WIth little he can do without sight, Lazlo follows his friends through the wilderness- softly singing a song he learned as a babe in arms. It seems to make him feel a bit bolder as he moves along behind his friends.
"Maybe back to Hon first?" Kallista says, "we might be able to get some supplies first. Scavenge what we can. I could fly in first to see if anyone is around if that's a concern." Her family was on those carts, and even though she had dreamed of the day she'd be able to escape the feelings of not belonging... well part of her wanted to turn back and save them. "And what do you mean the dragon spoke to you? How do you know that?"
ooc: It's not Aelar's turn but I'm going to respond to this question.
"I mean I heard the Dragon's voice in my head. It was telling me to leave my family." the young elf's voice caught for a moment and he swallowed hard. "It told me we could make it Guiston and I know it was telling the truth. It told me it had tried to rescue us but was wounded too much to do it."
(I'm going to break order here, if that's alright.)
Leon shuffles around, listening to the conversation. He perks up a bit as he hears about the Dragon, but the cold night air was beginning to get to him. They had to start moving if they wanted to keep warm.
"If a Dragon said it, then perhaps it's the best option. We have to go Guiston and tell them what happened in Hon."
(Leon is ready to head to Guiston.)

OOC: I'm not sure if we can break our turn order but- (apologies if so!)
Lazlo chimes in- excited about the talk of dragons whipering secrets. This was just like a ballad or a story of high adventure. He had his letters, and luckily Hon had places where even a vagabond like him might borrow a book, or listen to a ballad.
"Ooh! It reminds me of the 'Lay of Leucius'! Remember when that mummer troup came through Hon? It was wonderful. Well, one of them recited it to the crowd. The hero- a mortal man Leucius wielded a mighty blade whose location was whispered to him by dragons. I gave the minstrel my last copper it was so good! I think I remember the first few lines..."
Lazlo clears his throat, trying to recall the verse while imitating the formal tone of the actor.
"Leucius did boldly stride, his search would not be turned aside, his foes lie thick upon the turve, what wicked master did they serve? the land he would unite anon, with words from the mighty dragonne..."
(As an aside, Kallista has sufficient fly speed and night vision that she'd be able to see an occupying force at Hon before they could see her, as long as she doesn't fly too high or get silhouetted against the moon.)

"No, i agree we need to go to Guiston," Kallista says, "I just think we should go to Hon first to see if we can recover any supplies. Cause even if they do believe us we're still going to have to pay for stuff. I can fly in first to see if there is any forve still there, if there isn't we can grab what we can. If there is, well we can just move on."
"The whole 'dragon speaking to us' has me worried, if I am to be honest here. Why would a dragon speak to us and," He tries to turn around in the general direction of Aelar. "Why you?" He thinks for a bit and eventually says: "I think we need to go to whatever is the closest settlement, whether or not it's Guiston. If it's the closest... so be it. If you insist on going back to Hon, we should probably be careful. There could still be enemy forces left behind, or wild beasts that entered through the unguarded entrance."
Leon recognizes the benefit of having Kallista fly overhead to scout out Hon. He's not sure he wants to go to the ruins of his former home, but the consensus of the group seems to be that way.
"Wait- we're going to need something to protect us if we are going back there. There could be more of those raiders around."

"Have you got something in mind?" He looks towards the voice of Leon. "It's not like there are weapons lying around waiting for us to pick them up. Even if there are, however, I doubt I could use one against those things. Especially in this darkness."
"I wouldn't want to see any of us go up against those walking metal suits... Our best bet may be to try and stay out of sight. As we walk, maybe see if we can find something useful like a stout club in case any wandering beasts happen upon us. I hate to volunteer Kallista but maybe she can check the area once and a while from the air- to see if we're about to stumble upon something nasty? I can't wait for sunup so I can actually see."
"I forget, should you go quiet whilst hiking at night or be loud to let the bears know you're there? Hey, do you know what every bears name is? Earl."
Ooc: so whose turn is it?
