With that said, he steps up to the fallen bird and flicks his wrist. In a brutal movement, his whip plunges downwards into the war priest ending the bird's life instantly. Merron advances on the flag's position, aiming to cut down the pirate holding the point. But with the man's defenses up, the axe is easily deflected before it flies back to the Dragonborn's hand. As for Tin, he's given his marching orders to flee in a round about way, though not without granting Fenkas a chance to capitalize on the half-distracted machine.
Leh'Si gets back his wits, and though tempted to fly back after the Lenalia, if not Darius for revenge, a closer foe at hand becomes the new target of his rage. So without further adieu, he flies off the glacier and over the high walls, before setting down(16H) to try and claw and pummel Fenkas to death. And should the last palm strike land, an attempt is made to immediately grab the wizard by the head.

Fenkas is about to flick his wrist to send his whip flying viciously out at the construct when he hears the sound of a raging barbarian coming closer. Hesitating for that second, he lets the draconic entity run away and instead waits for the onslaught from the barbarian. Dodging the first two claw strikes with ease, the barbarian almost seemed to be moving in slow motion to give Fenkas enough time to duck out of the way. However, expecting another claw strike, the half-elf is caught off guard when instead the barbarian thrusts his palm forward. Not having enough time to dodge out of the way of this blow, Fenaks summons a magical barrier to deflect the blow at the last minute.
Reaction: Cast Shield to Raise AC to 27 and cause the last attack to miss.

(OOC: It occurred to me just now that Fenkas's movement last turn was supposed to stop at M16... But it's a little late to fix that now, so I will proceed as if Fenkas used the remainder of his movement to go to I16 after taking down Apium.)
Fenkas shakes his head disappointedly at the barbarian as he dodges the barbarian's reckless attacks, "You're not too bright, are you. The name of the game is capture the flag not capture the Fenkas. Nice try though." Fenkas tosses the feral human a wink before flipping backward out of the warrior's reach and sending four more translucent orbs in the beast-man's direction. "Let me help you a bit. The flag is in the center of the arena." With that, Fenkas pivots on his heel and bolts back towards the center of the arena. Leaping up onto the iceberg, he skirts around an icy spike and dashes right between the dragonborn and his construct. As he approaches his teammates he calls out, "I got the bird!" Finally, skipping around the ice spikes near the flag, Fenkas settles down right next to the flag and looks up at the pirate. "I got the flag for now. Something tells me that you are itching to put those pretty swords of yours through something. Maybe this will help." Syldorn flies up from Fenkas's shoulder and perches on the pirate's shoulder prepared to claw the eyes out of whichever target the walking arsenal should choose.

Darius' eyebrows rose, and a hearty laugh erupted from him right then. "Thanks! Yer next ale's on me!" With that, he turned his gaze toward Merron, as a grin crossed his face. The dragonborn was injured, and glowing with magic--now was his chance.
He bolted toward his prey, entered a spin as he banked a foot to the right, then attacked with Wisdom. He continued his spin to give Mercy a chance to strike, before Wisdom spun back into view for another thrust.

Lenalia will let out a quick yell of joy at Fenkas' supreme display of speed and martial prowess. First, she climbs up the ice wall K6, then says "Way to whip them into shape!" and gives a Bardic Inspiration to Fenkas (1d6).
She'll then turn her attention back to Merron and Darius' battle and attempts to discourage Merron and by playing a rowdy sea shanty for him.
"Oh there once was a mighty dragon, across the sea he flew,
Till he came upon a blackened ship, with pirates as her crew,
The dragon sought for easy prey, but the pirates they prevailed,
and now those pirate blaggards have dragon wings for sails!"
She'll use her free action to use her performance against Merron 15
She'll also attack Merron with one of her spells.

She'll cast Dissonant Whispers on him at 2nd Level for 20 damage if he fails a DC 14 Wisdom save.
Otherwise:
She'll cast Microwaves on his armor at 3rd Level for 15 damage, Con 14 save to negate disadvantage on attack rolls.
Fenkas taunts and confuse the barbarian to the point, a sudden backflip away takes the man almost as much surprise as the spell flung after to harm him further. Without a missing a beat, the wizard is soon speed back to the flag, offering Darius an out on guard duty.
Darius accepts the offer happily, and is soon zipping just above the ice to strike down Merron in a blitzkrieg of attacks. Each thrust of the blade made being meant to throw Merron off balance.
Lenalia and her remaining clones climb the glacier, inspiring her fellow spellslinger, before then belting out a performance like no other to undermine the draconic inventor. Though not satisfied with that alone, Merron would soon find himself in the hot seat, as her magic heats up the very armor he wore.

Merron once more has to endure the heat, and holds his ground to unleash his fury upon Darius with a swipe of the hand axe. But whereas the attack is deflected and riposted, a well timed pivot on his part causes the rapier to slide of his armor instead. Despite such fortunes, the loss of Apium and Lenalia's perform yet weighs on him. Tin turtles up for the moment. (OOC: Skill Check presumed auto-failed due to height of the roll.)
Leh'Si takes to the air once more, and flies forth close to the center. However, halfway through, seeing Merron locked up fighting Darius, the barbarian alters course to hover just above the ice(10K), and begins a furious assault upon the pirate!

As Merron goes down from Lenalia's flames, Fenkas hums a tune to himself as he skips back around the ice spikes to let his whip flick forward towards the barbarian. With a wave of his other hand, he sends a flurry of powder above the human and says, "Naptime!" As the powder falls, the feral barbarian feels a wave of drowsiness overcome him. In case the spell fails, he steps back in range of the flag.
Action: Cast Sleep (Level 2) (Centered at 10K 20 Feet above Leh Si) If Leh Si (the only creature in range of the spell) has less than 33 HP, he is unconscious as per the sleep spell.
In a surprising blitz of varied activity, Merron burns within his armor, and Leh'si, despite best efforts, falls shortly after into magical slumber. With that, a horn blares and signal firebolts of various coloration flies up into the sky, signaling an end to the match. Constructs and medical staff enter the arena both to further ensure the stability of conditions and escorts the defeated to the trauma ward with a backdrop of cheers and applause for having fought valiant despite it all. For their participation and experience garnered in the coliseum, Apium and Merron receive 3800 xp and 400 gold. Just enough to yet at least for Apium to advance to the next stage, and earn an uncommon prize token.
The victor is taken below to be patched up and receive their prize on the receding sounds of a crowd's cheers and well wishes. Darius, Fenkas, and Lenalia earns 7500 xp and 1000 gold, and is ready to proceed to the next round as well.
Tier 2:
"Take any one item. We're well equipped." The room contains every item from Chapter 5 of the Player's Handbook weighing 70 pounds or less, armor of varying sizes, instruments, tool kits. There are also spell scrolls, every first level spell is present (as well as spell scrolls of a level for which a magic user of the characters new level would have slots for), and an encyclopedia of knowledge. Reading these books will grant you proficiency with any one tool kit or any one language, depending which book you choose. The books are magically infused to allow easy retention, but the magic is lost once used.
Upper Tier:
The victor may choose instead, an item from a magically infused chest that summons 10 randomly selected magic items to choose from (rarity determined by level). Alternatively they may exchange a magic item for another item of their choosing of the same rarity or lower, if the administrator has the requested item in his extensive collection. "You name it, we've probably got one somewhere."
"Well done," said Darius to his comrades. "Nice bit of teamwork there, I'd say!"
Turning to the chest in front of him, Darius quickly scanned the contents. "That one," he said without hesitation, pointing to the pitch black breastplate. It wouldn't actually give him any more coverage than his sleek studded leather, but it was clearly magical, and a quick rap on the metal confirmed it was adamantine. That would come in handy. The various other magical scrolls and baubles... not so much. He lifted the simply-patterned armor out of the box without even waiting for confirmation.
(There was a tinge of concern upon suddenly realizing the healing potion was stronger than normal, but the pirate quickly chuckled to himself at that. Mixed with these items, it couldn't be that much stronger, and it wasn't like he went into his fights planning to lose. The armor made far more sense.)
Fenkas lets his body slow down, and as his body relaxes, he is locked in place for a second. As soon as the feeling returns to him, he agrees with Darius, "We did well." Glancing at the items in the box, he is immediately drawn toward one of the wands. He chuckles as he sees the cloak in the box and holds up his own cloak to it to make sure that he wasn't shortchanged with his last exchange. Satsfied that the cloaks are similar enough he runs his hand over the wand with the blue crystal at its tip and lifts it gently out of the box. Whispering to the wand he says, "I've borrowed you from others enough. It's time that I got you for myself."
When he receives his winnings in gold, he rapidly counts out 300 GP and hands it back to the Coliseum staff. As he hands it over he says, "For the healer that brought back Apium. And tell the poor bird that I really am sorry and that I owe him a drink." Pointing to the pirate he adds, "And I believe you said that you owe me one too." With that, he quickly recoils his whip and places it at his belt before beckoning to Darius, "Shall we?"

On a failure the character can still climb out normal taking 15 feet of movement, but the failed jump will cost an additional 5 feet of movement.)

Merron will move to L10 and throw his handaxe at Darius. 11 to hit, 10 slashing damage.
Tin will move to G12 and dodge.
Action(Reckless): Attack by Claw and Fist.
Claw - Attack: 23 Damage: 8 magical slashing and force at Syldorn.
Bonus Claw - Attack: 22 Damage: 6 magical slashing and force at Fenkas.
Unarmed Fighting - Attack: 10 Damage: 14 magical bludgeoning and force at Fenkas.
Bonus Action(if Unarmed attack hits): Tavern Brawler Grapple Attempt(15) vs Fenkas Acrobatics.
(@Fenkas: You may make an Opportunity Attack on Tin at advantage.)
After all that, the ice covering the flag finally thaws away, allowing it to flutter about from a mysterious wind.

If Lenalia can act before Merron uses his reaction elsewhere. I.E. Shield

The effect is... 6... Loser loses confidence in their prowess, and has disadvantage on the next ability check made following the end of Team(1)s next turn.
(@Darius: That is a good point.. Yes, the save would be made at disadvantage due to the terrain if it hits.)
(@Merron: Unless using a spell or feature to avoid Darius' attacks, you will you be unconscious and take an auto-failed death save from Heat Metal.
(Additionally, you may make a Con Save(DC 14) to avoid disadvantage on attack rolls from Heat Metal. As well as contest Lenalia's Performance(25) with a Performance or Acrobatics(if able))

Reaction to cast shield against Darius' attacks. 19 on the Con save.
Merron will attack Darius with his handaxe. 13 to hit, 9 slashing damage

Tin must make it at disadvantage. She'll then rip off another sick bandore riff in the direction of Leh'Si, hoping to end this performance with a smash finish from Fenkas and Darius. 29 performance

Potion of Greater Healing, Spellwrought Tattoo(Speak with Dead), Spell Scroll(Daylight), +1 Rod of the Pact Keeper, +1 Weapon(Greatclub), +1 Weapon(Sickle), Dust of Disappearance, Bracers of Archery, Spell Scroll(Invisibility), Adamantine Armor(Breastplate)
