might've felt to have been able to stand in such a position of power, gaze upon the many magnificent creations of one's people and the people themselves and believe it all to be destined to last forever..
"... Agreed. Though, I do hope we don't have to go through that whole ritual again, as I have naught any real other secret to shed." Rhogar confesses in a half-joking tone as he made to follow after the others.
