Brencharis is going to carefully move over the tree near the upper left corner, and attempt to climb up the tree to get a better look at how sturdy the roof is.
Brencharis starts to scale the tree for better vantage but find the branches a little uncooperative in their positioning getting only about 5 ft up before one cracks causing her to stop to regain her balance. As she does this, focused on the roof area she sights numerous long arachnid legs curl over the top as Giant Spiders crest the wall around the broken remains of the roof. Two Giant Spiders emerge on the west side of the building and two more appear on the south side climbing over the top edge of the walls.
(DM - Are the spiders elevated, and if so how high please? Not sure if I have room to try any AOE spells!)
Prentiss freezes - literally. As the spiders emerge he locks up in place, ice patterns forming over his hands and up his arms, creeping onto his neck. His mouth, hanging open in fear, shows cold breath as he exhales.

Brencharis nocks an arrow, and takes aim at the spider furthest north on the western wall, and lets the arrow fly. She then attempts to hide herself in the branches of the trees if that's possible.
Kallen will scowl at the spiders, can they like bug off the cultists instead of them? on her turn she will light up a torch to at least scare them of with fire and possibly burn their nest in the process.

@Prentiss The Giant Spiders emerge over the top of the wall at an average of 6'. They are large so though their legs may be a little lower, the main mass of body would be at 6'.
@Kallen Aside from any newly created webs (any mentioned from here on), the majority of their webbing would be on the other side of the wall except the thin threads across the space to the south of the building. Those would not be thick enough to trail back to any webbing on the other side of the wall. You may still attempt to scare them with the torch - just wanted to be sure you had all of the information.
* I have your move unless you alter before your turn.
As Kallen is reaching for her pack to retrieve the torch the Giant Spider about midway along the southern wall (4) tilts at an odd angle, spins its body around and shoots forth an individual sized web at Kallen turning quickly again to face her direction. Web attack 10 but is caught by an edge of the brush to her right and falls short of its target piling in a sticky clump into the shrubbery.

Seeing the spider shoot out the web attack, Velshir will back up a bit to the west, keeping a distance no greater than 30’ away from the spiders, while readying his short bow, and then he will loose an arrow at one of the spiders that has not had a turn yet.

Velshir backs to a space just north of the tree Brencharis is perched in and draws his bow back full firing off an arrow that strikes the body of the Giant Spider (2) causing a shriek of pain as the arrow plants deep.
@brencharis
I've taken liberty of using Steady Aim for this attack to give you advantage on your attack as a bonus action. The Spiders are just outside of the 5' requirement for Sneak Attack, but with the advantage - it would still apply. Should you prefer instead to use Cunning Action to fully hide instead of the half cover provided presently by the tree I can adjust for that as a bonus action. If you prefer the Steady aim, please roll a second die to check for critical hit.
Brencharis steadies herself on the branch and through the leaves of the large tree aims true planting an arrow in the body of this one. (Giant Spider 1) Followed by a spidery screech of pain.
The other Southern Spider (3) spins launching a stream of web at the nearby Kallen - Web attack 18 missing its target and striking the wall just south of her.
Kallen pulls a torch quickly from her pack and lights it, swinging it out defensively in front of her in an attempt to discourage further attacks from the spiders.
The spider directly in front of Prentiss takes a similar action as the previous spiders electing to spin its own web out at him. Web attack 7 landing in a mass of webbing at his feet. The spider next to it also projects a webbing at Prentiss Web attack 21 leaving him in a tightly wrapped package of webbing.
Joshua's turn
@Prentiss - on your turn you may take an action to make a Strength save vs DC 12 to get out of the webbing but otherwise are restrained
Prentiss is still looking at the pile of gooey web fluid at his feet when the second attack engulfs him and holds him tight. Panicking with memories of being rolled in a carpet by his siblings, he struggles to release himself.
Prentiss struggles mightily through his turn but the webbing holds him tight. Joshua seeing his friend's trial within the web turns to punish the Giant creature and a fire bolt bursts from his hands slamming into the spider severely injuring the beast.
@joshua - Wild Surge roll pls
Reidoth struggles on the sidelines from a position high in a tree on the other side of the wall to avoid the conflict muttering, "I do not fight." but with a gesture and some small utterance the webbing on the wall behind Kallen and the brush to the east catches briefly as the sticky mess crackles and burns away in a flash.
The most eastern Spider climbs over the top of 3, gives a spidery hiss at the flames Kallen wields and directs its attention at Velshir. (DM rolls for no apparent reason... 4 ) Creeping down the side of the wall into the fray, skirting clear of Kallen's flames and nimbly around the struggling Prentiss only stepping slightly upon his wrapped form to bite at Velshir. Attack: 25 Damage: 8 but the nimble monk ducks and misses the large pincers.
Velshir is going to try to finish off the spider that he hit previously with another arrow.
Attack: 20 Damage: 7
Then he will drop his bow and rush to Prentiss’ side, brandishing his javelin. He will interject himself between Prentiss and the spiders as much as possible.
As the Spider (4) charges at Velshir, he finds that he will be unable to fire off with the imposing Spider incoming, pincers snapping and deftly ducks and draws his javelin rising up to push a javelin through its side. The spider screeches in response to the injury but still seems strong.
@Velshir - apologies but changed you target due to proximity. Redirected its attack to you as Joshua was on the other side of your torch wielding companion.
