Gillain will bundle up the cloak and stuff it in her pack for now (to share with the group when they have a moment).

She will then move out into the hall and move to flank the closest door (Door #1), ready for someone to join her in bursting through.

Ermren would tell the others about the wand and cloak, and if no one grabbed the other items Bob found, he would, particularly the wand.

Bob's innate goodness overcame his innate greediness and he places all of the jewelry and the wand he found on the ground in the middle of the group. He smiles cheerily and gestures at the haul. "Take your pick, friends!"

“Perhaps another time is more appropriate Bob. Maybe after we clear this floor. But I am fine with what ever you give me.” She pats Bob gently on his should as Tio joins Gillain. She will try to listen for anyone on the other side.

Ermren reaches down for the wand holding it up first, "If no one has any need for this, I'll hold onto it until I have time to work out what it does?"

Dmitri falls back to resume his position as the rear guard for the party. He smiles at Bob's gesture and holds up a hand to stay his offer. He says with a smile, "Perhaps later Bob, no?"

When everyone is ready, and after Tio has listened to check the coast I’d clear, Gillain will open Door #1, and see what is inside...

Bob shrugs and bundles up the jewelry in his pack, though he does take a moment to hand the wand to Ermren.

Toi: You hear nothing on the other side. 

Door #1 opens to nothing more than a bathroom. The door opens to a 10 ft. x 10 ft. room that is dark and covered in dust and cobwebs. Along the south wall of the room is a carved wooden bathtub with ornate clawed feet supporting the tub. 

In the northeast corner of the room is a barrel with a lid coving the top. There is a pipe that runs from the barrel to the ceiling. You suspect it is a cistern. 

In the northwest corner rests a stove. It doesn't appear to have been used for some time. 

Upon entering this room and looking around you find nothing of interest. However, as you go to leave the pipe going to the ceiling to the barrel rattles and a plopping sound comes from the barrel. 

Tio will investigate the Barrel if there isn’t way to remove the pipe she will kick in the barrel.

Investigation: 6

Ermren will take a couple steps back, he just got dry and doesn't want to get soaked again. 

Gillain moves to support Tio. She will be poised, ready with her spear, should anything unsavoury emerge from the barrel...

Toi finds she can not pull the pipe out and ends up kicking the barrel over. Dust goes everywhere obscuring everyone's vision for a moment. Then the squeaking starts.
Suddenly pouring from the barrel and the pipe is a swarm of rats.

The mass of creatures moves towards the party.

 It does and since you and Toi were at the door, you can take it. 

Gillain watches Tio knock the barrel over and a writhing swarm of black bodies spills out. There’s no official stance for combatting a swarm like this, indoors, with a spear, but her instincts kick in and she just reacts: trying to slash a swathe across as many of the vile creatures as possible!...
